顶栅自对准(Top-gate self aligned)结构的a-IGZO TFT器件具有较小的寄生电容,适用于驱动OLED(Organic light emitting diode)显示器。为了增加TFT器件在光照条件下的稳定性,驱动OLED的TFT(Thin film transistors)器件通常需要加入遮光... 顶栅自对准(Top-gate self aligned)结构的a-IGZO TFT器件具有较小的寄生电容,适用于驱动OLED(Organic light emitting diode)显示器。为了增加TFT器件在光照条件下的稳定性,驱动OLED的TFT(Thin film transistors)器件通常需要加入遮光层。文章对遮光层的作用、遮光层信号连接方式、缓冲层厚度以及遮光层尺寸的选择进行了探究。结果表明:(1)遮光层可以有效降低TFT因为光照射造成的阈值电压负偏;(2)遮光层连接电讯号电性会更稳定,并且信号连接到源极,驱动电流更容易饱和,最适合驱动OLED;(3)缓冲层厚度选择400μm的器件性能较好;(4)在设计允许的情况下,遮光层应尽可能多的遮挡IGZO,以改善器件的稳定性。 展开更多

By introducing the Lucas-Riccati method and a linear variable separation method, new variable separation solutions with arbitrary functions are derived for a (2+1)-dimensional modified dispersive water-wave system. The main idea of this method is to express the solutions of this system as polynomials in the solution of the Riecati equation that the symmetrical Lucas functions satisfy. From the variable separation sohition and by selecting appropriate functions, some novel Jacobian elliptic wave structure with variable modulus and their interactions with dromions and peakons are investigated. 展开更多

In view of the movable hook structure on zero position,the traditional system could not recognize the zero scale.According to the essential requirements of the measurement,a new system based on machine vision was proposed.Standard datum planes and standard scales were designed as standard component,and the indication error can be calculated by comparing the standard component and the measured value between zero position and 500 mm scale.The alignment of scribed lines was realized by machine vision,and the float pixel equivalent method was applied in image process.Experimental results prove that this system meets the requirement of national standard steel tape verification regulation,and the repeatability of zero error can reach 0.006 mm after zero calibration. 展开更多

Using the first-principles band-structure method and a special quasirandom structure(SQS) approach,we have systematically calculated the alloy bowing coefficients and the nature band offsets of SnxZn1-x Te alloys.We show that the bowing coefficients and band gaps of these alloys are sensitively composition dependent.Due to wave functions full overlapping and delocalization of the Sn outermost p orbits and Zn s orbits,the coupling between these states is very strong,resulting in a significant downshift of conduction band edge with the increase of the Sn concentration x,While the valence band edge keeps almost unchanged compared with that of the binary ZnTe,thus improving the possibility for ambipolar-doping. 展开更多
