Current status and countermeasures of facility fishery development

According to the"National Modern Facility Agriculture Construction Plan(2023-2030)released by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,the"Special Implementation Plan for Modern Facility Fisheries Construction"emphasizes the development of circular aquaculture,active expansion of green aquaculture space in facility fisheries,multi-channel development of food sources,comprehensive improvement of the quality,efficiency,and competitiveness of facility fisheries,ensuring stable and safe supply of aquatic products,and better meeting people's needs for high-quality aquatic products and beautiful aquatic ecological environment.Since the implementation of the 14th Five Year Plan for fisheries,facility fisheries have made significant progress.In order to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on new quality productivity,conduct in-depth research on the current situation and existing problems of the fishery industry,and put forward suggestions to meet the requirements of high-quality development of the fishery industry in the new era.Therefore,it is crucial to continue practicing the"revitalization of aquatic seed industry"and"big food concept",take multiple measures to"demand food from rivers,lakes,and seas",and expand aquaculture space.Through research,it has been found that research in the field of facility based fisheries is still in its developmental stage.Further exploration is needed on the current status,breeding models,and experimental demonstrations of land-based facility based fisheries,in order to provide a basis for fisheries regulatory authorities to formulate the"15th Five Year Plan"for facility based fisheries.

Zero-determinant strategies in iterated multi-strategy games

Self-serving,rational agents sometimes cooperate to their mutual benefit.The two-player iterated prisoner′s dilemma game is a model for including the emergence of cooperation.It is generally believed that there is no simple ultimatum strategy which a player can control the return of the other participants.The zero-determinant strategy in the iterated prisoner′s dilemma dramatically expands our understanding of the classic game by uncovering strategies that provide a unilateral advantage to sentient players pitted against unwitting opponents.However,strategies in the prisoner′s dilemma game are only two strategies.Are there these results for general multi-strategy games?To address this question,the paper develops a theory for zero-determinant strategies for multi-strategy games,with any number of strategies.The analytical results exhibit a similar yet different scenario to the case of two-strategy games.The results are also applied to the Snowdrift game,the Hawk-Dove game and the Chicken game.

Possible Impacts of Climate Change on Agricultural Production in China and Its Adaptation Countermeasures

Global climate warming has discernable impacts on various natural systems and biological systems. As the most fragile ecosystem,agriculture is subjected to the most direct impacts from climate change. Of these impacts,the first one is the change in agricultural climate resources,which directly affects agricultural cultivation structure and crop variety distribution and finally results in the change in crop yield. Here,we review the advances in the impacts of climate change on crop yield,agricultural climate resources and China＇s agricultural cropping system and crop variety distribution pattern,and prospect the countermeasures for agricultural production in order to meet the future climate change,and several issues must be given high priority.

Analysis of Meteorological Conditions of Freeze Damage to Citrus in Southern Shaanxi in the Winter of 2010 and Defensive Countermeasures

In order to take advantage of the climate resources more effectively ac- cording to the local circumstances and to plan and develop the citrus industry in Southern Shaanxi more reasonably. On the basis of the investigation of freeze dam- age to citrus occurring in Southern Shaanxi in the winter of 2010, the climatic back- ground for the formation of this freeze damage was analyzed. In combination with the freeze damage indicators during the overwintering period and the harmful accu- mulated cold during the cold wave, indexes for grading the freeze damage in southern Shaanxi were analyzed and verified, and the perspective of grading the freeze damage using the harmful accumulated cold during the cold wave was also presented. Through analyzing the extremely lowest temperature and the harmful ac- cumulated cold in the winter of 2010 and in history at 12 citrus growing counties （districts） in Ankang area and Hanzhong area, the reasons why the freeze damage to citrus during the overwintering period was severer in the west than in the east of Southern Shaanxi were discussed, and the results obtained were basically consistent with the actual situation observed from investigation. Finally, defensive countermea- sures against the freeze damage to citrus during the overwintering period were put forward from several aspects.

Problems and countermeasures on restoration of forest ecological environment of Jilin Province

Jilin Province is one of major forest regions of China. This paper analyzed the existing conditions and tendency in forest ecological restoration of the province and revealed the confronting problems in ecology and economy. The authors divided Jilin Province into three ecological economic zones, including nid-west farming and stockbreeding area, east hilly diversified-operation area, and Changbai Mountain national forest area, and discussed the direction and tasks of forest ecological restoration of each zone. Some Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for restoration of forest ecology of the province.

Role of Wind-Sand Disturbance in the Formation and Development of Tamarix taklamakanensis Community

Formation, development and degeneration of Tamarix taklamakanensis M.T. Liu community may be affected by wind-sand disturbance. On the basis of field survey and experiments that took eight years from 1994, it was found that the plant community was formed in wet and low-lying land, developed in sand burying land, and died out in the land with strong wind erosion and severe sand burying. In the initial stage of the community formation, the low-lying land that was formed by wind erosion provided a suitable habitat for seed germination and plant rooting, but salt stress from ground water reduced seedling survival rate. In the developing stage of the community, sand burying stimulated vigorous growth of the shrubs. In the degenerative stage of the community, the wind erosion and sand burying resulted in dying out of the shrubs. It is therefore concluded that wind-sand disturbance has a positive role in the formation and development of the community, and is in a close association with the process of the community degeneration. Taking the habitat of T taklamakanensis into account, it may be appropriate to note that, under the conditions of frequent disturbance and severe stress, desert pioneer species are adaptable and able to survive. This might be a supplement to the CSR strategy.

