长径比对射流碳化反应器混合效果影响的数值模拟

为探究射流碳化反应器不同长径比对产品混合效果的影响规律,采用CFD方法对碳化反应器内流场进行数值模拟,分析不同长径比对速度、浓度分布的影响,文中研究选择欧拉多相流模型和RNG湍流模型对反应器内流场进行二维瞬态模拟,通过模拟结果... 为探究射流碳化反应器不同长径比对产品混合效果的影响规律,采用CFD方法对碳化反应器内流场进行数值模拟,分析不同长径比对速度、浓度分布的影响,文中研究选择欧拉多相流模型和RNG湍流模型对反应器内流场进行二维瞬态模拟,通过模拟结果确定碳化反应器内流场分布情况和最优结构参数。研究结果表明:在靠近射流碳化反应器边壁区域速度变化幅度较大,同时存在气液混合不充分的现象。在长径比2∶1~5∶1范围内,长径比过大、过小均不利于气、液两相流体混合。此外,碳化反应器长径比对速度、浓度分布有明显影响,不同长径比可以改变气、液两相流场分布,当碳化反应器长径比为3∶1时,射流效果更稳定,气、液混合效果更充分。该研究为射流碳化反应器的结构优化提供了理论依据。 展开更多

Concentration variations of several ions in stream after a wildfire

In May 2006, a high intensity wildfire occurred in Songling forest region in Daxing'an Mountains, China. The concentration changes of eight ions (K^+, Na^+, Ca^2+, Mg^2+, Cl^-, Br^-, NO3^- and SO4^2-) were measured in burned and tmbumed streams after fire from May to Oct., 2006. Results show that the most ions flux were higher in burned stream than that in unburned stream during the sampling period, and the greatest concentrations of most ions transported from burned stream occurred in July. After fire, the most amplitude chemical ion was Ca^2+, whose average concentration was 5.50 mg·L^-1 higher than that in unburned stream, and the total concentration of every chemical ion presents a trend Ca^2+〉SO4^2- 〉Na^+〉Mg^2+〉NO3^- . The average concentrations of Ca^2+, SO4^2- , Na^+'Mg^2+,NO3^- showed an increase trend, but those of K^+, Cl^- , Br had a decreased trend. SO4^2- had the largest loss among these anions, followed by NO3^-. Overall, the increase degree of cation was greater than that of anion after burning. 展开更多

A pneumatic launcher is theoretically investigated to study its natural transverse vibration in water. Considering the mass effect of the sealing cover, the launcher is simplified as a uniform cantilever beam with a top point mass. By introducing the boundary and continuity conditions into the motion equation, the natural frequency equation and the mode shape function are derived. An iterative calculation method for added mass is also presented using the velocity potential function to account for the mass effect of the fluid on the launcher. The first 2 order natural frequencies and mode shapes are discussed in external flow fields and both external and internal flow fields. The results show good agreement with both natural frequencies and mode shapes between the theoretical analysis and the FEM studies. Also, the added mass is found to decrease with the increase of the mode shape orders of the launcher. And because of the larger added mass in both the external and internal flow fields than that in only the external flow field, the corresponding natural frequencies of the former are relatively smaller. 展开更多

Detailed unsteady numerical simulation has been carried out to investigate the mechanism of adjacent syntheticjets and the influence of different phases on the mixing of coaxial jets. The results show the combined jet, formedby coupling the vortex pairs at the orifice of two adjacent actuators, can exhibit better controlling effect. Spanwisepressure difference appears because of the existence of phase difference between the left jet and right jet, whichresults in the variation of the combined jet. When the phase difference is greater than zero, mixing enhancementof coaxial jets can be achieved, but there are maximum phase difference and optimal phase difference. On thecontrary, application of adjacent synthetic jets always leads to the mixing reduction when phase difference is lessthan zero. 展开更多
