新课程改革进行了8年,中小学音乐教学取得了很大的成绩,但仍有一些差距需要解决,以便更好、更快地推动音乐教学工作的发展。

STRATEGY OF MAIZE′S CONCENTRATING TO ADVANTAGE AREAS IN JILIN PROVINCE

Jilin Province is one of the main grain-producing provinces of China,which has dominant position in maize production,by the view of its advantages in policy,location,breed and market. And after entering WTO,some measures have been taken to enhance maize competitive ability. But there are some difficulties in concentrating production to maize advantaged areas. This paper expounds the basis that Jilin Province becomes the advantage area of maize,analyzes the problems and puts forward the supporting policy. Some strategic measures are proposed,as developing comparable advantages,carrying out the strategy of un-equilibrium development and cultivating advantaged product areas of maize to rapidly improve the international competitive ability and productivity of maize in Jilin Province,cast the agricultural predicament off and promote the agricultural development into a new stage.

Early development of peer dominance relationships in a captive group of Japanese macaques Macaca fuscata

We studied early development of peer dominance relationships in a captive group of Japanese macaques Macaca fuscata fuscata at the Primate Research Institute of Kyoto University. This study aims to give detailed descriptions on characteristic patterns of maternal rank acquisition from infant to juvenile. Focal subjects were 22 young monkeys belonging to three cohorts born in 2002, 2003 and 2005. Data were collected with a total 2130 sessions of 30-minute continuous recording of focal subjects combined with all occurrence-sampling methods. The onset of aggressive behavior varied per cohort and was delayed in cohorts with fewer close-aged associates. More than 60% of dyadic combinations in agonistic interactions between peers were unidirectional throughout the study period. Although some bidirectional interactions could have involved unstable relationships between particular individuals, most of the bidirectional interactions included a few continuous series of alternating one-sided interactions. A linear order could be found among peers from the first appearance of aggressive behavior, and nearly 90% of those dyads were concordant with that of their mother＇s rank order. Young males were responsible for most of the dominance relations that would not be predicted based on their mother＇s rank. These results suggest that infant monkeys may recognize their own social status relative to their opponent＇s before onset of aggressive behavior and adjust themselves into the matrilineal rank system accordingly.

郑庄井田3号煤层压裂裂缝形态及特征研究

为掌握郑庄井田3号煤层压裂裂缝的形态及特征,同时对压裂施工方案进行设计和优化,为井网布置及产能预测提供技术支撑。采用微地震裂缝实时监测技术对井田3号煤层压裂裂缝长度、高度及优势延展方位等裂缝形态与特征参数进行研究。结果表明:受非均质性、物理性质、力学特性、压裂施工参数、应力场特征等因素的综合作用,各裂缝监测井的裂缝长度、裂缝高度及延展优势方位有所不同,具有一定的分异现象和分形特征;煤层破裂显著,压裂裂缝以水平裂缝为主,垂直裂缝为辅;裂缝优势方位为NNE12.8°-NE48.9°,与最大水平主应力方向一致;水平裂缝长度103.9~219.0 m,垂向裂缝高度14.2~22.1 m;压裂液量、注入排量及支撑剂量对裂缝长度和高度具有重要影响,呈现出显著的线性正相关性,平均砂比对裂缝长度和高度影响不大。

EXTERNAL SOURCES OF URBAN COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES IN CHINA

Urban competition refers to capacities of cities for attracting, capturing, controlling, dominating and transforming certain resources during urban development, and capacities for wealth creating, life-standard improving and sustainable development maintenance. This paper first analyzes the external sources of urban competitive advantages: the global network-based advantages and the location-based ones. Then with the aid of method of principal component analysis in SPSS 10.0 for Windows, the Chinese urban global and local competitive advantages are explored. The finding is that the global network-and location-based advantages are remarkable for the cities in the eastern China. While for those in the western and the middle regions, affected by much lower regional competitive advantages and lower degrees of urban-regional integration, the urban competitive advantages are deeply influenced and weakened.

The Flying Geese Paradigm:Industrial Upgrade Strategy and Balanced Regional Development

On the basis of competency-based comparative advantage theory and reclassification of industries,this paper has discussed whether the FGP-type industry upgrade has taken place across different regions of China and whether China is able to transcend the middle-income trap through the FGP-type industry upgrade.This paper has discovered that no matter by traditional method of industry classification or the new method of industry classification,China has already experienced the FGP-type industry upgrade and entered into the second stage of this process.While relocating industries to central and western regions,China's eastern region does not have clear directions of industry upgrade of its own.Through analysis on the evolution of comparative advantages across regions,this paper has also discovered that in the process of the FGP industry upgrade,China is facing the risk of falling into comparative advantage trap.These factors are unfavorable to China's implementation of the FGP-type industry upgrade strategy,prevention of the comparative advantage interruptions that may confront middle-income countries and achievement of balanced regional development.

