通过迭代算法设置小区功率优化重叠覆盖的探讨

To solve the coverage and quality problems caused by cell outage in LTE networks, this paper proposes a distributed self-organizing networks management architecture and a distributed cell outage compensation management mechanism. After detecting and analyzing the outage, a cell outage compensation algorithm based on reference signal power adjustment is proposed. The simulation results show that the proposed mechanism can mitigate the performance degradation significantly. Cathode activity plays an important role in the improvement of the microbial fuel cells on ocean floor (BMFCs). A comparison study between Rayon-based (CF-R) and PAN-based carbon fiber (CF-P) cathodes is conducted in the paper. The two carbon fibers were heat treated to improve cell performance (CF-R-H & CF-P-H), and were used to build a new BMFCs structure with a foamy carbon anode. The maximum power density was 112.4mWm-2 for CF-R-H, followed by 66.6mWm-2 for CF-R, 49.7 mWm-2 for CF-P-H and 21.6mWm-2 for CF-P respectively. The higher specific area and deep groove make CF-R have a better power output than with CF-P. Meanwhile, heat treatment of carbon fiber can improve cell power, nearly two-fold higher than heat treatment of plain fiber. This improvement may be due to the quinones group formation to accelerate the reduction of oxygen and electron transfer on the fiber surface in the three phase boundary after heat treatment. Compared to PAN-based carbon fiber, Rayon-based carbon fiber would be preferentially selected as cathode in novel BMFCs design due to its high surface area, low cost and higher power. In this pa- per, we propose a hierarchical power control ( HPC ) scheme where intra-eell and inter-cell power controls interact with each other. The inter-cell power control eommand is generated by radio re- source management (RRM) entity according to the ICI-load model together with the current ICI and served load information. This ICI-load model is proposed as a guideline for coordination among cells to enable the system to approach its system specific interference over thermal noise (IoT) work area. Simulation results show that for HPC scheme, the system' s IoT is well controlled to fit its pre-de- fined work area and the power efficiency is improved significantly. A multi-scale decomposition technique is used to separate anomalies at different depths,and give some explanation to gravity variation at different time space scales. Gravity variation trends in North China are improved. Based on this result and the analysis of wavelet power spectrum,the images of the depth of wavelet approximation and detail are obtained. The results obtained are of scientific significance for the deep understanding of potential seismic risk in North China from gravity variations in different time space scales. 展开更多
