Then an integration t...Two discriminative methods for solving tone problems in Mandarin speech recognition are presented. First, discriminative training on the HMM （hidden Markov model） based tone models is proposed. Then an integration technique of tone models into a large vocabulary continuous speech recognition system is presented. Discriminative model weight training based on minimum phone error criteria is adopted aiming at optimal integration of the tone models. The extended Baum Welch algorithm is applied to find the model-dependent weights to scale the acoustic scores and tone scores. Experimental results show that tone recognition rates and continuous speech recognition accuracy can be improved by the discriminatively trained tone model. Performance of a large vocabulary continuous Mandarin speech recognition system can be further enhanced by the discriminatively trained weight combinations due to a better interpolation of the given models.展开更多

In this report, we provide evidence that pEGFP/S was distributed and persistently expressed for more than 60 days in several organs after inoculation. Our findings suggest that the persistent immune responses induced by a Hantaan virus DNA vaccine are likely due to the plasmid pEGFP/S deposited in vivo, which acts as a booster immunization.展开更多

Oral administration was given for 14 consecutive days, once daily. Model of arterial thrombosis was established in the animals 2 hours after final medication, the blood content of PAF, dry weight (DW) and occlusion time (OT) of thrombus, and dry weight of thrombus/body weight (TW/BW) ratio were observed. Results indicated that BHD could markedly lower the arterial blood content of PAF after thrombosis, increase the OT of thrombus, reduce the dry weight of thrombus and the TW/BW ratio (P展开更多

The results show that： the physical development of children reach school age Hunan Province Han good, but the boys of height, weight and chest are still differences between urban and rural areas; respiratory function developmental level decreased to varying degrees, both urban and rural areas need strengthening exercise to improve respiratory function. Speed, endurance, power and strength endurance, strength, quality has a different rate of increase quality trends, and most has no specific differences between urban and rural areas; Felicity decline, but rural girls group performance has increased, shortening the urban and rural areas gap. Due to substantial improvements in the living conditions of rural, urban and rural differences have been gradually reduced, but from learning, family, social pressure, and the lack of good exercise habits, sports teachers and other reasons that students can not ensure adequate exercise time, which affects the Han physical level students in Hunan province, hoping to enter primary school-age children start, the implementation of the ＂National Student Physical Health Standard＂ and strive to ensure that physical education and physical exercise, strengthening and improving school sports to promote quality education, comprehensively enhance physical fitness of students in Hunan province.展开更多
