目的比较、分析及探讨不同部位直肠癌的手术方法的选择。方法对1996年1月以来的170例直肠癌患者采用不同手术方法的疗效及并发症进行比较及临床分析。结果全直肠系膜切除术(TME)组病死率1.69%、吻合口瘘发生率20.34%、吻合口狭窄发生率1... 目的比较、分析及探讨不同部位直肠癌的手术方法的选择。方法对1996年1月以来的170例直肠癌患者采用不同手术方法的疗效及并发症进行比较及临床分析。结果全直肠系膜切除术(TME)组病死率1.69%、吻合口瘘发生率20.34%、吻合口狭窄发生率11.86%、切口感染率5.08%,术后肿瘤复发率4.23%。宽系膜切除术(WMF)组病死率为0,吻合瘘发生率1.92%,吻合口狭窄发生率1.92%,切口感染率1.9%,术后肿瘤复发率3.08%。结论根据不同部位的直肠癌可选择不同的手术方法,WME组手术并发症明显少于TME组。 展开更多

The design and fabrication of a RF MEMS switch is reported for the first time in China.The switching element consists of a thin metallic membrane,which has the metal-isolator-metal contact and a capacitive shunt switch as single-pole single-throw.When an electrostatic potential is applied to the membrane and the bottom electrode,the attractive electrostatic force pulls the metal membrane down onto the bottom dielectric.The switch characteristics,such as insertion loss and isolation,depend on the off and on-capacitance.The test results are as follows:the pulldown voltage is about 20V;the insertion loss is less than 0 69dB from DC to 20GHz in the up-state;the isolation is more than 13dB from 14 to 18GHz and 16dB from 18 to 20GHz in the down-state. 展开更多

In this paper, a novel admission scheme is proposed which provides high degrees of quality of service (QoS) guarantees for multimedia traffic carried in mobile networks. The proposed scheme combines the admission control and bandwidth reservation to guarantee QoS requirements. It considers both local information and remote information to determine whether to accept or reject a connection. In order to embody the characteristics of the algorithms proposed in the article, two traditional algorithms of admission control are used for comparison. In the end of the paper the simulation analyses are given and the results show that the proposed algorithm can adjust the bandwidth according to the current status of networks and decrease the probability of connections forcibly dropped. The most important thing is that the algorithm is based on the multimedia communications and can guarantee the QoS of real time connections through decreasing the bandwidth of non real time connections. 展开更多

High speed on-off valves can be combined with actuators in systems into four typical types of composite valves whose static characteristics are related not only to the structures of the single valves and the composite ones, but also to the PWM control modes. It is proved that the composite valves have similar features as those of servo valves. 隔离壁蒸馏塔(DWC)的双塔多段拓扑结构导致蒸汽再压缩热泵(VRHP)的应用具有多种可能性,包括单VRHP、多VRHP、多级VRHP以及它们的相互组合等复杂结构,这显著加剧了蒸汽再压缩隔离壁蒸馏塔(DWC-VRHP)综合与设计的复杂性与烦琐性。为解决... 隔离壁蒸馏塔(DWC)的双塔多段拓扑结构导致蒸汽再压缩热泵(VRHP)的应用具有多种可能性,包括单VRHP、多VRHP、多级VRHP以及它们的相互组合等复杂结构,这显著加剧了蒸汽再压缩隔离壁蒸馏塔(DWC-VRHP)综合与设计的复杂性与烦琐性。为解决这一问题,针对轻组分绝对占优的三元宽沸点物系的分离问题推演了DWC-VRHP的最优拓扑结构,由此能够有效回避系统综合与设计过程中的结构搜索问题并显著降低模型化与搜索计算的工作强度。轻组分绝对占优与宽沸点物性导致了塔顶冷凝器与预分离蒸馏塔的提馏段是主要的热源与热阱,也决定了DWC-VRHP的最优拓扑结构,即一个二级VRHP与DWC的耦合系统。第一级VRHP用于进料预热,既充分利用温度提升跨度小的特点,又可以通过进料分流强化气液相间的物质传递。第二级VRHP用于加热预分离蒸馏塔的提馏段(或公共提馏段),能够最大限度地降低分离操作的非可逆性。采用苯/甲苯/邻二甲苯和正戊烷/正己烷/正庚烷两个物系的分离问题对所提出的DWC-VRHP的最优拓扑结构进行了分析与验证。通过与DWC以及DWC-VRHP其他潜在结构的系统性比较,显示了所提出系统结构在稳态性能方面的优越性。 展开更多

