The Complete Sequence of Mitochondrial COII Gene of Fenneropenaeus chinensis and Its Applicability as a Marker for Phylogenetic Analysis 被引量:4

It shows 83.2%,... The complete mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit Ⅱ (COⅡ) gene of Penaeinae shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis was cloned and sequenced. The gene is 688 bp in length and codes for 229 amino acids. It shows 83.2%, 87.0% and 83.8% sequence similarity to Marsupenaeus Japonicus, Penaeus monodon and Farfantepenaeus notialis, respectively. The A+T content of the whole gene and that at the third position of codons are 64.7% and 78.2%, respectively. The phylogenetic relationship between F. chinensis and three other species representing genera Farfanatepenaeus, Marsupenaeus and Penaeus was analyzed. Results showed that the genetic distances among the four taxa ranged from 0.144 0 to 0.200 5, exceeding those estimated with COⅠ and partial 16S rRNA gene sequences among Marsupenaeus, Litopenaeus and Melicertus, and being therefore larger than the value among subgenera. It has been suggested that the COⅡ gene has a faster evolutionary rate than that of the COⅠ gene and partial 16S rRNA gene and could be used for phylogenetic analysis at genus or species level. The results of the present study indicated that Farfantepenaeus, Fenneropenaeus, Marsupenaeus and Penaeus are at a higher phylogenetic level than subgenus, which supports the opinion of the elevation of phylogenetic status of the four subgenera to genus level. 展开更多

The characteristics and influence of the dynamical, thermal, and microphysical processes of a squall line are studied using the WRF model. This squall line occurred in the Yangtze and Huaihe river basins in Anhui Province on 5 July 2013. The active cold pool and the downdraft caused by the rear inflow contribute to the development of the squall line. The cold pool develops strongly, moves ahead of the storm, and then cuts off the supply of the warm air to the updraft, leading to the storm's demise. Analysis of the microphysics budget shows that snow crystals contribute to the rainfall rate most during the evolution of the squall line. The heating effect is predominant at the high level,whereas cooling plays an important role at the low level. A typical stratified ‘seeder–feeder' structure of the cloud exists primarily in the convective region of the squall line. The heights of the cloud ice and snow layers decrease continuously with time, and both the seeder and feeder cloud decrease dramatically in the dissipation stage, which leads to the reduced rainfall rate. 展开更多

This paper aims at analyzing the impact of the neutral conductor absence at specific sections over the performance of the power distribution lines, and proposing alternative solutions to mitigate the problems caused by the neutral conductor theft. Simulations are made by the software lnterplan and show that the absence of neutral conductor at specific sections of power distribution lines may increase the neutral-to-ground voltages, which compromises the system's safety. The solution developed keeps the technical performance of the power distribution system at satisfactory levels, regarding the voltage profile, or, at least, close to the level before the neutral conductor's theft. 展开更多

Searching for Flavor-Changing Neutral-Current Signals via e^+e^-(γγ)→th_t^0 in Topcolor-Assisted Technicolor Model

In the context of the top-color-assisted technicolor (TC2) model, the flavor-changing neutral-current (FCNC) interaction induced by the top-higgs (hOt) are predicted at tree level. We study the relevant processes of e+e-(γγ)→tcht0 at the International Linear Collider (ILC). It is found that these rare processes production rates can be enhanced significantly in the TC2 model. Especially for the process γγ→tcht0, the total cross section will reach a few fb in the reasonable parameter space. We also calculate the distributions of transverse momenta, pseudo-rapid and invariant mass of the top-higgs. In view of the main decay modes of top-higgs for mho 〈 2mr, we find that there will be several hundreds FCNC events produced at the ILC with annually integral luminosity of 500 fb-1. Due to the clean background, such FCNC signals can possibly be detected at the ILC. 展开更多

By the combination of the isolated P2O7 dimers and Mg O4 tetrahedra,α-andβ-Rb2Mg3(P2O7)2 polymorphs were synthesized by a high-temperature solution method.α-Rb2Mg3(P2O7)2 crystallizes in non-centrosymmetric space group P212121,whileβ-Rb2Mg3(P2O7)2 crystallizes in centrosymmetric P21/c.Both structures contain a three dimensional[Mg3P4O14]^2- anionic framework,while Rb^+ cations are in the space.Structure analyses show that the isolated P2O7 dimers can easily adjust their variable configurations and orientations to fit the different coordination environments of the cations,which is conducive to the formation of polymorphs.The phase transformation process fromα-toβ-Rb2Mg3(P2O7)2 was further investigated by powder X-ray diffraction and thermal gravimetric/differential scanning calorimetry measurements.In addition,UV-vis-NIR diffusion spectra indicate both materials have deep-ultraviolet cut-off edges(below 190 nm).α-Rb2Mg3(P2O7)2 is second-harmonic generation(SHG)-active and the origin of SHG response was investigated by the SHG density calculations.The first-principle calculations were also carried out to illuminate their structure-property relationships. 展开更多
