目的 :研究富含金的中间介质对Ni-Cr合金与瓷结合强度的影响并探讨其作用机理。方法 :采用Blend goldNeu金泥糊剂作为Ni-Cr合金与瓷的中间介质 ,通过剪切试验评价使用和未使用金泥糊剂两组试件Ni-Cr合金与瓷的结合强度 ;扫描电镜观察两... 目的 :研究富含金的中间介质对Ni-Cr合金与瓷结合强度的影响并探讨其作用机理。方法 :采用Blend goldNeu金泥糊剂作为Ni-Cr合金与瓷的中间介质 ,通过剪切试验评价使用和未使用金泥糊剂两组试件Ni-Cr合金与瓷的结合强度 ;扫描电镜观察两组试件界面结合形貌并运用能谱仪检测Ni -Cr合金与瓷内Ni、Cr、Al、Si及Au元素的扩散分布情况。结果 :使用金泥糊剂组的Ni-Cr合金与瓷的结合强度为 (2 9.92 3± 1.395 )MPa,未使用金泥糊剂组为 (19.997± 1.82 8)MPa ,二者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;使用金泥糊剂组的界面失败形式为内聚性失败 ,未使用金泥糊剂组为粘附性失败 ;运用金泥糊剂后Cr氧化物在界面聚集成峰并改善了Al、Si等元素的扩散分布 ,有利于金属与瓷的化学结合。结论 :富含金的中间介质能通过改善Ni-Cr合金与瓷的物理和化学结合等多方面提高二者结合强度。 展开更多

In order to clarify the role of organic matter in the enrichment of base metal, 10 samples of the Permian Kupferschiefer from southwestern Poland were analyzed by using microscopic and geochemical methods. The results indicate that the solvent extracts have been depleted in the samples with high Cu, Pb, Zn contents. This depletion occurred preferably in saturated hydrocarbons. Saturated hydrocarbons served as hydrogen donor for thermochemical sulfate reduction (TSR). The GC traces of saturated hydrocarbon show that the depletion occurred mainly in long chain n alkanes. 展开更多

Abstract Zinc (Zn) and copper (Cu) concentrations were determined in the tissues (muscle, stomach, liver, gills, skin, and gonads) of five commercial fish species (mullet Liza haematocheilus, flathead Platycephalus indicus, mackerel Scomberomorus niphonius, silver pomfret Pampus argenteus, and sea bass Lateolabrax japonicus) from Laizhou Bay in the Bohai Sea. Metal bioaccumulation was highest in the metabolically active tissues of the gonads and liver. Bioconcentration factors for Zn were higher in all tissues (gonads 44.35, stomach 7.73, gills 7.72, liver 5.61, skin 4.88, and muscle 1.63) than the corresponding values for Cu (gonads 3.50, stomach 3.00, gills 1.60, liver 5.43, skin 1.50, and muscle 0.93). Mackerel tissues accumulated metal to higher concentrations than did other fish species, but bioaccumulation levels were not significantly correlated with the trophic levels of the fish. Zn and Cu concentrations in the tissues were generally negatively correlated with fish length, except for a few tissues of sea bass. Risk assessment based on national and international permissible limits and provisional tolerances for weekly intake of Zn and Cu revealed that the concentrations of these two metals in muscle were relatively low and would not pose hazards to human health. 展开更多
