According to the results, with the decrease of relative soil water content, MDA content in M. sieversii leaves increased by mem- brane lipid peroxidation. Cells resist water stress-induced membrane lipid peroxidation and clear the increased reactive oxygen species by improving soluble protein content and SOD, POD, CAT and APX activities. However, various enzymes were involved in the response to water stress under different moisture conditions. In addition, the results indicated that M. sieversii had a good adaptability to higher relative soil water contents.展开更多

Quantitatively good results of the energy spectra, the energy staggering parameter as a function of the spin are obtained. Methods: We constructed therapeutic plasmid pGL3-hTERT-TK (containing suicide gene TK that promoted by promoter of hTERT) and was conjugated with AF-liposome (a protein that can combine with the receptor ASPGR on HCC cell surface). Then we transfected HCC cell line HepG2 and hepatic cell L02 with AF-pGL3-hTERT-TK, observed the effects of therapeutic plasmid AF-pGL3-hTERT-TK for HCC cell line growth and apoptosis in vitro by Flow cytometry and Tun- nel method. Results: Our results showed that TK gene was 1100 bp in plasmid pGL3-hTERT-TK. Plasmid pGL3-hTERT-TK can effectively transfect HCC cell HepG2 and the transfection rate was 8.91%. By recognizing and combining effects of recep- tor protein ASPGR on HCC cell surface the therapeutic plasmid AF-pGL3-hTERT-TK could easily enter into HCC cell HepG2 and induce its apeptosis. The apoptosis rate was 85.87% while only 8.65% in L02 cell. Four days after AF-pGL3-hTERT-TK transfected HepG2 was intervention by ganciclovir (GCV), a lot of apeptotic bodies were found by Tunnel analysis, while little apoptotic body was found in hepatic cell L02. Conclusion: AF-pGL3-hTERT-TK can target to HCC cell line and induce it to apoptesis, almost has no influence on hepatic cell L02. AF-pGL3-hTERT-TK has the potential therapeutic effects for HCC.展开更多

Methods: From 2009 to 2013, a total of 290 cases wi...We aimed to study the appropriate posture of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) patients, to reduce the incidence of internal jugular vein heterotopia. Methods: From 2009 to 2013, a total of 290 cases with PICC were enrolled in our study. They were divided into two groups. The patients in control group took regular position, which mean pros- tration, upper limb of tube side was abduction 90°, head moved to puncture side in order to block the internal jugular vein. On the basis of conventional body position putting, posture of patients in observation group was improved, the head remain neutral, and had 180° angle with trunk longitudinal axis, not favor any side. After ensuring the upper limb abduction, had 90° angle with the trunk, then catheter was inserted slowly. The jugular venous catheter heterotopia rate was judged by X.ray results. Results: The jugular venous catheter heterotopia rate of control group and observation was 12.8% and 0.68%, respectively. The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: The body posture improvement can prevent discomfort of patients and reduce the jugular venous catheter heterotopia rate of PICC.展开更多

Objective: The aim of our study was to demonstrate the CT features of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas (SPTP) so as to improve the imaging diagnostic abilities. Methods: The CT materials of 10 cases with su...Objective: The aim of our study was to demonstrate the CT features of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas (SPTP) so as to improve the imaging diagnostic abilities. Methods: The CT materials of 10 cases with surgery and pathology proved SPTP were retrospectively analyzed, including 8 females and 2 males, their age ranged from 12 to 54 years (average being 27.2 years). All of the 10 cases underwent spiral CT scan and also with contrast enhancement before surgery. Results: All of the 10 cases were isolated mass. They were located at the head (n = 5), tail (n = 4), and body (n = 1) of the pancreas. Their shapes were round (n = 3), oval (n = 4), and irregular (n = 3). The long-axis diameter ranged from 2.1-8.6 cm (mean 6.5 cm). All of neoplasms consisted of solid and cystic components. Mostly solid components in 5 cases, nearly the same proportion of solid and cystic part in 3 cases, and mostly cystic components in 2 cases. After dynamic contrast-enhanced, the solid parts of the lesion showed progressive enhancement and the cystic parts of the lesion showed no enhancement. Calcification was noted in 5 cases, such as the spot, line-like, small nodules or patchy calcification. Fluid-debris level and "floating cloud" sign were noted in one case. In one case of mostly cystic components, patchy area of high attenuation were shown on CT imaging which then was proved as old hemorrhage by pathologic evaluation. Seven cases were completely encapsulated and made more remarkable on post-contrast images. Three cases had incomplete capsules, and adhesion to the surrounding tissues could be seen during operation, including one case in which invasion to the adjacent adipose tissues near the inferior vena cava and walls of the duodenum could be seen under the microscope. Pancreatic duct broadening or hepatic duct dilatation was caused by tumor each in 1 case. All of the 10 cases had no enlargement of the intra-abdominal lymph nodes or distant organ metastasis. Conclusion: SPTP occurs mainly in young women and has comparatively characteristic CT imaging features: a large solid and cystic tumor of pancreas, sharp edges, the solid parts of the lesion showed progressive enhancement, a few with hemorrhage and calcification.展开更多

