180°宽带移相器的研究

本文提出了一种利用负反馈对放大器实现180°宽带移相的方案.在对这种移相器特性进行了理论分析的基础上,进行了实验论证.结果表明,这种移相器方案不仅在70MHz是可行的,而且也可应用于140MHz或更高的频率范围.

基于多周期同步采样宽带移相法,提出了一种电网无功数字测量新方法。多周期同步采样用100 MHz高频脉冲对电网频率进行测量跟踪,保证10个周期采样同步误差小于0.03%;设计的宽带移相滤波器组在带宽45~4955 Hz内实现90°相移,相移误差0... 基于多周期同步采样宽带移相法,提出了一种电网无功数字测量新方法。多周期同步采样用100 MHz高频脉冲对电网频率进行测量跟踪,保证10个周期采样同步误差小于0.03%;设计的宽带移相滤波器组在带宽45~4955 Hz内实现90°相移,相移误差0.01°,其暂态过渡时间最大为67 ms。给出了实现该方法的具体硬件配置。仿真结果表明,相对传统方法,所提方法精度更高,可在每10个周期内实现电网无功的高精度测量。 展开更多

The bit error rate (BER) performance of multi-user direct spreading bi-phase shift keying (DSBPSK) direct impulse ultra wideband (UWB) systems is analyzed and simulated based on a statistical indoor multi-path fading channel model. The BER of the system is theoretically derived and given in closed form, which is expressed in terms of channel parameters and system parameters such as pulse width parameter, pulse repeat period, user number and pulse waveform. With this BER expression, the effect of these parameters on the system performance can be evaluated in a uniform way. Simulation results well match the theory numerical results, and prove that the multi-access interference (MAI) of DS-BPSK UWB is a normal distribution. 展开更多

Broadband phase shifters are mostly proposed and fabricated based on the scheme proposed by Shiffman, which uses a coupled line with far ends connected together and a uniform transmission line to give a differential phase shift. Based on the unique dispersion property of the composite right/left-handed (CRLH) metamaterial structure, a new configuration is presented in this paper for fabricating the broadband differential phase shifter, which employs a novel CRLH metamaterial structure as one of the differential phase-shift arms, instead of the conventional coupled line. The new circuit can achieve a phase shift of 90° in an operational bandwidth as broad as one octave and its phase deviations are quite small. An original design of the novel broadband phase shifter is presented, in which the artificial CRLH structure was implemented by microstrip quasi-lumped elements. Both the simulated and measured results of the 90° broadband differential phase shifter are presented. 展开更多
