环境教育与甘肃的可持续发展

经济社会的发展始终是与环境密不可分的。离开人类赖以生存的环境去谈经济社会的发展,是不可能也是不现实的。生态环境保护与建设是甘肃省从根本上解决生态环境问题,摆脱“生态贫困”,实现经济、社会快速发展的关键。由于历史和自然的原因,甘肃的生态环境面临一系列的问题,环境教育是促进可持续发展和提高人们解决环境与发展问题能力的关键,地区经济要想获得长远的发展,环境教育是必选之路。文章从甘肃环境和环境教育的现状出发,着重就如何开展和加强环境教育、促进甘肃经济社会的可持续发展作些策略探讨。

Promoting Sustainability with Ecological,Economic and Social Dimensions in Developing Countries

Sustainable development is one of the most important ideas,and goals of our time.It is defined as"development which meets the needs and aspirations of the current generation and develops safe and sound society for future generation".Achieving sustainable development thus involves a vigorous and urgent debate on different dimensions.The different dimensions of sustainability as a framework involve all issues such as science,technology,economic growth and development,health,education,finance investment and trade,politics,natural disasters,population growth and terrorism,etc.No single dimension is responsible to develop sustainable society.This article mainly described the integrated relationship among the three dimensions of sustainability.

Dimensions and Approaches of University Development Under the Guidance of the Scientific Outlook on Development

This study analyzed the performance of university development which deviated from the scientific outlook on development, then elaborated four dimensions of sustainable development in universities including the cultural perspective dimension of people-oriented, the qualitative perspective dimension of personnel training, the innovative perspective dimension of academic research, and the strategic perspective dimension of scientific development. Finally, this article analyzed the scientific development approaches on coordinating the university extensive expansion and content development, special development and overall development, teaching and research as well as interests of current and long-term development were proposed.

A Seawater Desalination Paradigm Utilizing Solar Energy

The scarcity of potable water added more pressure on the Palestinian and is considered obstacles in planning for sustainable development. It is so important to find alternatives that have no adverse effect on the environment and at the same time provide genuine solutions to the available resources. In this paper a new paradigm for desalinating brackish and seawater is introduced. The proposed system is technically descried with size optimization that may cater for providing definite amount of potable water serving small communities. The main driving energy, electrical and thermal, is converted from the all around year available solar radiation.

浙江省高职学报编辑队伍建设的调查与分析

对浙江省34家高职学报进行了调查,发现存在编制数严重不足、编辑人员专业不对口及编龄普遍较短等问题。因此,为了加强浙江省高职学报编辑队伍建设,应理顺管理体制和运行机制、做好编辑人员的选拔和培养工作、提高编辑人员素质。
