通过热压成型工艺制备了含容性FSS结构的铁氧体复合吸波材料,按GJB2038-94标准,利用Agilent公司的矢量网络分析仪PNA8363B采用弓形测量法在8~18GHz频率范围对复合材料的反射率进行测试。研究结果表明,FSS的缝隙宽度、缝隙间距、FSS... 通过热压成型工艺制备了含容性FSS结构的铁氧体复合吸波材料,按GJB2038-94标准,利用Agilent公司的矢量网络分析仪PNA8363B采用弓形测量法在8~18GHz频率范围对复合材料的反射率进行测试。研究结果表明,FSS的缝隙宽度、缝隙间距、FSS结构的方块电阻以及FSS结构的放置位置对复合材料的吸波性能都有很大影响。这些参数都存在一个最佳值,在其他条件不变的情况下,缝隙宽度为5mm,缝隙间距为7.2mm,FSS方块电阻为60Ω/□时,复合材料的吸波性能最好。FSS在复合材料中间层相比在面层和反射层,复合材料具有较好的吸波性能。通过设计FSS结构的频率特性可以达到改善材料吸波性能的目的,为高性能吸波材料的设计提供一条可行的途径。 展开更多

利用感性表面(金属栅格)与容性表面(间隔的金属环形贴片)之间的耦合机制制备了微型频率选择表面(MEF-SS)。依据传输线理论给出电感、电容近似公式,定性分析了MEFSS结构参数,采用全波分析矢量模匹配法计算了不同几何结构参数与耦合层电参... 利用感性表面(金属栅格)与容性表面(间隔的金属环形贴片)之间的耦合机制制备了微型频率选择表面(MEF-SS)。依据传输线理论给出电感、电容近似公式,定性分析了MEFSS结构参数,采用全波分析矢量模匹配法计算了不同几何结构参数与耦合层电参数MEFSS的传输特性。通过镀膜与光刻法在500μm厚聚酰亚胺膜两侧以矩形排列方式制备了12个0.125λ集总电感单元与集总电容单元,利用自由空间法测试了240mm×240mm MEFSS样件的传输特性。结果显示,测试样件中心频点为14.636GHz,透过率为-0.382dB,-3dB,带宽为2.17GHz时,单元尺寸为0.125λ;当单元尺寸变小时,中心频点向高频漂移,其透过率下降;固定单元尺寸,中心频点随固定电感宽度、电容间隔和环形贴片宽度的增加而向高频漂移;耦合层厚度增加0.4mm,中心频点向低频漂移1.4GHz,且透过率降低2.6dB;相对介电常数由3.5变为2,中心频点向高漂移2.8GHz。结论显示,利用感性与容性表面耦合机制能制备单元尺寸为0.125λ的FSS,其具有微型化、宽通带和对入射波角度不敏感的特点。 展开更多

为实现频率选择表面(FSS)工作频点的可调谐,将环型孔径FSS负载分离后形成感性表面与容性表面,利用两者之间的耦合机制设计了一种互补屏FSS。建立了互补屏FSS等效电路模型,定性分析了它的变频机理。采用耦合积分方程法计算了负载贴片旋转... 为实现频率选择表面(FSS)工作频点的可调谐,将环型孔径FSS负载分离后形成感性表面与容性表面,利用两者之间的耦合机制设计了一种互补屏FSS。建立了互补屏FSS等效电路模型,定性分析了它的变频机理。采用耦合积分方程法计算了负载贴片旋转角,耦合电介质厚度和相对介电常数对互补屏传输特性的影响。利用镀膜与光刻方法在耦合电介质两侧制备容性表面与感性表面,并用自由空间法测试250mm×250mm样件的传输特性。计算与测试结果均表明:当十字贴片从0°旋转至10°,互补屏FSS的谐振频点会从18.2GHz向低频漂移至14.8GHz。当耦合电介质的物理厚度从0.1mm变化到1mm时,互补屏FSS的容性表面和感性表面之间的耦合效应逐渐消失。耦合电介质相对介电常数增加使互补屏间的耦合增强,其工作频点向低频漂移。实验显示:随着负载贴片旋转角的变化,互补屏FSS能够实现主动变频功能,为设计和制备主动FSS提供借鉴。 展开更多

The haemocompatibility of Ti-3Zr-2Sn-3Mo-25Nb biomedical alloy was studied after surface heparinization. A layer of sol-gel TiO2 films was applied on the alloy samples followed by active treatment in the bio-functionalized solution for introducing the OH- and groups, and then the heparin was immobilized on the active TiO2 films through the electrostatic self assembly technology. It is shown that the heparinized films are mainly composed of anatase and rutile with smooth and dense surface. In vitro blood compatibility was evaluated by haemolysis test, clotting time and platelet adhesion behavior tests. The results show that the haemocompatibility of the alloy could be significantly improved by surface heparinization. 展开更多

Four methods, including voltammetric measurement of double layer capacitance, surface oxides reduction, under potential deposition of Cu and carbon monoxide (CO) stripping have been applied to evaluate the real surface area of a polycrystalline Pd (pc-Pd) electrode. The results reveal that the second and third methods lead to consistent results with deviations below 5%. And from the determined double layer capacitance and CO stripping charge, it is deduced that the double layer capacity unit area is 23.1±0.4μF/cm2 and the saturated CO adlayer should be ca. 0.66 ML in order to ensure that the real surface area as determined is consistent with the other two techniques. The applicability as well as the attentions when applying these techniques for the determination of the real surface area of pc-Pd electrodes have been discussed. 展开更多