METHODS: This was a multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled stu...AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tegaserod, 6 mg twice daily (b.i.d.), in men and women with chronic constipation (CC) from China. METHODS: This was a multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled study. Following a 2-wk treatmentfree baseline period, patients were randomized to receive either tegaserod (6 mg b.i.d.) or placebo (b.i.d.) for 4 wk. An analysis of covariance with repeated measures was used to determine the overall effect of treatment for the primary efficacy variable; the change from baseline in the number of complete spontaneous bowel movements (CSBMs) during the 4-wk treatment period. Secondary efficacy endpoints included other measures of response in terms of CSBMs, and patients' daily and weekly assessment of bowel habits. Safety was also assessed, based on the incidence and severity of adverse events (AEs). RESULTS: A total of 607 patients were randomized to receive either tegaserod (n = 304) or placebo (n = 303). Tegaserod treatment resulted in a rapid and significant increase from baseline in the adjusted mean number of CSBMs per week over wk 1-4 compared with placebo (1.39 vs 0.91, P = 0.0002). A statistically significant difference in favor of tegaserod was also observed for a mean increase ≥ 1 CSBM/wk over wk 1-4 (47.7% vs 35.0%, tegaserod vs placebo, respectively, P = 0.0018) and for the absolute number of≥ 3 CSBMs/wk over wk 1-4 (25.0% vs 14.5%, tegaserod vs placebo, respectively, P = 0.0021). Improvements in other symptoms of CC were also seen in the tegaserod group, including improved stool form and reduced straining. In addition, more patients in the tegaserod group reported satisfactory relief from their constipation symptoms. The frequency and severity of AEs was comparable between tegaserod and placebo groups, with the exception of a greater incidence of diarrhea in patients receiving tegaserod (3.6%) compared with placebo (1.7%). CONCLUSION: Tecjaserod treatment improved multiple symptoms of CC and was associated with a favorable safety profile.展开更多

A key question is whether causality violating regions are locally allowed. The calculation results reproduce the binding energies and the quadrupole deformations well. The calculation results indicate these nuclei at ground states evolve from neaxly-spherical (N = 130) shape to quadrupole deformation shape with the increase of the neutron number. It is also found that among the Rn isotopes, only^222,224 Rn axe oetupole deformed and the octupole deformations for them are small. However, more nuclei (N ≌ 134 148) in Th and U isotopes are octupole deformed and the octupole deformations for some of them are significant (|β3|- 0.1 or even larger).展开更多

And a local contrast enhancement not only causes a washed-out effect, but also blocks. To solve these drawbacks, this paper derives an optimal global equalization function with variable size block based local contrast enhancement. The optimal equalization function makes it possible to get a good quality image through the global contrast enhancement. The variable size block segmentation is firstly exeoated using intensity differences as a measure of similarity. In the second step, the optimal global equalization function is obtained from the enhanced contrast image having variable size blocks. Conformed experiments have showed that the proposed algorithm produces a visually comfortable result image.展开更多

In one case of mostly cystic components, patchy area of high attenuation were shown on CT imaging which then was proved as old hemorrhage by pathologic evaluation. Seven cases were completely encapsulated and made more remarkable on post-contrast images. Three cases had incomplete capsules, and adhesion to the surrounding tissues could be seen during operation, including one case in which invasion to the adjacent adipose tissues near the inferior vena cava and walls of the duodenum could be seen under the microscope. Pancreatic duct broadening or hepatic duct dilatation was caused by tumor each in 1 case. All of the 10 cases had no enlargement of the intra-abdominal lymph nodes or distant organ metastasis. Conclusion: SPTP occurs mainly in young women and has comparatively characteristic CT imaging features: a large solid and cystic tumor of pancreas, sharp edges, the solid parts of the lesion showed progressive enhancement, a few with hemorrhage and calcification.

Methods: From the accept and treat patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from June 2013 to March 2014, 86 cases were chosen to be retrospectively analyzed, randomly divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases in each group. The control group was underwent gauze packing while observation group were packing gauze joint with improved uterine suture Cho, the two groups were observed therapeutic effects and complications. Results: The total efficiency of observation group is 93.02%, and the total efficiency of the control group is 62.79%, there is a significant better treatment effect for observed group than the control group (P 〈0.05), and complication rate of observation group is significantly lower than the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions: In refractory postpartum hemorrhage intervention therapy, the use of gauze packing combined with modified suture uterus Cho has better clinical treatment effect with high security, so it is worthy of clinical application.