Current Status and Development Strategy of Mung Bean Production in Chongqing Municipality

[Objective] This paper presented the current status of mung bean produc- tion in Chongqing, and put forward the corresponding development strategies. [Meth- ods] By overviewing the status of mung bean production in Chongqing Municipality, the main problems, advantages of mung bean production in Chongqing were pre- sented, and based on corresponding development strategies were put forward.[Re- suits] Currently, the main problems of mung bean production in Chongqing area in- clude insufficient attention, serious variety degradation, lag in cultivation technology, low scientific research level. However, the region has strengths in growing mung beans which would have broad prospects by appropriate adjustment and planning. [Conclusion] This study laid the foundation for the development of mung bean pro- duction and promotion of economic development in Chongqing Municipality.

Analysis on the Temporal and Spatial Change of Grain Production of China in Recent Years and Its Adaptation Strategies

A comprehensive analysis on the change of the total grain production and the temporal and spatial change of three main crops production（including wheat,maize and rice）,as well as the transfer trace of the center gravity of grain production in China were analyzed to reveal the overall developing trend of the grain production,explore the reasons and finally propose the corresponding suggestions and strategies to cope with the situation.

Preliminary Exploration of Indoor Air Quality

Building is an important part of people＇s living. In a certain sense, people are more influenced by indoor, instead of outdoor environment. Actually, IAQ is a kind of demand by people and it is important to create better IAQ to guarantee people＇s health and enhance work efficiency. Multiple methods available to improve IAQ have restrictions of their own and should be integrated. With economic devel- opment, a higher standard of living quality is demanded by people. Therefore, more importance is attached to living environment and indoor air quality has been high- lighted. In the research, dafinition of indoor air quality was introduced, factors influ- encing indoor air quality were analyzed, varieties of room pollutants were described and effective ways to control and improve air quality were proposed, as well.

Present Situation and Promoting Strategies of Maca Industry in Yunnan

Maca is an important health-care product. Recently, maca industry devel- ops fast in Yunnan Province, but still falls behind of foreign industries, due to dis- advantages of being late starter and poor economy. In the research, maca industry development was analyzed in terms of production bases, processing enterprises, dis- tribution in dominant areas, planting and processing technology system, and eco- nomic benefits, and the restriction factors were explored. Finally, some measures were proposed, including reinforcement of organization and leading roles in a macroscopic way, giving supports to financial investment, broadening financing chan- nels, speeding up construction of raw material production bases, improving modern science and technology development, establishing technology support system, culti- vating leading enterprises, building marketing system, and supervision on product eualitv.

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Breeding for Processing Pepper in China

Research progress on the heterosis, cytoplasmic male sterility and biotechnology breeding of processing pepper （Capsicum annuum L.） was introduced, and the problems of limited germplasm resources and varieties of processing pep- per, large gap with the foreign companies were pointed out. Some suggestions were proposed on strengthening innovation and collection of germplasm resources, breed- ing processing pepper varieties, enhancing breeding level of processing pepper and its market competitiveness.

Development Strategies for Modern Agricultural Logistics in Xi'an Based on Systematic Diynamics

[Objective] The devlopmental stratagies for modern agricultural logistics industry in Xi’an were studied based on system dynamics.[Method] By dint of system dynamics,reality analysis and relevant data were applied to support the exploration of each factor for the development of modern agricultural logistics industry.In the meantime,according to the concrete data,the systematic dynamics model was set up based on the third party logistics and Xi’an agricultural economy cooperation.In addition,each influencing factor was expounded.[Result] The agricultural production,logistics requirement and logistics supply in Xi’an City were increasing;the idea of reducing the cost through improving agricultural logistics requirement was not ideal;the increasing input to agricultural logistics can reduce cost and can promote the development of economy;the third party increasing investment can reduce cost and accelerate economic development.[Conclusion] It provided theoretical basis for the adjustment of economic structure.

VIRTUAL TARGET DIFFERENTIAL GAME MIDCOURSE GUIDANCE LAW FOR HYPERSONIC CRUISE MISSILE BASED ON NEURAL NETWORK

For the high altitude cruising flight phase of a hypersonic cruise missile （HCM）, a relative motion mod- el between the missile and the target is established by defining virtual target and combining the theory of the dif- ferential geometry with missile motion equations. Based on the model, the motion between the missile and the tar- get is considered as a single target differential game problem, and a new open-loop differential game midcourse guidance law （DGMGL） is deduced by solving the corresponding Hamiltonian Function. Meanwhile, a new struc- ture of a closed-loop DGMGL is presented and the training data for back propagation neural network （BPNN） are designed. By combining the theory of BPNN with the open-loop DGMGL obtained above, the law intelligence is realized. Finally, simulation is carried out and the validity of the law is testified.
