The average rainfall in whole growth period of winter wheat to plus or minus several times of sample variance was used to define different grades of drought.The reduction rate of production in meteorological which was...The average rainfall in whole growth period of winter wheat to plus or minus several times of sample variance was used to define different grades of drought.The reduction rate of production in meteorological which was equal to or greater than the rate of 3% was taken as standards to define wheat drought disaster years.The average reduction ratio of production in the wheat drought years in Hebei-Shandong-Henan was calculated.The frequency distribution rule of wheat in different drought disaster strength of winter wheat in Hebei-Shandong-Henan was analyzed.According to the conception and calculation method of drought disaster risk index of winter wheat,the regional distribution law of drought disaster risk index of winter wheat was analyzed.The division technical methods of winter wheat drought disaster risk zones in Hebei-Shandong-Henan under the irrigated conditions were put forward.Taking the average reduction rate of production in drought years,drought disaster risk index and precipitation of winter wheat in growth periods as indices,using the statistical analysis and overlay function of GIS,the production reduction risk of winter wheat caused by drought disaster in winter wheat zones of Hebei-Shandong-Henan was divided and evaluated.The risk evaluation of production reduction of winter wheat in different risk zones under different climate conditions was realized.The disaster prevention and mitigation measures of winter wheat drought were given.展开更多

The authors proposed several principles based on its eco-economic background study, which includes water balance and efficient use principle, co-development of grass and agro-forestry principle, location optimization principle. Integrated with detailed analysis of a small watershed, an eco-productive paradigm for the loess land's development based on a small watershed scale was worked out. The femtocell periodically senses the radio environment and opportunistically accesses the usable frequency band so that the frequency spectrum resource is used intelligently. The sensing process is performed in two stages, which are principal sensing in the downlink and assisted sensing in the uplink, respectively. Based on the information obtained from the sensing results, the frequency spectrum can be used flexibly in underlay or overlay modes in the femtocell. Simulation results show that by using the proposed model, the throughput of a femtocell is greatly improved with tolerable interference to macrocell users.展开更多
Interaction between soil water and nutrients plays an important role in sustainable crop management in semi-arid environments.On the basis of a field experiment conducted from 2000 to 2003,this study examined the coup...Interaction between soil water and nutrients plays an important role in sustainable crop management in semi-arid environments.On the basis of a field experiment conducted from 2000 to 2003,this study examined the coupled effects of irrigation and fertilizers on maize growth and yield in a semi-arid region of northeastern China.In terms of plant productivity,nitrogen fertilizer had the most significant effect followed by irrigation and phosphate levels.The combined application of nutrients and irrigation exerted a synergistic effect on the grain yield of maize plants.Regression analysis indicated that optimal levels of nitrogen and phosphate,in addition to adequate irrigation,could greatly improve the efficiency of grain production.Similarly,optimization of soil nutrient availability substantially increased water use efficiency.These suggested that for the most efficient and sustainable crop production,irrigation and nutrient management should be based on a quantitative understanding of water/nutrients interaction,particularly in semi-arid and arid regions.展开更多
Low earth orbit(LEO)mega-constellations can provide global low-latency high bandwidth coverage compared to the terrestrial network.The time-varying topology of satellite networks and the uneven traffic distribution le...Low earth orbit(LEO)mega-constellations can provide global low-latency high bandwidth coverage compared to the terrestrial network.The time-varying topology of satellite networks and the uneven traffic distribution lead to the mismatch between satellites and users,resulting in the waste of satellite resources and the degradation of user performance.Through negotiation with neighbors,the traditional terrestrial cell breathing continuously converges to the optimal cell size in the face of user tides,but this method is difficult to converge timely when facing rapid and extreme flow changes caused by the rapid movement of satellites.This paper presents a fast adaptive cell breathing scheme(Fa B)through sub-block division and satellite cell initialization and adjustment.Fa B divides the ground into sub-blocks according to the user density.When the satellite moves in the same sub-block,the step size of breathing is adjusted according to the cell size difference between the previous satellite and the current satellite.When the satellite switches between different sub-blocks,the initial value of the cell is determined according to the density of the new sub-block.In addition to negotiating with neighboring satellites,this scheme also introduces location information to directly adjust the parameters of cell breathing and decrease the time of cell breathing convergence.From the real constellation data-driven simulation,we conclude that Fa B can quickly adjust the size of the cell with the location changing,and the utilization rate is increased by 2.66 times compared to the method with no cell breathing,and by2.37 times compared to the method with cell breathing without location information.展开更多

