存在世界的“显像仪”——田耳小说人物形象探析

在田耳的大部分小说中,包含三类相对固定的人物形象:“小丁”“作家”和“警察”。“小丁”代表着世界上大多数的普通人,“小丁”们的成长历程、心理变化是一代人从青年到中年的生活写照,隐含的是一个时代的特殊性和社会在十几年的时间... 在田耳的大部分小说中,包含三类相对固定的人物形象:“小丁”“作家”和“警察”。“小丁”代表着世界上大多数的普通人,“小丁”们的成长历程、心理变化是一代人从青年到中年的生活写照,隐含的是一个时代的特殊性和社会在十几年的时间里纵向发展的历程。“作家”形象带有作者过去生活的印记,被作者赋予多种情怀,延续了“小丁”的平凡和庸俗的同时兼具了“知识分子”和“去知识分子”的双重职能。而“警察”则是现实世界幽暗面的“显像仪”,在“警察”的视角下,我们看到人性的幽暗时刻,比普通人更弱小、更卑微的人们生存的样态,他们所处的“画面”就是一幅幅社会的横截面。从“小丁”到“作家”再到“警察”,这三个人物系列建构的完成,就是完整的、光怪陆离的田耳的小说世界。 展开更多

为明确西兰花等外品热风干燥制粉工艺适宜预处理方式,分别采用蒸汽蒸制、热水烫漂、切小丁的预处理方式制备西兰花等外品热风干燥粉体(the hot air drying powder of broccoli defective product,简称HBD粉),研究了不同预处理方式对HBD... 为明确西兰花等外品热风干燥制粉工艺适宜预处理方式,分别采用蒸汽蒸制、热水烫漂、切小丁的预处理方式制备西兰花等外品热风干燥粉体(the hot air drying powder of broccoli defective product,简称HBD粉),研究了不同预处理方式对HBD粉粉体性质的影响。结果表明:烫漂对HBD粉色泽保持效果最好,V_C保留量较高,但溶解性较差。烫漂10 s粉体流动性较差。烫漂30 s粉体较难吸湿,更利于压片成型和干燥保存;蒸汽蒸制粉体水溶性指数较大。蒸汽10 s粉体平均粒径最小,流动性较差,总糖、还原糖含量最高,吸湿能力最强,达22.8%。蒸汽30 s更利于压片成型;小丁粉体膨胀力、持水力较强。经烫漂10 s、蒸汽10 s预处理的HBD粉适宜作为功能配料添加到食品中或吸附于食品表面,经烫漂30 s、蒸汽30 s预处理的HBD粉体适宜片剂、胶囊等产品剂型加工。 展开更多

Objective:To analyze the antifungal effects of Chinese herb monomers,i.e.berberine,baicalin,eugenol and curcumin,on Candida albicans.Methods:After Candida albicans strain Y01-09 was incubated for 48 h in YEPD broth which contained different concentrations of Chinese herb components,the cell cycle,fluorescent intensity and the size of cell volume were detected by flow cytometry.Results:The 4 Chinese herb monomers could affect the cell cycle of Candida albicans in different ranges.The ratio of cells in S-G2-M period decreased as the agents concentration increased,indicating that the cell division was inhibited.The fluorescent intensity of Candida albicans cells became weaker after being incubated,which reflected the loss of DNA fragments.The higher the concentration was,the weaker the fluorescent intensity became.The cell size,cell diopter and particle size changed much as the agents concentration increased.Conclusion:Chinese herb monomers play the antifungal role in inhibiting cell division.FCM could be used to determine the susceptibility of antifungal agents. 展开更多

Vapor-liquid phase equilibrium data including composition,densities,molar volume and equilibrium constant of isobutanol in supercritical carbon dioxide from 313.2K to 353.2K were measured in a variable-volume visual cell.The properties of critical point were obtained by extrapolation.The results showed that critical temperature,critical pressure and critical compressibility factor of CO2-isobutanol system decreased with the increase of critical CO2 content.The phase equilibrium model was established by Peng-Robinson equation of state and van der Waals-2 mixing regulation,and model parameters were determined by optimization calculation of nonlinear least square method.The correlation between calculated values and the experimental data showed good agreement. 展开更多

Surface-modified poly(butadiene)urethane (PBTU) films with silk fibroin (SF) were prepared by simple chemical method under the normal temperature. The physical properties and biological behaviour of the SF-modified PBTU film were evaluated. The results showed that the SF-modified PBTU films kept the tenacity and pliability very well, and could overcome rigid and brittle weaks of silk fibroin films. The morphology of SF in the PBTU film was dendritic aggregations, and the water-contact angle measurement indicated that the surface hydrophilicity of modified films was apparently enhanced. The biocompatibility of PBTU films was improved due to the change of surface components. The degree of platelet adhesion and the cell viability of rat embryo dermal fibroblasts seeded on PBTU films, SF films, and SF-modified PBTU films were measured by counting platelets before and after they contacted the films and MTT assay, respectively. The results indicated that platelet adhesion resistance and cell viability on the modified film were greatly superior to those on the PBTU film and the compound interface had good stability in the air. 展开更多

Microglial activation plays an important role in a panel of neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis(MS) and Parkinson's disease(PD),and is a key target for developing therapeutic strategies for these diseases.Ketogenic diet (KD),which is able to inhibit microglial activation in substantia nigra pars compacta of mice,has been shown effective in a mouse model of PD,possibly through increasing D-β-hydroxybutyrate(D-β-HB),a major component of ketone bodies.To verify this,we developed an in vitro model of microglia activation with a microglia line,BV-2,and investigated how D-β-HB have an effect on the LPS-stimulated BV-2 cells.We found D-β-HB is able to recover the cell viability,and inhibit the production of inflammatory mediators and cytokines such as ROS,nitrite,IL-1β,TNF-α,and IL-6,which otherwise were increased in LPS-stimulated BV-2 cells.We conclude that the LPS induced BV-2 cells activation is a valid in vitro model of microglia activation.D-β-HB is able to suppress the activation of BV-2 cells, which might account for one of the possible reasons of KD therapy on the PD model. 展开更多

An HPLC-DAD-ELSD method was developed and validated for the simultaneous quantitation of seven active components(liquiritin, baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, wogonin, ginsenosides Re and ginsenosides Rb1) in n-butanol effective fraction of Xiao Chai Hu Tang. A Diamonsil C18(2) column(4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used as the stationary phase and the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and aqueous phosphate acid(0.05%, v/v). Gradient elution was carried out at the flow rate of 1 m L/min. The detection wavelength was set at 276 nm and an evaporative light scattering detector was also used. Good linearity for all the seven active components was observed. The established method is simple, fast, reliable, and suitable for the quality control of n-butanol effective fraction of Xiao Chai Hu Tang. 展开更多

We propose a mathematical model to evaluate the effect of China's "Four-Free-One-Care Policy" in MSM population in Beijing. We divided the drug resistant H[V patients into two sub-populations: primary drug resistance and secondary drug resistance. Uncertainty and sensitivity analysis based on Latin Hypercube Sampling (LHS) were used for these thresholds of our model. We find that drug-resistant HIV will spread fast in MSM population under China's current treatment policy. Especially', primary-resistant strain is very likely to dominate the HIV positive MSM individuals after 10 years. The conclusions hint that, China's outlook on HIV infections is not optimistic if sufficient kinds free second-line drugs in China cannot be put into use in the near future. 展开更多