We present the design of a wide-band low-noise amplifier (LNA) implemented in 0.35μm SiGe BiCMOS technology for cable and terrestrial tuner applications. The LNA utilizes current injection to achieve high linearity. Without using inductors, the LNA achieves 0.1 ~ 1GHz wide bandwidth and 18. 8dB gain with less than 1.4dB of gain variation. The noise figure of the wideband LNA is 5dB, and its 1dB compression point is - 2dBm and IIP3 is 8dBm. The LNA dissipates 120mW of power with a 5V supply. 展开更多

From an analysis of the status of coal mine underground wireless communication, the application of UWB wireless communication system to underground coal mine is proposed. The basic composition of an UWB communication system and application in underground coal mines are introduced. The analyses show that, because of the transmission power being non-limitted in underground coal mines, the use of UWB in coal mines cannot only realize wireless access services of short distance high rate application for transmission of video monitoring signals, but also realize wireless access services of long distance low rate applications for mobile telephones in underground coal mines and parameters of working conditions monitoring, etc. It is emphasized on the simulation of a TH-PPM UWB communication system with traditional underground broadband model and ground CM1, CM3 model. It is shown that the traditional underground broadband model and ground CM1, CM3 models are not applicable to the UWB communication system in underground coal mines. It is necessary to conduct research on the propagation characteristics of UWB in coal mine tunnels, given the characteristics of the underground environment and to find the appropriate UWB model for underground coal mines. 展开更多

In order to guarantee reliable data transmission, powerful channel coding techniques are usually required in noncoherent ultra-wideband(UWB) communication systems. Accordingly, several forward error correction(FEC) codes, such as Reed-Solomon and convolutional codes have been used in noncoherent UWB systems to improve the bit error rate(BER) performance. In this paper, low-density parity-check(LDPC) codes are further studied as more powerful FEC candidates for noncoherent UWB systems. Two LDPC codes and the corresponding decoding procedures are presented for noncoherent UWB systems. Moreover, performance comparison between the LDPC codes and other FEC codes are provided for three major noncoherent UWB communication systems, namely, noncoherent pulse position modulation(NC-PPM), transmitted reference(TR) and transmitted reference pulse cluster(TRPC). Both theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the two investigated LDPC codes outperform other existing FEC codes with limited penalty in terms of complexity and therefore they are promising FEC candidates for noncoherent UWB systems with low-cost and low-power consumption. 展开更多

An active disturbance rejection controller is proposed in this paper to deal with the nonlinear problem of hydraulic servo system in order to preserve last response and small overshoot of control system. The active disturbance rejection (ADR) controller is composed of nonlinear tracking differentiator (TD), extended state observer (ESO) and nonlinear feedback (NF) law. An example of the hydraulic edger system case study is investigated to show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed nonlinear controller, especially, in the circumstance of foreign disturbance and working condition variation, compared with classic PI controller. 展开更多

In this paper,we propose a cooperative spectrum sharing strategy based on the Nash bargaining solution.Specifically,the primary system leases a fraction of its transmission time to the secondary system in exchange for cooperation to improve its transmission performance.To gain access to the spectrum of the primary system,the secondary system needs to split a fraction of its transmission bandwidth to help to forward the primary signal.As a reward,the secondary system can use the remaining bandwidth to transmit its own signal.We find a unique solution for this time and bandwidth allocation using the Nash bargaining solution.Simulation results demonstrate that the performance of the primary and secondary systems can both be improved by the proposed spectrum sharing strategy. 展开更多

Traditional chaotic pulse position modulation(CPPM)system has many drawbacks.It introduces delay into the feedback loop,which will lead to divergence of chaotic map easily.The wrong decision of data will cause error propagation.Mismatch of parameters and synchronization error between the receiver and transmitter will arouse high bit error rate.To solve these problems,a demodulation algorithm of CPPM based on particle filtering is proposed.According to the mathematical model of the system,it tracks the real signal by online separation in demodulation.Simulation results show that the proposed method can track the true signal better than the traditional CPPM scheme.What's more,it has good synchronization robustness,reduced error propagation by wrong decision and low bit error rate. 展开更多

By innovative use of the attenuator, the linearity handling ability of the system is dramatically improved. The system is designed and fabricated in SMIC 0.18 μm RF CMOS technology. The measurement data show that the front-end provides a total of more than 30rib dynamic range and a noise figure of 5dB in the wide frequency signal band. The prototype front-end consumes only 10mA and achieves an IIP3 of + 20dBm. 展开更多