It is based on one OFDM symbol with several identical slots as preamble, the time domain repetition structure of which can be utilized to accomplish OFDM timing/frequency synchronization. The cell ID is comprised of two parts: a sub-carrier mask index g and a sequence index x. Each sub-carrier mask activates or deactivates some of the sub-carriers, after which a differentially coded sequence is loaded on pairs of the adjacent active sub-carriers. The user equipment (UE) recognizes the mask with index g via power detection of the received frequency domain signal. Then it estimates the index x from differential demodulation followed by detection of the frequency domain se-quence. In order to improve the performance, a method of jointly estimating g and x is devised. Simulation results showed that the proposed scheme is able to support a very large number of cell IDs while maintaining a good performance even in bad multi-cell environment.展开更多

Korean field mouse (Apodemus peninsulae) seems to be more sensitive to the existence of a road than striped field mouse (Apodemus agrarius). Korean field mouse prefers interior forest area to around road. Striped field mouse is a habitat generalist and has wide distributional range around road, but Korean field mouse is forest-inhabiting species and their distribution is limited in forest area. Most of studies on Distributed Antenna System(DAS) focus on maximizing the sum capacity and perfect channel state information at transmitter(CSIT).However,CSI is inevitable imperfect in practical wireless networks.Bas...Most of studies on Distributed Antenna System(DAS) focus on maximizing the sum capacity and perfect channel state information at transmitter(CSIT).However,CSI is inevitable imperfect in practical wireless networks.Based on the sources of error,there are two models.One assumes error lies in a bounded region,the other assumes random error.Accordingly,we propose two joint antenna selection(AS) and robustbeamforming schemes aiming to minimize the total transmit power at antenna nodes subject to quality of service(QoS) guarantee for all the mobile users(MUs) in multicell DAS.This problem is mathematically intractable.For the bounded error model,we cast it into a semidefinite program(SDP) using semidefinite relaxation(SDR) and S-procedure.For the second,we first design outage constrained robust beamforming and then formulate it as an SDP based on the Bernstein-type inequality,which we generalize it to the multi-cell DAS.Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods.展开更多

Auditing literature, regional, and network studies are used to set up hypotheses on differences between rural regions and the metropolitan urban region. Survey data from 421 SMEs are analyzed and findings support that in rural regions, especially those with a strong entrepreneurial culture and tight inter-organizational links, the SME-auditor relationship is to a larger extent trust-based compared to the urban region. In the rural region, the auditor assumes the role as a business support agent providing valuable strategic advice. The SME-auditor relationship is weakest in the urban region where the auditor's role is limited.展开更多

Through a series of field surveys in Xinjiang, we made the small-scale area analysis of coal field fire using the ground remote sensing technique, and presented the reasonable evaluation of thermal anomaly conditions of Xinjiang's coal field arising from coal self-ignition fires. The results show that the method of small-scale area analysis is available for examining the extinguished actuality of coal fires and detecting fire spots. Therefore, for the selected fire-extlngulshed coal field in Xinjiang, the fire extinguishing effect was effectively analyzed by the means, and the new hidden thermal dangers were sought and diagnosed. For the coal field where the fire has not been extinguished, the utilization of this means approximately identified the severity and range of the fire area, and provided the quantitative and ground references for extinguish engineering.展开更多

