随着城市化进程,城市更新日益加速。本文以芗城区中心城区为研究对象,依据近十年土地开发及土地出让的实际情况,分析城市土地开发强度的影响因素。运用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法对促进土地开发影响因素进行综合赋权运算,构建研究区域土... 随着城市化进程,城市更新日益加速。本文以芗城区中心城区为研究对象,依据近十年土地开发及土地出让的实际情况,分析城市土地开发强度的影响因素。运用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法对促进土地开发影响因素进行综合赋权运算,构建研究区域土地开发强度基准模型。本文结合研究区土地开发现状对模型进行修正并剔除限制土地开发影响因素后得出修正的土地开发强度模型,运用GIS对土地开发强度空间分布状态进行展示。通过研究区土地开发强度空间分布图,对研究区土地开发强度及土地开发潜力进行分析,为土地开发提供一定的参考。 展开更多

Why Spatial Planning Often Fails to Control the Spreading Locations of Large Scale Commercial Facilities?

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the mechanism of planning failure on land use control in case of sprawl developments of large scale commercial facilities, which is often seen in many countries. The author demonstrates actual three cases in Japan: a huge commercial development established in the middle of rice field between the two local cities, two huge commercial accumulations established at the opposite fringes of urban area, and many large commercial developments established one by one within the small municipalities surrounding a central city. And by examining the statistical sales amount, the author describes that these huge suburban commercial developments apparently deprived the sales of the downtown. Through analyzing these cases, the author empirically stated that for the motorized local cites, the optimum location of commercial accumulation is no longer the central area of the city but about 15 min away from the center with the smooth accessible arterial road. At last, the author mentions that the "planning failure" could be occurred if the territory of planning authority and the scale of the development are inconsistent, such as the authority of small municipal government and the large scale commercial facility which impacts beyond the municipal boundary. 展开更多

Recharge and Groundwater Quality of an Alluvial Aquifer: Case of the City of N'djamena (Chad) 被引量:1

Isotopic tracers and water quality indicators (TDS (Total Dissolved Solid), Cl^- and NO3^-contents) were used to characterize the recharge and control of the quality of groundwater in the alluvial aquifer beneath of the N'djamena city. For this study, a total of 92 waters samples were taken and this included 67 wells, 21 pumps and 4 surface waters. Some groundwater has 6180 and 62H values close to those of the city of N'djamena and/or the Chad river rains. However, all sampled points are below the Global Meteoric Water Line reflecting their evaporated characters. The interpretation of the isotopic tracers highlights that the recharge of the analyzed ground waters may result from two major mechanisms: (1) direct infiltration of local precipitation; (2) lateral inflow of river waters. The upper aquifer is the most vulnerable to pollution, especially during the recharge period. This pollution is due to the leaching of soils during the rainy season and the rise of the groundwater level which accompanies the overflowing of the Chad and causes the leaching of the polluted horizons of the unsaturated zone. In contrast, the lower aquifer has acceptable concentrations of solutes. 展开更多

In this study, three-phase satellite images were used to define rules for the allocation of time and space in construction land resources based on a complex adaptive system and game theory. The decision behavior and rules of government agent, enterprise agent and resident agent in construction land growth were explored. A distinctive and dynamic simulation model of construction land growth was built, which integrated multi-agent, GIS technology and RS data and described the interaction among influencing agents, Taking Fuyang City in the Changjiang River Delta as an example, an assessment process for the remote sensing data in construction land and scenario planning was constructed. Repast and ArcGIS were used as simulation platforms. A simulation of the spatial pattern in land-use planning and the setting of scenario planning were conducted by using the incomplete active game, which was based on different natural, social and economic levels. Through this model, a simulation of urban planning space and decision-making for Fuyang City was created. Relevant non-structured problems arising from urban planning management could be identified, and the process and logic of urban planning spatial decision-making could thus be improved. Cell-by-cell comparison showed that the simulation accuracy was over 72%. This model has great potential for use by government and town planners in decision support and technique support in the policy-making process. 展开更多
