Based on the complexity of mine stratum and coupling of the multi-frequency for the damage of mine stratum,using the method of on-site inspection and mathematical statistics,the regulation and nonlinear characteristic...Based on the complexity of mine stratum and coupling of the multi-frequency for the damage of mine stratum,using the method of on-site inspection and mathematical statistics,the regulation and nonlinear characteristics of strata collapse in mine stratum's multi-frequency mining were put forward and systemically studied.Study result shows that the influence of multi-frequency mining in mine stratum has the feature of multi-frequency incontinuity,multi-characteristic and multi-type nonlinear collapse,strata collapse activa- tion turned worse,presenting an accumulation effect of multi-frequency mining for the strata damage.With the example of multi-frequency mining in the mine,the real characte- ristics of strata collapse by multi-frequency mining and nonlinear characteristics of accu- mulative response damage were analyzed.Research achievements about the surface re- cover and controlling of strata collapse by the multi-frequency mining have instruction meaning.展开更多

This paper uses the tidal response of the well water level data in the North China region to calculate the tidal factor of each well and extract the effective water trend information. Then,the volumetric strain of an existing confined aquifer well in the North China region is inverted,and the contour maps are plotted on a half-year scale from 2009 to 2012. Results show that it can reflect the state of stress and strain in deep crust to a certain extent in the North China region.展开更多

However, most previously reported synapt...Synaptic devices that merge memory and processing functions into one unit have broad application potentials in neuromorphic computing, soft robots, and humanmachine interfaces. However, most previously reported synaptic devices exhibit fixed performance once been fabricated,which limits their application in diverse scenarios. Here, we report floating-gate photosensitive synaptic transistors with charge-trapping perovskite quantum dots(PQDs) and atomic layer deposited(ALD) Al_(2)O_(3) tunneling layers, which exhibit typical synaptic behaviors including excitatory postsynaptic current(EPSC), pair-pulse facilitation and dynamic filtering characteristics under both electrical or optical signal stimulation. Further, the combination of the high-quality Al2O3 tuning layer and highly photosensitive PQDs charge-trapping layer provides the devices with extensively tunable synaptic performance under optical and electrical co-modulation. Applying light during electrical modulation can significantly improve both the synaptic weight changes and the nonlinearity of weight updates, while the memory effect under light modulation can be obviously adjusted by the gate voltage.The pattern learning and forgetting processes for "0" and "1"with different synaptic weights and memory times are further demonstrated in the device array. Overall, this work provides synaptic devices with tunable functions for building complex and robust artificial neural networks.展开更多

The dielectric film has per unit area capacitance of 165 nF/c...Low voltage operating organic devices and circuits have been realized using atomic layer deposition deposited aluminum oxide thin film as dielectric layer. The dielectric film has per unit area capacitance of 165 nF/cm2 and leakage current of 1 nA/cm2 at 1 MV/cm. The devices and circuits use the small-molecule hydrocarbon pentacene as the active semiconductor material. Transistors,inverters,and ring oscillators with operating voltage lower than 5 V were obtained. The mobility of organic field-effect transistors was extracted to be 0.16 cm2/Vs in saturation range,the threshold voltage is 0.3 V,and the on/off current ratio is larger than 105. The gain of inverters is estimated to be 12 at -5 V supply voltage,and the propagation delay is 0.25 ms per stage in 5-stage ring oscillators.展开更多
