A parameter equation was established to make a program. According to the program, conversion and enantiomeric excess can be simultaneously obtained using a polarimeter. The results obtained by polarimeter are consistant with that of liquid chromatography, which implies that the new method is feasible to measure the enantiomeric excess and conversion during the kinetic resolution process.展开更多
