Cyano substitution has been established as a viable approach to optimize the performance of all-small-molecule organic solar cells.However,the effect of cyano substitution on the dynamics of photo-charge generation remains largely unexplored.Here,we report an ultrafast spectroscopic study showing that electron transfer is markedly promoted by enhanced intermolecular charge-transfer interaction in all-small-molecule blends with cyanided donors.The delocalized excitations,arising from intermolecular interaction in the moiety of cyano-substituted donor,undergo ultrafast electron transfer with a lifetime of∼3 ps in the blend.In contrast,some locally excited states,surviving in the film of donor without cyano substitution,are not actively involved in the charge separation.These findings well explain the performance improvement of devices with cyanided donors,suggesting that manipulating intermolecular interaction is an efficient strategy for device optimization. 展开更多

《伤寒论》定性辨证和定量辨证是对多样、具体疾病的抽象概括。张仲景用定量辨证思维定量病证,有证可循、灵活多变,具有整体连贯性和系统性,对发病时间、症状表现、脉象、以方(药)测证、量词、数词等定量病证各有侧重,得到广泛认可。发... 《伤寒论》定性辨证和定量辨证是对多样、具体疾病的抽象概括。张仲景用定量辨证思维定量病证,有证可循、灵活多变,具有整体连贯性和系统性,对发病时间、症状表现、脉象、以方(药)测证、量词、数词等定量病证各有侧重,得到广泛认可。发病时间:"一二日" "四五日" "八九日" 等表示病情变化。症状表现:辨证最主要的依据,风寒表证、头痛或身痛诸痛,恶风或恶寒,无汗占据一定分量。脉象:病机均为阳虚饮逆的67条和160条"沉紧"与"甚微"均从脉搏应指程度而言,分别表示阳虚不甚或阳气已大虚。量词、数词文字描述:用量值描述症状是一种模糊数学方法,以症状定量方式辨量值,如寒象量级包括大寒、振寒、恶寒、微寒等;大、小陷胸汤,大、小承气汤中的 "小" "大",直接用表示定量的量词 "少" "多",少与多、小与大虽然无法对数量精确定量,但定量概念却比较明确。以方(药)测证:药物试探定量,每一方剂都是伤寒体系中定量分析和定性分析的具体表现,在诊断性治疗时应用广泛,小承气汤试探,药后 "转失气" 和 "如不转失气" 表示阳明腑实证程度。定性辨证是疾病本质的抽象表现,定量辨证则表示相互差异和内在联系;定性辨证容易掌握,简单明确,是抽象和粗略的;定量辨证是对复杂多样、精细具体的,比较接近疾病变化的客观状态描述,是对定性辨证的发展和补充。定性辨证结合定量辨证,才能提高中医学辨证体系的科学性、严密性。临床更应重视定量辨证,只询问症状有无,没有量值概念思维,对辨证论治准确性造成影响。深入研究和挖掘《伤寒论》中的定量辨证思维方法,对于促进中医学辨证体系的发展非常重要。 展开更多

Unfortunately,most of patients have to face the hurt of abdominal pain, arthritis, purpuric rash and renal involvement again after relapse.We have used Xiaochaihu decoration which is a famous formula in Shanghanlun to cure most of patients, especially whowith abdominal pain and purpuric rash. Due to the fact that this formula belongs to the Shaoyang Channels, interestingly,we find that these symptoms are located in regions close to the Shaoyang Channels. Objective: To evaluate the relation between argyrophilic nucleolar organizer region (AgNOR)-associated proteins and clinicopathological parameters and survival in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: A total of 207 surgical specimens diagnosed as NSCLC were included in this study. Double-staining procedures were performed using antigen Ki-67 (clone MIB-1) and silver nitrate by immunohistochemical and AgNOR-staining methods. Results: The AgNOR area in MIB-l-positive cells of NSCLC is related to clinicopathological parameters under the TNM (tumor, node, and metastasis) system. The survival of patients with small AgNOR area in MIB-1-positive cells is better than that of patients with large AgNOR area. Molecular, biological (AgNOR area in MIB-l-positive cells), and clinicopathological (greatest tumor dimension, metastases to regional lymph nodes, histology, and differentiation) parameters are independent prognostic factors of NSCLC.Conclusion: The AgNOR area in MIB- 1-positive cells is related to clinicopathological parameters and survival in NSCLC. 展开更多

Traditional light bulbs (e.g., incandescent, fluorescent) use too much electricity, convert very little energy into light of sufficient quality and in their production use toxic contaminants. During the last few years, a new type of light source, LED (light emitting diode) bulb, has gained increasing popularity and its costs are set to plunge even further. LED bulbs offer many advantages over traditional sources, and they can be used as a direct replacement to existing lighting. This paper will use a spreadsheet-based analysis with hourly solar data supplied by Ecotect to show that, the efficiency of LED installations can be increased when used in conjunction with photovoltaic modules, as the two generate (and use) DC (direct-current) electricity, thereby eliminating intermediate-level losses in the electronic circuitry. If a storage battery is included, the solar panels generate electricity during the times when the occupants are not necessarily using the lighting, but the stored electricity can be used to power the lighting when the energy is required. The latest results demonstrate that, a slight reduction in the required floor area to be lit allows the solar-battery-LED system to be implemented in small buildings using a storage battery size that is within the range of present commercial devices. 展开更多

