This paper examines the development in the Swedish rural areas from the perspective of the ＂new rurality＂ or the new rural economic order with regard to migratory movements. The paper analyzes determinants of net migration to rural areas in general and to different types of regions, and the impacts of in-migration on rural labor markets, self-employment and other socio-economic conditions. The determinants of the migration pattern were mainly the size of adjacent local and regional centers, income and education levels that all had positive impacts, while commuting distance and unemployment rate had contrary effects. In comparison with the original inhabitants, the newcomers had lower incomes, a lower employment ratio and a lower degree of entrepreneurial activities, but higher education levels. These differences might be explained by the age differences between stayers （older） and in-migrants （younger）. This indicates that the two groups were in different stages of their life cycles. One central conclusion drawn from the paper is that the effect of in-migration on the composition of the rural population is about the same in rural areas all over Sweden.展开更多

In view of the special practical entrepreneurship education, many universities invite entrepreneurial experience for the entrepreneurship lectures, entrepreneurial guidance. It should be worth promoting, but we also want to see, entrepreneurial faculty have their weakness. Under this background, we combine the MOOCs and flip the classroom teaching mode to form the novel education paradigm which holds special meaning.展开更多
In Indonesia, open unemployment until August 2011 was 7,700,086. Unemployment occurs because labor forces are not absorbed into employment. One way to reduce unemployment is to open their own employment or become entrepreneurs. In fact, the government of Indonesia has made some efforts to the growth of new entrepreneurs, for example, by providing funding for student entrepreneurship program to a number of universities in Indonesia. However, efforts by the government are useless if there is no intention in the individual itself, and there are five factors driving intention in entrepreneurship, which invest, creativity, market opportunity, autonomy, status. Meanwhile, some researchers have conducted research about factor which driving the entrepreneurial intention. The result of that research shows that the most encouraging factor is the creativity. However, creativity must be managed properly in order to give optimal results This article wants to analyze the management of creativity among entrepreneurs in order to give optimal results. The research was conducted among young entrepreneurs, which are still a college student or had graduated from college. The total informants for this research are five informants from three private universities/colleges. This research used interview to collect data. This study attempted to process qualitative data obtained from interviews with young entrepreneurs. The result of this research is all of the respondents use some techniques to maintain and enhance creativity, such as ＂allow you to creative＂, ＂think out of the box＂, and ＂be persistent＂. From the findings of this study, it also can be seen that the young entrepreneurs are able to overcome the barriers to creativity, ＂believing that I am not creative＇展开更多
