目的 :观察通脑复步汤的临床疗效及其部分作用机理。方法 :对脑梗死偏瘫患者 5 9例 ,治疗组采用通脑复步汤治疗 ,对照组 32例采用尼麦角林片等治疗。观察治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、头部CT层面图中低密度灶、血液流变学指标、血沉的变... 目的 :观察通脑复步汤的临床疗效及其部分作用机理。方法 :对脑梗死偏瘫患者 5 9例 ,治疗组采用通脑复步汤治疗 ,对照组 32例采用尼麦角林片等治疗。观察治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、头部CT层面图中低密度灶、血液流变学指标、血沉的变化。结果 :治疗组总有效率 94 .92 % ,明显高于对照组 ,头部CT层面图中低密度灶明显缩小 ,血液流变学指标及血沉不同程度改变 ,有统计学意义 (t检验 ,P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1)。结论 :通脑复步汤基于痰瘀阻络立方 ,化痰活血通络法是治疗脑梗死偏瘫的有效方法之一。 展开更多

Faults and fractures of multiple scales are frequently induced and generated in compressional structural system. Comprehensive identification of these potential faults and fractures that cannot be distinguished directly from seismic profile of the complex structures is still an unanswered problem. Based on the compressional structural geometry and kinematics theories as well as the structural interpretation from seismic data, a set of techniques is established for the identification of potential faults and fractures in compressional structures. Firstly, three-dimensional(3D) patterns and characteristics of the faults directly interpreted from seismic profile were illustrated by 3D structural model. Then, the unfolding index maps, the principal structural curvature maps, and tectonic stress field maps were obtained from structural restoration. Moreover, potential faults and fractures in compressional structures were quantitatively identified relying on comprehensive analysis of these three maps. Successful identification of the potential faults and fractures in Mishrif limestone formation and in Asmari dolomite formation of Buzurgan anticline in Iraq demonstrates the applicability and reliability of these techniques. 展开更多

For more objective rust defect recognition, digital image recognition methods have been developed for the past few years and they are expected to replace or complement conventional painting inspection methods. Efficient image processing methods are also essential for the successful implementation of steel bridge coating warranty contracting where the owner, usually a state agency, and the contractor inspect steel bridge coating conditions regularly and decide whether additional maintenance actions are needed based on the processed data. There are two approaches to develop automated rust defect recognition methods: applying a statistical method or an artificial intelligence technique. This paper presents the application of previously developed image processing methods for defect evaluations on a bridge coating surface and discusses their limitations under three environmental conditions which are often encountered while acquiring digital images. 展开更多

A combination of methods was developed that can determine hydrodynamic forces on a planing hull in steady motion.Firstly,a potential-based boundary-element method was used to calculate the hydrodynamic pressure,induced resistance and lift.Then the frictional resistance component was determined by the viscous boundary layer theory.Finally,a particular empirical technique was applied.to determine the region of upwash geometry and determine spray resistance.Case studies involving four models of Series 62 planing craft were run.These showed that the suggested method is efficient and capable,with results that are in good agreement with experimental measurements over a wide range of volumetric Froude numbers. 展开更多

Image interpolation of cross-sections is one of the key steps of medical visualization, and the cubic convolution interpolation is usually employed due to its good tradeoff between computational cost and accuracy, however, sometimes its accuracy can still not meet the requirement. Aimed at the problem, in this paper, the interpolation principle based cubic convolution is firstly analyzed systematically, and then essential relationship among the different cubic convolution interpolation methods is clarified. Lastly, a novel cross-section interpolation method for medical images that is based on the optimal parameter of sharp control is presented. The method takes full advantage of the local characteristic of medical images, and the optimized sharp control parameter is obtained by the iterative computation, and then the cross-section interpolation is performed by the cubic convolution with the optimized parameter in one time.The experimental results show that the method presented in the paper not only can improve the interpolation accuracy effectively, but also is robust. 展开更多

Particle image velocimetry was applied to the study of the statistical properties and the coherent structures of a fiat plate turbulent boundary layer at Mach 3. The nanoparticles with a good flow-following capability in supersonic flows were adopted as the tracer particles in the present experiments. The results show that the Van Driest transformed mean velocity profile satisfies the incompressible scalings and reveals a log-law region that extends to yld=0.4, which is further away from the wall than that in incompressible boundary layers. The Reynolds stress profiles exhibit a plateau-like region in the log-law region. The hairpin vortices in the streamwise-wall-normal plane are identified using different velocity decompositions, which are similar to the results of the flow visualization via NPLS technique. And multiple hairpin vortices are found moving at nearly the same velocity in different regions of the boundary layer. In the streamwise-spanwise plane, elongated streaky structures are observed in the log-law region, and disappear in the outer region of the boundary layer, which is contrary to the flow visualization results. 展开更多
