空气超声源成像仪(波束形成法)广泛应用于局部放电及气体泄漏检测中,其成像最小声压级的校准是空气超声源成像仪定量技术的前提,直接影响空气超声源成像仪可检出的最小气体泄漏量、工作距离及局部放电的检出能力。随着波束形成技术的不... 空气超声源成像仪(波束形成法)广泛应用于局部放电及气体泄漏检测中,其成像最小声压级的校准是空气超声源成像仪定量技术的前提,直接影响空气超声源成像仪可检出的最小气体泄漏量、工作距离及局部放电的检出能力。随着波束形成技术的不断发展,通过优化阵列尺寸、传声器数目、传声器间隔等参数,声源识别定位的精度不断提高,在传声器阵列便携的前提下,可识别的成像最小声压级不断减小,使该参数的定量结果不易得到,为国内外产品在参数比对和定量测量造成困扰。基于低本底噪声测量系统,搭建空气超声源成像仪成像最小声压级校准系统,选择三款使用广泛的空气超声源成像仪进行实验,选择小尺寸声源模拟局部放电和气体泄漏引起的声学信号,确定校准距离与校准环境,通过同心定位圆环组监测小尺寸声源的成像定位误差,辅以12线高精度激光水平仪减小信号对齐带来的影响,实现对成像最小声压级进行校准。对测量结果进行不确定度评定,结果表明,在20~40 kHz频率范围内,成像最小声压级的扩展不确定度可以达到3 dB(k=2)。 展开更多

针对机载防撞系统(TCAS)空对空通信时存在的同步混扰,采用飞机分布因子结合问询功率和问询速率的控制方法,建立了干扰限制的数学模型,给出了TCAS监视功能干扰限制的设计流程。按照DO-185B标准定义的高密度飞机分布环境,采用计算机仿真... 针对机载防撞系统(TCAS)空对空通信时存在的同步混扰,采用飞机分布因子结合问询功率和问询速率的控制方法,建立了干扰限制的数学模型,给出了TCAS监视功能干扰限制的设计流程。按照DO-185B标准定义的高密度飞机分布环境,采用计算机仿真得到了TCAS干扰限制功能在高密度空域中统计性能,对不同监视区域中TCAS应答机的占用率与DO-185B的设计需求进行比较,验证了设计的干扰限制功能的有效性和实用性。仿真结果表明干扰限制算法能够满足高密度空域中TCAS监视功能的要求,在TCAS干扰限制功能的设计和性能评估方面具有实际应用价值。 展开更多

The pitting corrosion behaviors of 7A60 aluminum alloy in the retrogression and re-aging (RRA) temper were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and electrochemical noise (EN) techniques, and the microstructure and the second phase content of the alloy were observed and determined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The results show that there exist two different corrosion stages for 7A60 alloy in 3.5%NaCl solution, and the corrosion process can be detected by the appearance of EIS spectrum with two capacitive time constants and the wavelet fractal dimension D extracted from EN. SEM and EDS results also demonstrate that severe pitting corrosion in 7A60 alloy is mainly caused by electrochemical active MgZn2 particles, secondly by Al2MgCu and Mg2Si. Al7Cu2Fe particles make little contribution to the pitting corrosion of 7A60 alloy. 展开更多

Considering the shortcomings of fast Fourier transform method (FFT) in analysis of muzzle impulse noise frequency characteristics, wavelet energy spectrum method is put forward. Based on specific experiment data, the frequency characteristics and spectral energy dis tribution can be obtained. The lin- ear ultrasonic motor has two varying section bars connected by semi-circumferential structure. Elliptical trajecto- ries of particles are formed on top of the semi-circumferential structure outer surface where a driving foot is locat- ed. And a mover is pushed to move linearly when the driving foot is pressed onto it. Finite element model of sta- tor is built and results of harmonic analysis verify its principle. Moreover, design requirements of the motor are analyzed through finite element analysis and the results of sensitive analysis provide an efficient way to design the type of linear ultrasonic motor. Prototype test shows that the motor can afford load of 10 N at the speed of 100 mm/s. 展开更多

Using discrete dyadic wavelet transform, the acoustic emission(AE) signal of cutting process was decomposed; the root mean square(RMS) values of the decomposed signals at different scales were taken as the feature vector; the technique of fuzzy pattern identification was used to real time monitor the tool wear states. Based on choosing the suitable standard samples, this method can correctly identify the tool wear states. In order to solve the fatigue damage identification problem of helicopter moving components, a new approach for acoustic emission (AE) source type identification based on the harmonic wavelet packet (HWPT) feature extraction and the hierarchy support vector machine (H-SVM) classifier is proposed. After a four-level decomposition of the HWPT, the energy feature of AE signals in different frequency bands is extracted, which overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional wavelet packet including energy leakage, and inflexible frequency band selection and different frequency resolutions on different levels. The H-SVM classifier is trained with a subset of the experimental data for known AE source types and tested using the remaining set of data. The results of pressure-off experiments on the specimens of carbon fiber materials indicate that the proposed approach can effectively implement the AE source type identification, and has a better performance in terms of computational efficiency and identification accuracy than the wavelet packet (WPT) feature extraction. 展开更多

Then an integration t... Two discriminative methods for solving tone problems in Mandarin speech recognition are presented. First, discriminative training on the HMM (hidden Markov model) based tone models is proposed. Then an integration technique of tone models into a large vocabulary continuous speech recognition system is presented. Discriminative model weight training based on minimum phone error criteria is adopted aiming at optimal integration of the tone models. The extended Baum Welch algorithm is applied to find the model-dependent weights to scale the acoustic scores and tone scores. Experimental results show that tone recognition rates and continuous speech recognition accuracy can be improved by the discriminatively trained tone model. Performance of a large vocabulary continuous Mandarin speech recognition system can be further enhanced by the discriminatively trained weight combinations due to a better interpolation of the given models. 展开更多