According to regional tectonic features of the middle section of the Xiaojiang fault and its adjacent area,the study region was partitioned into two zones with the Xiaojiang fault as the boundary,e. g. zone A and zone B (including the Xiaojiang fault). In order to research the faults stress in detail,the Xiaojiang fault zone was picked out for independent analysis. The study region was also partitioned into 1°× 1° cells with a 0. 5° step. The stress fields of zone A,B and the fault zone were inverted with the FMSI method (Gephart,1990). The results show that first, the faults are mainly of strike-slip in the middle section and its adjacent area,amounting to 81. 28%,69. 23% and 72. 97% in the A,B and fault zones,respectively. Secondly,the stress inversion also indicates that the directions of maximum principal stress σ1 in the A, B,and fault zones are approximately NNW,NWW and NWW,the stress action is mainly horizontal,and strike-slip faulting is dominant in the study area. On the other hand,the direction of the principal stress field in the central Yunnan block changed from NNW to NWW,however,in the region between the Yuanmou and Pudu River faults,the azimuth of the main compressive stress shows that the north-south slip is obvious. While the direction of the main compressive stress of the Xiaojiang fault zone is nearly NW; in the east of the Xiaojiang fault,the direction of principal compressive stress is NW to NNW in the eastern Yunnan block.展开更多
Objective To explore the efficacy of electric stimulation at the balance area and vertigo-auditory area of scalp acupuncture for vertigo caused by cerebellar infarction. Methods One hundred cases of vertigo caused by ...Objective To explore the efficacy of electric stimulation at the balance area and vertigo-auditory area of scalp acupuncture for vertigo caused by cerebellar infarction. Methods One hundred cases of vertigo caused by cerebellar infarction at the recovery stage were randomized into a scalp acupuncture group and a conventional acupuncture group. In the scalp acupuncture group, on the basis of the routine drug therapy, the electric stimulation was applied to the balance area and vertigo-auditory area of scalp acupuncture. In the conventional acupuncture group, on the basis of the routine drug therapy, the conventional acupuncture was supplemented. The treatment was given once a day, 6 treatments made one session. The clinical efficacy was assessed after 4 sessions of treatment. The transcranial Doppler ultrasonography (TCD) was adopted in the scalp acupuncture group to observe the changes of the mean blood flow velocity (Vm) of the anterior cerebral artery (ACA), middle cerebral artery (MCA) and posterior cerebral artery (PCA) before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 90.0% (45/50) in the scalp acupuncture group and was 68.0% (34/50) in the conventional acupuncture group, presenting the statistically significant difference in comparison (P0.05). After treatment, Vm of ACA and MCA was increased apparently as compared with that before treatment in the scalp acupuncture group. Conclusion The electric stimulation at the balance area and vertigo-auditory area of scalp acupuncture achieves the apparent efficacy on vertigo caused by cerebellar infarction at the recovery stage and improves obviously brain blood circulation. It is significant to promote this therapy in clinical practice.展开更多

In the conventional acupuncture group, on the basis of the routine drug therapy, the conventional acupuncture was supplemented. The treatment was given once a day, 6 treatments made one session. The clinical efficacy was assessed after 4 sessions of treatment. The transcranial Doppler ultrasonography (TCD) was adopted in the scalp acupuncture group to observe the changes of the mean blood flow velocity (Vm) of the anterior cerebral artery (ACA), middle cerebral artery (MCA) and posterior cerebral artery (PCA) before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 90.0% (45/50) in the scalp acupuncture group and was 68.0% (34/50) in the conventional acupuncture group, presenting the statistically significant difference in comparison (P0.05). After treatment, Vm of ACA and MCA was increased apparently as compared with that before treatment in the scalp acupuncture group. Conclusion The electric stimulation at the balance area and vertigo-auditory area of scalp acupuncture achieves the apparent efficacy on vertigo caused by cerebellar infarction at the recovery stage and improves obviously brain blood circulation. It is significant to promote this therapy in clinical practice.
文摘On the basis of the first sociological survey of resident management organizations in commercially owned housing communities in urban China, this paper analyzes the major features of these newtype communities and their owners, owners' views of community management and community residents' self-governing organizations, and the nature and characteristics of owners' committees, as well as owners' attitudes to and behavior in participation in community public affairs. It also suggests establishing a new-style community management system in line with market economy principles and energetically supporting and developing residents' capacity for democratic self-government.
