钢丝钳剪切线条痕迹对接率的量化研究

采用实验方法,并借助统计软件研究钢丝钳剪切线条痕迹特征的稳定性。在大量的实验数据基础上,经过统计分析发现:当钢丝钳钳剪痕迹中的线条数量对接率达到75%以上时,就可以对工具进行同一认定。

目的通过描述医联体模式建设初期社区医院与核心医院间药品对接情况,探讨社区医院药品种类与慢病患者管理需求间的差别,探索进一步完善医联体内部单位间药品对接的关键点。方法将北京地区以北京大学第三医院为核心的海淀区中东部医疗联... 目的通过描述医联体模式建设初期社区医院与核心医院间药品对接情况,探讨社区医院药品种类与慢病患者管理需求间的差别,探索进一步完善医联体内部单位间药品对接的关键点。方法将北京地区以北京大学第三医院为核心的海淀区中东部医疗联合体下属的21家一级社区医院作为研究对象,探讨区属社区医院和大学院校医院在高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、脑血管病4种疾病类型所用药品中的对接达标情况。结果北医三院医联体成员单位中,4类重要慢性疾病药品上下级医疗机构对接达标率较低(药品对接达到或超过60%视为达标)。区属社区医院和大学院校医院在4类疾病组中的达标率间存在较大差异,其中高血压达标率在区属社区医院为85.7%,而在大学院校医院仅为21.4%,组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.016)。结论需要加强管理社区医院慢病药品对接率,冠心病、脑血管疾病及大学院校医院应为关注重点。 展开更多

Based on a simplified 3-DOF model of twin-tower structure linked by a sky-bridge,the frequency response functions,the displacement power spectral density(PSD)functions,and the time-averaged total vibration energy were derived,by assuming the white noise as the earthquake excitation.The effects of connecting parameters,such as linking stiffness ratio and linking damping ratio,on the structural vibration responses were then studied,and the optimal connecting parameters were obtained to minimize the vibration energy of either the independent monomer tower or the integral structure.The influences of sky-bridge elevation position on the optimal connecting parameters were also discussed.Finally,the distribution characteristics of the top displacement PSD and the structural responses,excited by El Centro,Taft and artificial waves,were compared in both frequency and time domain.It is found that the connecting parameters at either end of connection interactively affect the responses of the towers.The optimal connecting parameters can greatly improve the damping connections on their seismic reduction effectiveness,but are unable to reduce the seismic responses of the towers to the best extent simultaneously.It is also indicated that the optimal connecting parameters derived from the simplified 3-DOF model are applicable for two multi-story structures linked by a sky-bridge with dampers.The seismic reduction effectiveness obtained varies from 0.3 to 1.0 with different sky-bridge mass ratio.The displacement responses of the example structures are reduced by approximately 22% with sky-bridge connections. 展开更多

This method can precisely represent the microstructure of a packed bed. In this study, the effects of parameters such as the radiation emissivity, temperature, contact area and particle size of the packed bed on the conductivity have been estimated. For example, heat transfer by radiation does not dominate if the material has voids of less than l mm in size. Moreover, the effects of contact area and pressure on effective thermal conductivity are negligible for thermal radiation. By considering the microscopic behavior of a packed bed, the homogenization method is thus a powerful tool for estimating the bed's effective thermal conductivity. 展开更多

The discovery is based on use of the mobile closed mechanical contour for force transfer from the mechanism input link to an output link, According to discovery the motion transfer can be carried out by Assur structural group in the form of the mobile closed contour, and the output link is the link with one degree of freedom. The received mechanical system includes an input link, an output link and the closed contour placed between them as fourth class Assur structural group. The kinematic chain has two degrees of freedom. However the closed contour imposes an additional constraint on relative motion of its links. The carried out discovery allows providing the variable transfer ratio only due to the variable external load. Mechanical properties of the closed contour allow providing the required transfer ratio independently, smart and automatically. 展开更多

In this paper,a third-generation dry gas-to-ethylbenzene process in a factory of PetroChina is considered.For the gradual catalyst deactivation in the alkylation reactor,a model is established with the parameters estimated from the reaction rate equation of alkylation based on the on-site data and those from laboratory analysis. The real-time dynamic simulation of the alkylation process is carried out,in which the module accuracy is ensured by using OPC(Object linking and embedding for Process Control)technique and adaptive correction of model parameters.Both the current and future operation temperature can be predicted. 展开更多
