同途而殊归的“家源儒学”与“生活儒学”——评当代中国的两种现象学儒学思想 被引量:1

在当代中国哲学中,张祥龙的"家源儒学"和黄玉顺的"生活儒学"都是从儒学与现象学的比较研究来思考儒学的复兴和重建,但却又同途而殊归。受海德格尔存在论现象学启思,他们都将儒家的仁爱情感作为一切存在者及其理论... 在当代中国哲学中,张祥龙的"家源儒学"和黄玉顺的"生活儒学"都是从儒学与现象学的比较研究来思考儒学的复兴和重建,但却又同途而殊归。受海德格尔存在论现象学启思,他们都将儒家的仁爱情感作为一切存在者及其理论建构的终极本源。但是,在仁爱情感显现的两个维度中,张祥龙把家庭成员之间的"亲亲之爱"看作儒家的根脉所在,主张建立以传统家族生活为核心的儒家文化保护区来使儒家逃避现代文明世界;而黄玉顺则把"一体之仁"看作儒家的根本精神,并以之为正当性基础来构建现代性的制度规范、推动儒学的现代化转型。前者否定了现代文明的普遍价值,忽视了自由开放的现代政治秩序乃是其文化保护区能够建立的制度前提,将使儒学从现代社会退隐;后者忽视了个体本位的消极意义和家庭生活的积极意义,会使仁爱的推扩难以实现、健全人格的个体难以形成。故更合理的思路是:儒学既要通过构建以个体自由为基础的现代制度规范来完成自身的现代转型,也要充分重视家庭对于仁爱推扩和个体成长的重要意义。 展开更多

随着全域旅游的实施,旅游业从封闭的自循环向开放的"旅游+"转型升级,旅游演艺项目游客感知价值、体验感受作为旅游产品竞争力的核心内容,与旅游总体满意度密切相关,受到越来越多旅游经营者和研究者的重视。文章基于游客感知... 随着全域旅游的实施,旅游业从封闭的自循环向开放的"旅游+"转型升级,旅游演艺项目游客感知价值、体验感受作为旅游产品竞争力的核心内容,与旅游总体满意度密切相关,受到越来越多旅游经营者和研究者的重视。文章基于游客感知的视角,以广东巴伐利亚庄园国内首创的土楼全景剧场秀《家·源》的游客满意度问卷调查为数据源,以较高的信度分析为基础,运用模糊综合评价法、IPA分析法对旅游演艺形式、内容及服务等指标层进行重要程度、满意度方面的实证分析。根据评价结果可知,所有指标因子对总体满意度都有极强影响;满意度测评中,有3项指标未达到满意水平,需要从舞蹈编排、地方元素、交通状况等方面进行有针对性的优化,以迎合游客感知、体验感受的价值曲线,从而提升游客的总体满意度。 展开更多

A MADS box gene (GhMADS3) was cloned from cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) based on EST sequences. The predicted protein sequence of GhMADS3 showed 85%, 73%, and 62% identity with Theobroma cacao TcAG, Antirrhinum majus FAR, and Arabidopsis thaliana AG, respectively, and was grouped with AG homologues when the full length sequences excluding N-extensions were compared. GhMADS3 expressed in the wild type cotton flower primarily in stamens and carpels, which was comparable to AG in Arabidopsis. However, it was not expressed in floral buds of a homeotic cotton variant chvl. Ectopic expression of GhMADS3 in tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) resulted in flowers with sepal-to-carpel and petal-to-stamen transformation. The carpelloid first whorl organs, with stigmatic tissue on their upper edges, had a white appearance when compared with the dark green color of the wild type sepals. At times, long filaments were observed at the fusion site of the first carpelloid oranges. The second whorl organs in staminoid were usually smaller than the wild type and the color was changed from pink to white. These results suggest that GhMADS3 has a homeotic role in flower development. 展开更多

By optimizing the network topology, this paper proposes a newmethod of queuing theory clustering algorithm based on dynamic programming in a home energy management system( HEMS). First, the total cost of the HEMS system is divided into two parts, the gateway installation cost and the data transmission cost. Secondly, through comparing two kinds of different queuing theories, the cost problem of the HEMS is converted into the problem of gateway deployment. Finally, a machine-to-machine( M2M) gateway configuration scheme is designed to minimize the cost of the system. Simulation results showthat the cost of the HEMS system mainly comes from the installation cost of the gateways when the gateway buffer space is large enough. If the gateway buffer space is limited, the proposed queue algorithm can effectively achieve optimal gateway setting while maintaining the minimal cost of the HEMS at desired levels through marginal analyses and the properties of cost minimization. 展开更多

Secondly, a hierarchical diagnosis model is expressed with four layers, i.e., sensors layer, function layer, behavior layer and structure layer. These layers are used to work together to accomplish the fault alarm, diagnosis and localization. Thirdly, a fault-tree-oriented hybrid knowledge representation based on frame and generalized rule and its relevant reasoning strategy is put forward. Total 18 treatments were designed. The results showed that with the A. mellea strain separated from the tubers of wild Gastrodia elata BI. by tissue isolation as mother strain, the shrubs such as Prunus tatsienensis Batal and Quercus spinosa David ex Franch as the main nutrient sources, and the agricultural products such as corn and potato as the supplementary nutrient sources, the growth of A. mellea rhizomoph branch was best in bottle. 展开更多

