SFC accelerator vacuum-chamber has been improved, we have measured resonance frequency, situation of short-plate, reflect impedance and phase and calculated Q factor of SFC RF cavity. We used the method of capacitance coupling and frequency band to calculated Q factor, Q=Fo/(Fh-Fl), Fo, Fh, Fl are resonate frequency, upper frequency, down frequency of resonance point. Every point resonate frequency is got by changing Ld, Co, Cp. Here Ld is position of short-plate, Co is coupling capacity, Cp is compensating capacity.