We show the nonclassicaJ symmetries obtained in [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 289 (2004) 55, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 311 (2005) 479] are not all the nonclassical symmetries. Based on a new assume on the form of invariant surface condition, all the nonclassical symmetries for a class of nonlinear partial differential equations can be obtained through the compatibility method. The nonlinear Klein-Gordon equation and the Cahn-Hilliard equations all serve as examples showing the compatibility method leads quickly and easily to the determining equations for their all nonclassical symmetries for two equations. 展开更多

Objective:To study the characteristics of the intraocular lens using ion beam sputtering depositing titanium nitride thin film on the intraocular lens(IOLs).Methods:To deposite titanium nitride thin film on the top of intraocular lens by ion beam sputtering depositing.We analyzed the surface morphology of intraocular lens through SEM and AFM.We detected intraocular lens resolution through the measurement of intraocular lens.Biocompatibility of intraocular lens is preliminary evaluated in this test.Results:The surface morphology of intraocular lens material was not changed,and was in line with the requirements of smoothness.Resolution was in line with national requirements.Unmodified and modified IOLs's cytotoxicity were 1 and 0.6 grade respectively.Hemolytic rates of modified and unmodified were both less than 5%.Conclusion:Ion beam sputtering deposition of objects didn't only affect the surface morphology and the basic optical performance,but also can enhance the biocompatibility of intraocular lens.Ion beam sputtering deposition technique has provided new methods for the surface modification of IOLs and PMMA materials. 展开更多

Integration of fast electrochemical double-layer capacitance and large pseudocapacitance is a practical way to improve the overall capability of supercapacitor,yet remains challenging.Herein,an effective cyanogel synthetic strategy was demonstrated to prepare ultrathin Ni(OH)2 nanosheets coupling with conductive reduced graphene oxide(rGO)(rGO-Ni(OH)2)at ambient condition.Ultrathin Ni(OH)2 nanosheet with 3–4 layers of edge-sharing octahedral MO6 maximally exposes the active surface of Faradic reaction and promotes the ion diffusion,while the conductive rGO sheet boosts the electron transport during the reaction.Even at 30 A g−1,the optimal sample can deliver a specific capacitance of 1119.52 F g−1,and maintain 82.3%after 2000 cycles,demonstrating much higher electrochemical capability than bare Ni(OH)2 nanosheets.A maximum specific energy of 44.3 W h kg^−1(148.5 W kg^−1)is obtained,when assembled in a two-electrode system rGO-Ni(OH)2//rGO.This study provides an insight into efficient construction of two dimensional hybrid electrodes with high performance for the new-generation energy storage system. 展开更多

The possible practical limits for the specific surface area and capacitance performance of bulk sp^2 carbon materials were investigated experimentally and theoretically using a variety of carbon materials. We find the limit for the specific surface area to be 3500–3700 m^2 g^(-1), and based on this, the corresponding best capacitance was predicted for various electrolyte systems. A model using an effective ionic diameter for the electrolyte ions was proposed and used to calculate the theoretical capacitance. A linear dependence of experimental capacitance versus effective specific surface area of various sp^2 carbon materials was obtained for all studied ionic liquid, organic and aqueous electrolyte systems. Furthermore, excellent agreement between the theoretical and experimental capacitance was observed for all the tested sp^2 carbon materials in these electrolyte systems, indicating that this model can be applied widely in the evaluation of various carbon materials for supercapacitors. 展开更多

The corrosion resistance and cytocompatibility of Ti-20 Zr-10 Nb-4 Ta(TZNT) alloy modified by surface laser treatment were investigated. The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) measurements indicated that laser treatment on TZNT alloy generated groove morphologies with the width of^40 μm and the depth of ~10 μm on the surface. The water contact angles along the groove direction decreased by 51%compared with that of the untreated alloy. The laser treatment promoted the oxidation of metallic Ti, Zr and Nb and produced more stable oxides on surface. The corrosion potential increased by 50% and corrosion current density decreased by72% compared with that of the untreated alloy in the anodic polarization test for the alloy in Hank’s solution at 37°C. This indicated the improvement of the corrosion resistance by laser treatment. The cytotoxicity testing results showed that the laser-treated TZNT alloy performed similar MC3 T3-E1 cell viability compared with the untreated alloy. The cells displayed oriented growth along the groove direction due to the increased hydrophilicity. This novel material may be a new candidate in orthopedics and dentistry implantations fields. 展开更多

Mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) are promising for drug delivery and other biomedical applications owing to their excellent chemical stability and biocompatibility. For these applications, a hollow morphology with thin shell and open mesopores is preferred for MSNs in order to maximize the loading capacity of drugs. Herein we report a novel and direct synthesis of such an ideal drug delivery system in a dilute and alkaline solution of benzylcetyl- dimethylammonium chloride and diethylene glycol hexadecyl ether. The mixed surfactants can guide the formation of MSNs with cubic Ia3d mesostructure, and at a concentration of sodium hydroxide between 9.8 and 13.5 mM, hollow MSNs with uniform sizes of 90-120 nm and a single-unit-cell-thick shell are formed. A mechanism for the formation of the hollow Ia3d MSNs, designated as MMT-2, is proposed based on in situ small-angle X-ray scattering measurements and other analyses. MMT-2 exhibits much higher loading capacity of ibuprofen and degrades faster in simulated body fluid and phosphate buffered saline than non-hollow MSNs. The degradation of MMT-2 can be significantly retarded by modification with polyethylene glycol. More interestingly, the degradation of MMT-2 involves fragmentation instead of void formation, a phenomenon beneficial for their elimination. The results demonstrate the uniqueness of the hollow Ia3d MSNs and the great potential of the material for drug delivery and biomedical applications. 展开更多
