国内商业银行投贷联动的模式特征分析及展业研究

投贷联动在我国尚处于试行阶段。2016年以来,作为助推创新创业的金融动力,开展投贷联动被正式写入《政府工作报告》,在今年初召开的国务院常务会议、全国银行业监管工作会议等重要会议上,中央明确提出今年启动商业银行投贷联动试点。但投贷联动是否会放大道德风险,以及这样的模式是否值得大面积复制和推广?照搬国外投贷联动机制,是否利于银行防控风险?投贷联动是对现有银行业务流程的颠覆,而这背后,是否也是对传统银行文化的颠覆等都成为疑点和难点。研究发现:至少从法条层面投贷联动是对《商业银行法》的突破。但"用投资收益弥补信贷损失"仍是商业银行的不二法则,而且商业银行属下的投资功能子公司,只应作为财务投资人,不应谋求对企业的控制权,也不能利用优势地位与企业争利,要承诺适时退出。研究还发现:国内银行的约束机制、风险管理、文化等诸多方面均有异于风投机构,不能简单照搬;内控不严,将带来烧毁银行内部防火墙的风险,既而提出:确定投贷联动业务的方向目标、破除投贷联动的法律障碍、打造个性鲜明的投贷联动模式、创新投贷联动模式、设计适应投贷联动特点的风险管理模式、鼓励介入初创企业管理、加强投贷联动人才队伍建设等业务推广做法。

Research Plan on the Strategic Development of High-value Eco-agriculture in the Middle-lower Reaches of Yangtze River

At present,high-value eco-agriculture research in China is till limited and controversial,theoretical innovation and practices on eco-agriculture should be conducted.The key problems which should be solved urgently on the development of high-value eco-agriculture in the middle-lower reaches of Yangtze River now including：the connotation and characteristics of high-value eco-agriculture,the construction of high-value eco-agriculture system and the policies of the development of high-value eco-agriculture.Therefore,the strategic development research on high-value eco-agriculture mainly includes the following aspects：development of agriculture modernization and theory and practices of eco-economics;theory of high-value eco-agriculture;practice of high-value eco-agriculture in the middle-lower reaches of Yangtze River;construction of high-value eco-agriculture in the middle-lower reaches of Yangtze River;development strategy and system innovation of high-value eco-agriculture in the lower and medium reaches of Yangtze River.

Multivariate Statistical Process Monitoring and Control: Recent Developments and Applications to Chemical Industry

Multivariate statistical process monitoring and control (MSPM&C) methods for chemical process monitoring with statistical projection techniques such as principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares (PLS) are surveyed in this paper. The four-step procedure of performing MSPM&C for chemical process, modeling of processes, detecting abnormal events or faults, identifying the variable(s) responsible for the faults and diagnosing the source cause for the abnormal behavior, is analyzed. Several main research directions of MSPM&C reported in the literature are discussed, such as multi-way principal component analysis (MPCA) for batch process, statistical monitoring and control for nonlinear process, dynamic PCA and dynamic PLS, and on-line quality control by inferential models. Industrial applications of MSPM&C to several typical chemical processes, such as chemical reactor, distillation column, polymerization process, petroleum refinery units, are summarized. Finally, some concluding remarks and future considerations are made.

Comparative study on industry agglomeration of the five E＆I industrial parks in Shaanxi Province

As the significant regional development driving, industry agglomeration has become one of the most interested for industrial economist and regional economist. This paper chooses the main five E＆I industrial parks in Shaanxi Province as the research object, and systematically compares their industry agglomerations, such as the situations, patterns, development approaches, and so on. Finally, based on the situation of the five E＆I industrial parks, combined with the power and the attraction of sub-sectors industry, some suggestions on the formation and consolidation of agglomeration effect for each park are proposed.

Research on the Sustainable Development of Chinese Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises-Con-struction and Application of R&D Strategic Alliance

R ＆D strategic alliance is important for enterprises＇ sustainable development and it is a worth research for us. This paper firstly analyzes the condition and situation of tho small and medium-sized enterprises＇ strategic alliance. Then it points out that the small and medium-sized enterprises should choose a sttieable alliance organization, ally themselves with big enterprises, strive for the support of the government, and develop their technology through technology unions. Finally, it suggests that the government should create better innovation environment for R＆D strategic, alliance. A new way is also put forward for the applicotion and foundation of the small and medium-sized enterprises ＇ R＆D ,strategic alliance in China. It is also helpful for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The role of small and medium enterprises （SMEs） in the economy of a country was quite strategic, however the tightness of the competition, has allowed the SMEs into disadvantageous position. Data obtained through analysis of the company＇s business processes. Results of data analysis used to develop accounting information systems in a SMEs cluster of Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta. Six Sigma： The Panacea to Sustainability

Whilst there are a number of qualified methodologies, the researchers have opted to utilise the tools available through Six Sigma to prove that Six Sigma can be used to save resources and improve quality and process. Five industry sectors were identified as the ones to be surveyed using quantitative and qualitative methods and finally piloting the results on five different SMEs. Since this is a relative new methodology to the Cypriot entrepreneur and regrettably at the time of carrying out the study an international financial crisis caused a lot of financial problems to many respondents and as such could not see the immediate effects or benefits of Six Sigma and were reluctant to co-operate or participate. The Six Sigma methodology can be customized to industrial sectors and a tailored version of the methodology can be developed for a particular process or problem. The paper illustrates the problem areas identified from both the qualitative and quantitative research per industry. This is the first study carried out on Six Sigma in a small economy like Cyprus and tested on five industry sectors using both qualitative and quantitative methods

An Entire View on Research Trends in the Technology Evolution of Mobile Telecommunications

＂Without an appropriate research setting, a study cannot be qualified as a reasonable piece＂, this notion is manifested in the methodological polices. In this research, we attempt to examine previous studies within the scope of technology evolution and market perception in telecommunication industry through extracting research structures, methodologies, corresponding variables, and processing methods. A general process of social scientific research is adopted to analyze eighty-four selected papers; and simultaneously, the framework for doing this analysis is established, as well. In this manner, we inspect the subjects and the issues in these papers according to product types, academic domains, and divisions of technological evolution （from 1G to 4G）. Then, their research designs are anatomized into the key dimensions of general research conventions. This research eventually provides an entire picture of a research scenario for mobile telecommunication industry; and apparently, this framewbrk can help scholars to establish specific tendencies for academic scenarios in future research plans. Also, we propose the main streams and emerging issues can be expected to engage in the future within both theacademic and the operational fields.

Social Work as a Research-Based Profession： Opportunities, Prerequisites and Restrictions

The concept of research-based social work is introduced and discussed from the point of view of preconditions for its realization. Attention is paid both to the academic research of social work and to opportunities for developing a knowledge-producing social work practice. Both of these are seen as essential elements of a research-based profession. On the one hand, the academic research is necessary for development of social work as a research-based professional system, and on the other hand, a knowledge-producing practice, conducted by research-oriented practitioners, can only be realized within such a system. Historically, social work has been partly developed as a knowledge-applying instead of a knowledge-producing profession, although the central founding pioneers emphasized the importance of an own-knowledge basis and theory formation, as well as the idea of knowledge-producing practice based on a corresponding professional identity. The future of social work as a professional system in modern society may depend decisively on how it develops a research-based professional identity, not only in the sense of academic research but also through practitioners with research orientation. These are practitioners who would be capable of research-based working in terms of creative knowledge production, thus of developing social work as a credible research-based profession. This can be created only through education in which the development of necessary professional skills is linked to advanced academic meta-skills. There are good reasons to suspect that a three-year education is too short for this.