IAPs (inhibitors of apoptosis) are a family of proteins containing one or more characteristic BIR domains. These proteins have multiple biological activities that include binding and inhibiting caspases, regulating cell cycle progression, and modulating receptor-mediated signal transduction. Our recent studies found the IAP family members XIAP and c-IAP1 are ubiquitinated and degraded in proteasomes in response to apoptotic stimuli in T cells, and their degradation appears to be important for T cells to commit to death. In addition to three BIR domains, each of these IAPs also contains a RING finger domain.We found this region confers ubiquitin protease ligase (E3) activity to IAPs, and is responsible for the auto-ubiquitination and degradation of IAPs after an apoptotic stimulus. Given the factthat IAPs can bind a variety of proteins, such as caspases and TRAFs, it will be of interest to characterize potential substrates of the E3 activity of IAPs and the effects of ubiquitination byIAPs on signal transduction, cell cycle, and apoptosis. 展开更多

The global trends of increasing oil and gas costs have compelled coal possessing countries to start long term underground coal gasification (UCG) projects. These enhance national energy security and are among the cleanest, ecologically safest coal utilization technologies. This paper delineates the major characteristics of such technologies and analyzes technical solutions. Highlighting the desire to develop large scale industrial UCG plants, pilot level projects are presented using a new UCG method developed in Russia by Joint Stock Company Gazprom Promgaz. This method is distinct for its high controllability, stability, and energy efficiency. New, efficient technical solutions have been developed over the last 10-15 years and are patented in Russia. They guarantee controllability and stability of UCG gas produc- tion. Over one hundred iniection and gas production wells have been operated simultaneously. 展开更多

In consideration of the characteristics of national R&D information, weight values have been selected. Then, expertise points were calculated by applying weighted values. For many years, China has made great strides in constructing a sizeable and stable energy supply system rooted mainly in domestic coal supply. That system, however, is subject to immense strain as a result of rapid economic growth, rising living standard, widespread environmental degradation, limited oil reserves and uneven resources distribution. Industrialization and urbanization since the early 1980s have imposed structural constraints on its traditional coal-based energy supply model. Eventually, China became a net oil-importer in 1993 when ten million tons of crude oil and petroleum products from abroad fed into the local economies of the coastal areas. Such a change meant that energy security has become an increasingly sensitive issue to the central government of China. This paper argues that China could benefit from a more open energy supply by striking to a balance of both domestic and international sources, rather than the traditional mode emphasized on a highly self-sufficiency rate. 展开更多

In the evolution of economic growth drivers, technology gaps are a key variable that determines the efficiency of resource allocation. Analysis of an optimal resource allocation path based on an extended endogenous growth model reveals that economic growth drivers evolve from productive investment to R&D investment and a shift from imitation to innovation. Empirical analysis based on China's provincial-level panel data suggests that the effect of productive investment and R&D investment, as well as innovation and imitation, on economic growth and technological progress varies greatly among regions of disparate technology levels. As a late-starting country, China should properly allocate resources between productive investment and R&D investment, and between imitational investment and innovative investment while advancing the transformation of economic growth patterns on a differentiated basis in light of regional technology disparities. 展开更多

The article presents research findings related to recreational use of forests located in protected mountainous areas with forestage of over 80%. The study was designed to identify recreational potential of the Carpathian national parks (Bieszczady National Park, Bahia G6ra National Park, Goree National Park and Magura National Park; southern Poland) and to compare these findings with the actual number of visitors. The information received on the recreational potential of parks is important from the point of view of protection of natural resources and the financial situation of the parks. The calculated ratio may be an effective tool of management for park administration, that allows to reconcile statutory social and protective functions of national parks. The study determined the recreational potential of the forests with the use of recreational valorisation method designed for areas with varied terrain, and the evaluated factors included the stands of trees with their habitat and land relief. The permissible number of national park visitors, expressed as man- hour/ha/year ranges from 19.31 in Bieszczady National Park (BG: 19~ 35' E, 49~ 35' N) to 32.06 in in Bieszczady National Park (B: 22~ 40' E, 49~ lo' N). In 3 out of 4 investigated parks, Magura National Park (M: 21025' E, 49~ 30' N), Gorce National Park (G: 20~ lo' E, 49~ 35' N), B) recreation carrying capacity was not exceeded, whether or not the strictly protected area is taken into account. Only in BG was the recreation carrying capacity exceeded by nearly 24%, or by 85% if the strictly protected area isexcluded from tourism-related exploitation. The presented procedure for monitoring access to mountain forests in national parks, from the viewpoint of natural resources conservation, can be applied in other mountainous areas covered with forests and exposed to tourist and recreational traffic, and in forests facing particular risk of recreational damage, e.g. in urban and suburban forests growing in areas with varied orography. 展开更多

After the nuclear power plant accident in Japan, Korean government has set the national goal to produce the electricity by renewable energy sources up to 11% by 2035 which is not easy to achieve without ocean energy development. The demand on the clean energy supply has been increased recently and there are many renewable energy development projects and plans announced worldwide. The ocean energy can be produced from tidal current, wave, tidal barrage and ocean thermal sources. The first step is to estimate the resource assessment for each energy source. There are several assessment methods introduced from IEA (International Energy Agency), IRENA (International Renewable Energy Agency), NREL (National Renewable Energy Laboratory), EU ERENE (European Community for Renewable Energy), Bonn University, DLR (German Aerospace Center), etc.. Even these known methods have some sort of similarity; there are different definitions and classifications among them. In this paper, the four-step energy potentials are defined and introduced as theoretical, geographical, technical and market potentials. The theories for each step are presented for ocean energies together with clear definitions. As the tidal current energy research and development are active in Korea having very strong tidal current speed along the west and south coastal regions, the detail procedure for each step of energy potential assessment is introduced for tidal current energy. The paper will illustrate the case study of tidal current power assessment in western coastal region, South Korea with highlighting the key aspects in determining the resource potentials. 展开更多
