This article has analyzed the necessity for the establishment of inlbrmatization standards system in the first place with the brief introduction to the current research achievements of the standards system and the loop-locked Identification-Execution-Check (REC) application strategy.展开更多
This experimental analysis shows the measured reduction in energy consumption as well as the effects of voltage on cycle temperatures, pressures, flow rates and also compressor speed (revolutions per minute). The do...This experimental analysis shows the measured reduction in energy consumption as well as the effects of voltage on cycle temperatures, pressures, flow rates and also compressor speed (revolutions per minute). The domestic refrigerator used R134a as refrigerant. Two energy consumption procedures were adapted from the JIS and ISO standards. The biggest difference between two standards is that the fridge is not opened in the ISO test while it is opened a number of times in the JIS test. The tests were carried out between 190 V and 250 V in steps of 10 V. The reduction in energy consumption was of 49.78 W-h per day or 6.27% of the total consumption. The experiments also showed that the voltage drop resulted in only a small rpm drop which in turn did not result in a noticeable refrigerant flow-rate change. Consequently the temperatures and pressures were not affected.展开更多
Two new miniature metallic sealed-cells containing the triple point of water, WTP (273.16 K) and the triple point of mercury, HgTP (234.3156 K) have been constructed for the realization of the International Temper...Two new miniature metallic sealed-cells containing the triple point of water, WTP (273.16 K) and the triple point of mercury, HgTP (234.3156 K) have been constructed for the realization of the International Temperature Scale of 1990 (ITS-90) at the National Institute of Standards (NIS-Egypt). The two new cells, in addition to a previously realized argon and oxygen triple point cells, will provide facilities for the calibration of capsule-type standard platinum resistance thermometers (CSPRTs) at one single run. Many phase transition plateaux were carried out and compared to the laboratory large reference cells using the same thermometers in order to test the performance of the new cell.展开更多
There has not been an effective method to measure the resistivity of small-size sample of mineral and solid insulating material until now.According to the Chinese National Standard(GB/T1410-2006) and features of digit...There has not been an effective method to measure the resistivity of small-size sample of mineral and solid insulating material until now.According to the Chinese National Standard(GB/T1410-2006) and features of digital high resistance meter,a small electrode experimental installation was developed;it can work with current high resistance meter;the sample decreases to 18 mm from standard size 100 mm in diameter and reduces by 30.86 times in area.A three-electrode system is supported and precisely positioned by two insulating bases whose diameter is 60 mm and height is 20 mm,which ensures accuracy of device structure and reliability of measuring results.The key technological parameters are as follows:diameter of high voltage electrode is 18mm;diameter of measuring electrode is 14.6 mm;internal diameter and external diameter of guard electrode are 16 and 18 mm,respectively;the gap between guard electrode and measuring electrode is set at 0.6 mm.These parameters are adequate for the measurement of flat specimen of mineral and solid insulating material whose diameter is 18 mm.According to the confirmatory experiment on the volume resistivity and surface resistivity,the measuring results are almost the same,using a small electrode experimental installation and a standard electrode.展开更多
