破解小学科教研困局:线上线下跨校教研融合

针对当前小学科教研的困局——重视程度不高、组织规模较小、专业引领不够等,本研究提出基于教育信息化、旨在优势互补的线上线下混合式跨校教研,通过系统化设计赋能小学科教研,即对教研活动的主题、内容、形式、评价进行整体设计,建立长程化的教研模式,关注个性化需求,促进线上线下教研的深度融合。同时,建立跨校教研的命运共同体,以合理的组织架构、明确的组织目标、有力的组织制度、清晰的运作程序,激发教师主体更积极主动的参与和交互,最终实现教师的共同成长。

The Plight and Way out of Primary and Secondary School Teachers Education Research

Researches develop schools, scientific research improve education, teachers have become the researchers, which is a consensus in today＇s education. Education research has become an indisputable fact in promoting teaching reform, and improving education quality of teaching. On the basis of elaborating the connotation of the education of scientific research, this article discusses the difficulties about the primary and secondary school education of scientific research and the way out.
