Temperature variation and solution treatment of high strength aluminum alloy were investigated with temperature data acquisition system,microstructural observation,mechanical properties test,electrical conductivity me...Temperature variation and solution treatment of high strength aluminum alloy were investigated with temperature data acquisition system,microstructural observation,mechanical properties test,electrical conductivity measurement and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) analysis.Specimens with two dimensions were employed in the experiment.The results indicate that the specimens with large size undergo low solution temperature and short time,giving rise to the reduction of hardening precipitates.The optimized solution treatments for specimens with dimensions of 25 mm×25 mm×2.5 mm and 70 mm×60 mm×20 mm are(480 ℃,30 min) and(480 ℃,90 min),respectively.The densities of GP zones and η' phases of the small specimen are higher than those of the large specimen,which is consistent with the properties of the alloys.展开更多

Studies on physical modification of wood have been taken more attention due to the increasing attentions on environmental protection. Thermal modification is emphasized and developed quickly in developing countries, especially in European countries. A large number of researches have been conducted and some industrial production plants have been built. This paper reviewed the history of heat treatment, exemplifies the industrial developments in several European countries, summarized the basic principle of heat treatment and describes the environmental characteristics. This paper focuses on the processing and display of the collected dynamic images to achieve a real-time image pro- cessing for the moving objects. Firstly, the median filtering, gain calibration, image segmentation, image binarization, cor- ner detection and edge fitting are employed to process the images of the moving objects to make the image close to the real object. Then, the processed images are simultaneously displayed on a real-time basis to make it easier to analyze, understand and identify them, and thus it reduces the computation complexity. Finally, human-computer interaction (HCI)-friendly in- terface based on VC ++ is designed to accomplish the digital logic transform, image processing and real-time display of the objects. The experiment shows that the proposed algorithm and software design have better real-time performance and accu- racy which can meet the industrial needs.展开更多
The effects of heat treatment process on microstrucature, micro-yield strength and dynamic dimensional stability of ZL114A aluminum alloy were investigated by optical microscopy (OM), transmission electron microsco...The effects of heat treatment process on microstrucature, micro-yield strength and dynamic dimensional stability of ZL114A aluminum alloy were investigated by optical microscopy (OM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), tensile testing and thermal cycling on-line measuring method. Fine dispersed eutectic Si phases are observed, and long strip eutectic Si and massive primary Si phases decrease in ZL114A alloy after high-temperature and long-time solution treatment, which result in the increase of micro-plastic deformation resistance. With the increasing of aging temperature, aging precipitation behaviour of ZLll4A alloy transforms from precipitation of GP zone and fl' phases simultaneously at lower temperature to precipitation of stable Mg2Si phases at higher temperature. Because coherent strengthening is the main strengthen mechanism for micro-plastic deformation, precipitation of stable Mg2Si phases is unfavorable to the improvement of micro-plastic deformation resistance. Micro-yield strength cannot characterize dimensional stability comprehensively, and dynamic dimensional stability under alternative temperature should also be tested cooperatively for better evaluation of dimensional stability.展开更多

Though small, it determines soil fertility and prevents soil losses. In this study, we examined relationships between the Particle-Size Distribution (PSD) of the eroded sediment and SOC loss, and evaluated the effects of plant coverage ratios (0%, 15%, 30%, 45%, 60% and 90%), slope lengths (2 m, 4 m), fertilizer treatments (unfertilized control (CK), compound N-P-K fertilizer (CF), and organic fertilizer (OF)) on SOC loss and the SOC enrichment ratio (ERsoc) in the eroded sediments. The experimental results showed that longer slope length and lower surface cover ratios produced larger surface runoff and the eroded sediments, resulting in larger SOC losses. The average SOC loss was greatest in the OF treatment and SOC loss was mainly associated with the eroded sediment. Surface runoff, which causes soil erosion, is a selective transportation process, hence there were more clay- sized particles (〈2 μm) and silt-sized particles (2-50μm) in the eroded sediments than in the original soils. SOC was enriched in the eroded sediments relative to in the original soil when ERsoc 〉 1. ERsoc was positively correlated with ERclay (〈2 pro) (R^2 = o.68) and ERie at (2-20 μm) (R2 = 0.63), and from all the size particle categories of the original soil or the eroded sediments, more than 95% of SOC was concentrated in small-sized partieles (〈50 μm). The distribution of SOC in different-sized particles of the original soil and the eroded sediment is primarily associated with clay-sized part-ides and fine silt-sized particles, thus we eonelude that as the eroded sediment partieles became finer, more SOC was absorbed, resulting in more severe SOC loss.展开更多

In this paper, th authors proposed ISP that significantly reduced chip area by efficiently sharing of hardware and software. Large operation blocks are designed to hardware for high performances, and hardware is imployed simultaneously with software considering the size of the hardware.
