随着“健康中国”战略的深入实施,医学教育面临着前所未有的发展机遇与挑战。在此背景下,医学生就业创业教育的质量和效果直接关系到医疗卫生人才的培养质量,进而影响国民健康水平的提升。本文旨在探讨在“健康中国”战略背景下,如何通...随着“健康中国”战略的深入实施,医学教育面临着前所未有的发展机遇与挑战。在此背景下,医学生就业创业教育的质量和效果直接关系到医疗卫生人才的培养质量,进而影响国民健康水平的提升。本文旨在探讨在“健康中国”战略背景下,如何通过课程思政改革,提升医学生就业创业教育的实效性,培养具有社会责任感、创新创业精神和实践能力的医学人才。首先,本文通过查阅文献,分析了医学生就业创业教育现状。其次,探讨了医学生就业创业教育开展课程思政改革的必要性和意义。在此基础上,提出了医学生就业创业教育开展课程思政改革的方法与策略。指出了面临的挑战和对策。本文认为,通过课程思政改革,不仅可以提升医学生的专业素养,还能培养其社会责任感和创新能力,为实现“健康中国”战略目标做出积极贡献。With the deepening implementation of the “Healthy China” strategy, medical education is facing unprecedented development opportunities and challenges. In this context, the quality and effectiveness of employment and entrepreneurship education for medical students are directly related to the training quality of medical and health talents, which in turn affects the improvement of the national health level. This article aims to explore how to improve the effectiveness of employment and entrepreneurship education for medical students through curriculum ideological and political reform under the background of the “Healthy China” strategy, and cultivate medical talents with a sense of social responsibility, innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, and practical ability. Firstly, this article analyzes the current situation of employment and entrepreneurship education for medical students through literature review. Secondly, the necessity and significance of carrying out ideological and political reform in the curriculum of employment and entrepreneurship education for medical students were discussed. On this basis, methods and strategies for carrying out ideological and political reforms in the curriculum of employment and entrepreneurship education for medical students were proposed. The challenges and countermeasures are pointed out. This article believes that through curriculum ideological and political reform, not only can medical students improve their professional literacy, but also cultivate their sense of social responsibility and innovation ability, making a positive contribution to achieving the strategic goal of “Healthy China”.展开更多
