目的评价尿脱落细胞嗜银染色结合B超联合诊断膀胱移行细胞癌经尿道手术后复发的敏感性和特异性。方法采用盲法对每一纳入研究对象同时进行尿脱落细胞嗜银染色、经直肠B超和膀胱镜检查,以膀胱镜结合病理检查的结果为金标准,计算尿脱落细... 目的评价尿脱落细胞嗜银染色结合B超联合诊断膀胱移行细胞癌经尿道手术后复发的敏感性和特异性。方法采用盲法对每一纳入研究对象同时进行尿脱落细胞嗜银染色、经直肠B超和膀胱镜检查,以膀胱镜结合病理检查的结果为金标准,计算尿脱落细胞嗜银染色结合B超联合诊断膀胱癌经尿道手术后复发的敏感性、特异性和ROC曲线下面积。当尿脱落细胞嗜银染色或/和B超阳性时,联合诊断试验的结果为阳性;当尿脱落细胞嗜银染色和B超均阴性时,联合诊断试验的结果为阴性。结果纳入148例膀胱移行细胞癌经尿道手术后1年以上的门诊随访病例,其中57例复发,复发率为38·51%。单用尿脱落细胞嗜银染色诊断复发的敏感性和特异性是89·47%[95%CI(0·82,0·98)]和87·91%[95%CI(0·81,0·95)],ROC曲线下面积为82·22%。单用B超诊断复发的敏感性和特异性是57·90%[95%CI(0·45,0·71)]和90·11%[95%CI(0·84,0·96)],ROC曲线下面积73·13%。当结合尿脱落细胞嗜银染色和B超联合诊断时,敏感性提高至94·74%[95%CI(0·89,1·00)],而特异性有所下降,为84·62%[95%CI(0·77,0·92)],ROC曲线下面积增加为98·28%。结论非侵入性的尿脱落细胞嗜银染色结合B超联合诊断膀胱移行细胞癌经尿道手术后复发的价值较高,可常规用于术后病例的随访。 展开更多

(Sterculi-aceae) is widelydistributed in southeastern Asia and traditionally used as a fish, arrowhead, and spearhead poison .It has also been used as a folk medicine to treat he-maturia and diarrhea for a long history inChina . Past investigations on the chemical constituents of this plant have yielded fourtriterpenes, five sesquiterpenes, a phe-nylproanoid-glycerol and four flavonoids. In the presentstudy, eight flavonoids were isolated from the 95% EtOH extract of the leaves of this plant, andidentified as quercitrin (1), quercetin (2),kaempferol-3-O-(6″-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 3 ), kaempferol (4), kaempferitrin (5),myricetin (6), eriodictyol (7), and catechin (8) on the basis of their spectral data. 展开更多

A new fluorescence silver nanosensor assisted by surfactant has been recently synthesized and applied to ultra trace nickel determination. The methodology was validated by the standard addition method and satisfactorily applied to nickel determination in urine without previous treatment, coming from subjects with different smoking addiction levels and second hand smokers. Within-day precision was better than 0.011 CV. The reproducibility (between-days precision) was also evaluated over 3 days by performing six determinations each day with a CV of 0.025. The proposed methodology represents a promising approach in the area of biological monitoring due to its low operation cost, simplicity of instrumentation, high sampling speed and non-polluting solvents. Obtained results of urinary nickel concentration were successfully correlated with the tobacco addiction. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy of Huangshukuihua(Flos Abelmoschi Manihot) on diabetic nephropathy(DN).METHODS: Articles were retrieved from Pub Med,EMBASE, the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Web of Science, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, Chinese Evidence-Based Medicine Database, and Wanfang Database. Two reviewers independently reviewed the article. Only randomized controlled trials were included and 27 were identified involving 2239 patients(1143 in the treatment group and 1096 in the control group).RESULTS: Huangshukuihua(Flos Abelmoschi Manihot) had a significant effect on renal function by improving blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine,reducing urine protein(24-h urine protein, and urinary albumin excretion rate), and improving serum albumin level, compared with the control group.CONCLUSION: Our findings suggest that, although the bioactive ingredients and mechanism underlying renal protection are unknown, the role of Huangshukuihua(Flos Abelmoschi Manihot) in the treatment of DN deserves further investigation. 展开更多