文摘In the study of the application effectiveness of deep-hole controlled pre-splittingblasting technology,it was found through laboratory micro test and field study on a mine insouth China that under the technology,coal masses produce many irreversible cracks.Afterblasting,the nearer the distance from blasting hole,the larger the BET surface areaand volume ratio of the infiltration pore are;they increased by 11.47%and 5.73%,respectively.The coefficient of air permeability is increased 4 times.After 3 months,the gasdrainage rate was increased by 66%.In the first 15 days,the cumulative pumped gas was1.93 times of blasting before.The average absolute gas emission decreased by 63.46%.Experimental results show that deep-hole controlled pre-splitting blasting not only preventscoal and gas outburst,but also gives good economic results.
文摘AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tegaserod, 6 mg twice daily (b.i.d.), in men and women with chronic constipation (CC) from China. METHODS: This was a multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled study. Following a 2-wk treatmentfree baseline period, patients were randomized to receive either tegaserod (6 mg b.i.d.) or placebo (b.i.d.) for 4 wk. An analysis of covariance with repeated measures was used to determine the overall effect of treatment for the primary efficacy variable; the change from baseline in the number of complete spontaneous bowel movements (CSBMs) during the 4-wk treatment period. Secondary efficacy endpoints included other measures of response in terms of CSBMs, and patients' daily and weekly assessment of bowel habits. Safety was also assessed, based on the incidence and severity of adverse events (AEs). RESULTS: A total of 607 patients were randomized to receive either tegaserod (n = 304) or placebo (n = 303). Tegaserod treatment resulted in a rapid and significant increase from baseline in the adjusted mean number of CSBMs per week over wk 1-4 compared with placebo (1.39 vs 0.91, P = 0.0002). A statistically significant difference in favor of tegaserod was also observed for a mean increase ≥ 1 CSBM/wk over wk 1-4 (47.7% vs 35.0%, tegaserod vs placebo, respectively, P = 0.0018) and for the absolute number of≥ 3 CSBMs/wk over wk 1-4 (25.0% vs 14.5%, tegaserod vs placebo, respectively, P = 0.0021). Improvements in other symptoms of CC were also seen in the tegaserod group, including improved stool form and reduced straining. In addition, more patients in the tegaserod group reported satisfactory relief from their constipation symptoms. The frequency and severity of AEs was comparable between tegaserod and placebo groups, with the exception of a greater incidence of diarrhea in patients receiving tegaserod (3.6%) compared with placebo (1.7%). CONCLUSION: Tecjaserod treatment improved multiple symptoms of CC and was associated with a favorable safety profile.
文摘A brief overview of some open questions in general relativity with important consequences for causality theory is presented, aiming to a better understanding of the causal structure of the spacetime. Special attention is accorded to the problem of fundamental causal stability conditions. Several questions are raised and some of the potential consequences of recent results regarding the causality problem in general relativity are presented. A key question is whether causality violating regions are locally allowed. The new concept of almost stable causality is introduced; meanwhile, related conditions and criteria for the stability and almost stability of the causal structure are discussed.

文摘The octupole deformations and other ground state properties of even-even Rn, Th and U isotopes are investigated systematically within the framework of the reflection asymmetric relativistic mean field (RAS-RMF) model. The calculation results reproduce the binding energies and the quadrupole deformations well. The calculation results indicate these nuclei at ground states evolve from neaxly-spherical (N = 130) shape to quadrupole deformation shape with the increase of the neutron number. It is also found that among the Rn isotopes, only^222,224 Rn axe oetupole deformed and the octupole deformations for them are small. However, more nuclei (N ≌ 134 148) in Th and U isotopes are octupole deformed and the octupole deformations for some of them are significant (|β3|- 0.1 or even larger).
文摘This study examined whether exposure to a firm's report of corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities affected attitudes toward the firm and increased behavioral intent to purchase products and services from it. Findings showed that increased knowledge of a company's CSR deeds fosters positive attitudes and favorable purchase intentions toward the company. Reports that compared the firm's CSR activities to the competitor's activities favorably affected consumers' attitudes and purchase intentions positively. On the other hand, self-promotional reports affected neither attitudes nor purchase intentions significantly.

文摘A conventional global contrast enhancement is difficult to apply in various images because image quality and contrast enhancement are dependent on image characteristics largely. And a local contrast enhancement not only causes a washed-out effect, but also blocks. To solve these drawbacks, this paper derives an optimal global equalization function with variable size block based local contrast enhancement. The optimal equalization function makes it possible to get a good quality image through the global contrast enhancement. The variable size block segmentation is firstly exeoated using intensity differences as a measure of similarity. In the second step, the optimal global equalization function is obtained from the enhanced contrast image having variable size blocks. Conformed experiments have showed that the proposed algorithm produces a visually comfortable result image.

文摘The purpose of this paper is to improve allocation of the number of bits by estimating the target bits in H.264/AVC rate control.In the scheme,an enhancement method of the target unit-layer bit allocation is proposed,which uses a frame and unit complexity estimation to improve the existing mean absolute difference(MAD)complexity measurement.Using the statistical characteristics,we obtain change of occurrence bit about QP to apply the bit amount by QP from the video characteristics in the estimated bit amount of the current frame.Simulation results show that not only the proposed rate control scheme could achieve time saving of more than 99% over existing rate control algorithm,but also PSNR and bit rate were almost the same as the performance in all the sequences.