In this study, three-phase satellite images were used to define rules for the allocation of time and space in construction land resources based on a complex adaptive system and game theory. The decision behavior and rules of government agent, enterprise agent and resident agent in construction land growth were explored. A distinctive and dynamic simulation model of construction land growth was built, which integrated multi-agent, GIS technology and RS data and described the interaction among influencing agents, Taking Fuyang City in the Changjiang River Delta as an example, an assessment process for the remote sensing data in construction land and scenario planning was constructed. Repast and ArcGIS were used as simulation platforms. A simulation of the spatial pattern in land-use planning and the setting of scenario planning were conducted by using the incomplete active game, which was based on different natural, social and economic levels. Through this model, a simulation of urban planning space and decision-making for Fuyang City was created. Relevant non-structured problems arising from urban planning management could be identified, and the process and logic of urban planning spatial decision-making could thus be improved. Cell-by-cell comparison showed that the simulation accuracy was over 72%. This model has great potential for use by government and town planners in decision support and technique support in the policy-making process. 展开更多

The paper presents an experimental study on the heat transfer and flow friction characteristics in a solar air heater channel fitted with delta-winglet type vortex generators (DWs). The experiments are conducted by varying the airflow rate for Reynolds number in the range of 5000 to 24000 in the test section with a uniform heat-flux applied on the upper channel wall. Firstly, the DW pairs are mounted only at the entrance of the lower wall of the test channel (called DW-E) to create multiple vortex flows at the entry. The effect of two transverse pitches (Re= Pt/H= 1 and 2) at three attack angles (a= 30°, 45° and 60°) of the DW-E with its relative height, b/H= 0.5 (half height of channel) is examined. Secondly, the 30° DWs with three different relative heights (blH = 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5) are placed on the upper wall only (absorber plate, called DW-A) of the test channel. The experimental result reveals that in the first case, the 60° DW-E at Rp = 1 provides the highest heat transfer and friction factor while the 30° DW-E at Rp = 1 performs overall better than the others. In the second case, the 30° DW-A at b/H= 0.5 yields the highest heat transfer and friction factor but the best thermal performance is found at b/H = 0.4. 展开更多

Objective:The aim of our study was to evaluate the serum levels of CA19-9 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and to analyze the relationship between serum levels of CA19-9 and metastasis.Methods:Serum levels of CA19-9 in 1200 NSCLC patients from February 2006 to August 2011 were evaluated retrospectively.The relationship between serum levels of CA19-9 and sites of metastasis were analyzed.Results:Of the 1200 patients,528 were stage IV and the positive rate of CA19-9 was 32%(169 cases)and 288 stage III,positive rate 20%(58 cases);144 stage II,positive rate 12%(17 cases);240 stage I,positive rate 3%(7 cases).There were statistical differences from stage I to stage IV(P<0.01).The total positive rate in the 1200 cases was 21%.Furthermore,of the 528 stage IV cases,350 had bone metastasis and the positive rate of CA19-9 was 43%(150 cases)in bone metastatic cases.In turn,in CA19-9 positive patients(169 cases)of stage IV, the positive rate of bone metastasis was 89%(150/169).There was no statistical difference of positive rate of CA19-9 between adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma(P>0.05).Conclusion:Positive rate of CA19-9 increases accordingly from stage I to stage IV.The serum levels of CA19-9 may be as an indicator for metastases in patients with NSCLC,especially for bone metastasis in stage IV diseases. 展开更多

Objective The correlation between various formative conditions and the pore characterizationsof the anodic alumina membrane is investigated to seek the optimal conditions for the formation of anodic aluminamembrane. Methods High purity aluminum foils are used as the starting materials. The anodization is conduc-ted in three types of electrolytes, 3% sulfuric acid, 5% sulfuric acid and 2. 7% oxalic acid, respectively, with dif-ferent voltages at for 48h. The characterizations of the pore size, the effective porosity and the pore porosity areobserved and determined by scanning electron microscopy. The hydraulic conductances of the membranes are meas-ured to confirm that the pores are open and evaluate the permselectivity of the membranes. Results The experi-mental result shows that the ordered pore arrays are obtained for oxidation under our experimental conditions. Withthe increasing of the voltage, the pore size and pore porosity increased significantly (P <0.05) , while the effectiveporosity decreased significantly (P <0.05) with the same electrolyte. The pore size formed in 3% sulfuric acid or5% sulfuric acid is much smaller than in 2. 7% oxalic acid as an electrolyte. The hydraulic conductance of anodicalumina membrane that formed under our experimental condition is higher than those of the membranes are availablecurrently used in clinical. Conclusion The results suggest that the optimal conditions for the formation of anodicalumina membrane that used in hemodialysis are in 3% or 5% sulfuric acid with 12. 5V to 17. 5V at for 48h. 展开更多

In the present study, the data for population dynamics of micromammalia in Dnipropetrovs'k Region in 1957-1999 and Dnipro-Orel's Natural Reserve at 1991-2009 are adduced. With the purpose to drawing up of the long-term forecast at number are analyzed long-term lines of number on background kind's fine micromammals of dominant group. The analysis of long standing rows of number small mammals and comparison data with Wolf number were demonstration, which indicate that dynamic of number phone species (and dominant in particular) carry a cyclic character and contact with 11-year cycles of sun activity. Consequently, it was clearing up hidden periodical in dynamic of number mouse rodents. By that observation was dependence from cycles of sun activity. Probably, that in 2012 year, before peak of sun activity in 2013, next high increase about the number of small mammals for maxima ("outbreak" mass reproduction is a peak "big wave") will take place. 展开更多
