In order to evaluate the danger of debris flow properly, eight factors were selected as the risk assess- ment indexes of the debris flow, namely the vertical slope, valley relative difference, hillside slope, area of ba- sin, loose solid material reserves, the path length of sediment supply probability, silting and scouring derrieking and vegetation coverage. The improved Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) method was used to obtain the weights of the factors; and the efficacy coefficient method was adopted to evaluate the risks of six typical debris flow gullies. According to the research, the improved AHP method not only avoids the subjectivity in the indi- vidual factor valuation by comparing two factors of each layer, but also makes the subsequent consistency check unnecessary. 展开更多

The improved analytic hierachy process method was utilized in this paper,and a variety of factors influencing the food production were classified into several interrelated orderly objectives layers;based on the works above,this paper made an scientific assessment on the influencing factors of food production and production potential of the various regions in the Songnen Plain.The weights and composite indices were calculated with the method of solving weight by AHP's accumulation factor sequence evaluating data,and were processed by single-level sorting and general sorting.The result showed that,the region of Changchun had the biggest potential for improving food production,but smallest for Heihe region.The key reason for the food production discrepancy of a variety of regions in Songnen Plain is the differences in scale of production and climatic conditions,the weight coefficients of which are 0.3654 and 0.2742;however,the weight coefficients of agricultural science and technology investment is very low just 0.1703,which should be increasted in the future. 展开更多

In order to improve the top-coal recovery ratio of fully mechanized cave mining with large mining height, a study was conducted on optimizing the caving process, based on the mechanized caving face 1302N in Longgu Coal Mine. This was achieved by improving the PFC numerical calculation methods, and establishing a more accurate model system. On this basis, the recovery ratio of the top coal in different drawing intervals and technologies was investigated in order to achieve a reasonable caving process. The top-coal tracking system was used for practical surveying of the recovery ratio of top coal. 展开更多

This paper developed an improved combinatorial method called the best chromosome clone plus younger generation chromosome prepotency genetic algorithm (BCC-YGCP-GA) to evaluate aquifer parameters. This method is based on a decimal simple genetic algorithm (SGA). A synthetic example for unsteady-state flow in a two-dimensional, inhomogeneous, confined aquifer containing three hydraulically distinct zones, is used to develop data to test the model. The simulation utilizes SGA and BCC-YGCP-GA coupled to the finite element method to identify the mean zonal hydraulic conductivities, and storage coefficients of the three-compartment model. For this geometrically simple model, used as a prototype of more complex systems, the SGA does not reach convergence within 100 generations. Conversely, the convergence rate of the BCC-YGCD-GA model is very fast. The objective function value calculated by BCC-YGCD-GA is reduced to 1/1 O00th of the starting value within 100 generations, and the hydraulic conductivity and storage of three zones are within a few percent of the “true” values of the ideal model, highlighting the power of the method for aquifer parameterization. 展开更多

Since web services intended for the same application environment tend to be functionally homogeneous, researchers have turned to their non-functional aspects in order to constructively compare web services and choose an appropriate one. In general, quality of service is very important to users. Many schemes that consider quality assessment have been proposed for web service selection. With the increasing number of qualityrelated attributes, an effective quality assessment method needs satisfactory scalability. Schemes based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) meet this requirement. However, prevalent methods in this vein overlook the fact that the traditional AHP needs a complete judgment matrix. In practice, all the information needed to construct a judgment matrix is often unavailable for a variety of reasons, due to which certain judgments cannot be made. In this paper, for an incomplete judgment matrix, we propose an improved AHP approach to consistency verification and the subsequent ordering. Our method can deal with situations where information is insufficient,and inherits all the merits of the traditional AHP approach. A case study establishes the effectiveness of our proposed method. 展开更多