Urban Big Data and the Development of City Intelligence

This study provides a definition for urban big data while exploring its features and applications of Chi- na＇s city intelligence. The differences between city intelligence in China and the ＂smart city＂ concept in other countries are compared to highlight and contrast the unique definition and model for China＇s city intelligence in this paper. Furthermore, this paper examines the role of urban big data in city intel- ligence by showing that it not only serves as the cornerstone of this trend as it also plays a core role in the diffusion of city intelligence technology and serves as an inexhaustible resource for the sustained development of city intelligence. This study also points out the challenges of shaping and developing of China＇s urban big data. Considering the supporting and core role that urban big data plays in city intel- ligence, the study then expounds on the key points of urban big data, including infrastructure support, urban governance, public services, and economic and industrial development. Finally, this study points out that the utility of city intelligence as an ideal policy tool for advancing the goals of China＇s urban de- velopment. In conclusion, it is imperative that China make full use of its unique advantages-including using the nation＇s current state of development and resources, geographical advantages, and good hu- man relations-in subjective and objective conditions to promote the development of city intelligence through the proper application of urban big data.

Analysis on the Development Trend of Contemporary Local Governance Mode from the perspective of Economic Policy and Environmental Capacity Optimization

As the basic level of national governance, local governance is deeply influenced by administrative tradition, political system and economic development level of a country. With more than thirty years of reform and opening up, the pattern of local governance has become diversified. The diversity of governance model cannot be managed in the same way, however, it cannot affect the government’s ability to play the initiative role of governance. We need to innovate and improve the existing local governance models.

Construction and harmonious development of urban-rural com-paring fi nancial systems based on comparative advantages theory

Green Offshore Structures Promising Viable Utilization of Shipyard Facilities

The shipbuilding industry in Europe is in crisis due to the recent economic recession and competition from countries with low labour costs. Greek shipyards have been forced to make a series of structural changes which have resulted in lower employment levels. Although these changes were gradually creating the conditions for shipyards profitably to re-enter international markets, the current economic crisis and the consequences to the shipping sector have created major problems to the shipyards employment. Perama shiprepair zone, an industrial zone mainly consisted from SMEs （small and medium enterprises） in shipbuilding and shiprepairing sector, has faced major problem for its survivability. In this article, a new approach is presented. Green offshore structures are expected to create competitive advantages in the zone and be a way to utilize available facilities and recover from the existing situation. International experience through case studies is presented followed by economic and technical feasibility for offshore windturbines construction and wave energy devices in shipyards. Finally, a general model shows that sustainable development is possible and shipyards have the adaptability and resources required tbr the production of renewable energy offshore structures.

Research on the Development Trend of Contemporary Vocal Music Education System from the Curriculum Optimization Perspective

In this paper, we conduct research on the development trend of contemporary vocal music education system from the curriculum optimization perspective. An Evaluation on the Effects of the Policy of the Great Campaign of Western Development of China in the First 10 Years Based on the Kuznets Regional Inverted-U Theory

In order to reduce the regional differentials or narrow the gap in economic development between eastern and western areas and prevent the intensification of contradictions resulting from the regional inequality during the development process, the government of China launched the Great Campaign of Western Development （GCWD） in 2000. In this paper, we will evaluate the effects of the first 10 years＇ GCWD and use the latest Chinese annual data from 1978 to 2010 to investigate the problem of regional differentials in the development process, evaluate the effects of GCWD policy and test whether there is a regional Kuznets inverted-U curve in the regional development of China. The result shows that there are both good and bad news： the good news is that the inverted U-shaped curve of absolute differential between eastern and western areas finally emerges （the previous studies showed that the inverted-U curve did not appear and the differentials between eastern and western areas became worse） and the bad news is that the differential is in the first half of the inverted U-shaped curve in our choice of time span （1978-2010）, that is, it is still in the situation of deterioration, and the turning better point will emerge in 2025. Although the western areas have benefitted from GCWD, the absolute gap has been still widened. To narrow the gap, the western areas should accelerate the industrial development and the government should adjust the policy and make more efforts to support the development of the industry in the western areas, especially cultivate and support the development of the western characteristic and advantageous industry rather than just supporting the construction of infrastructure in the western areas.

Human Capital Comparative Advantage n Large Developing Countries

With human capital levels.Jar lower when compared to developed countries, large developing countries derive their comparative advantages from the coupling between heterogeneous human capital and a diverse industrial structure, physical capital investment and technological level. This theory explains that despite low levels of human capital, large developing countries can still achieve rapid economic growth. Empirical research using the coupling factor model has supported this theoretical hypothesis. The policy implications are obvious： Large developing countries should enhance the adaptation of human capital to diversify their industrial structure, physical capital investment and technological level while constantly increasing human capital investment. This approach will tap their full potential, avert their weaknesses and promote rapid and sustained economic development.

Atmospheric Environmental Quality Prediction Based on Support Vector Machine

The economic development bring serious environmental problems to China, the quality of atmospheric environment has an important bearing on the forecast. Be aimed at the complexity and non-linear of the quality of atmospheric environment, chaos theory has been put forward which takes full advantage of using date information. Based on the reconstruction of time-series phase space of the quality of atmospheric environment with the use of least squares support vector machine theory, the atmospheric environment prediction model was built up, and 25 years of historical data viewed as the raw data of the quality of the environment in Benxi City, giving a practical example, it shows that the results forecasted by the least squares support vector machine and the actual results match the better the forecast accuracy also meet the engineering application.

Fuzzy Logic Based Approach in an Enterprise Resource Planning System for Hydraulic Cylinders Assembly

Trends in modern industry show a tendency towards demassovization of production as a response to the customers＇ specific needs for unique and personalized products. This provokes significant changes in the processes of manufacturing, assembly, and testing The cost of such a type of production can be reduced by employing highly productive reconfigurable equipment with proper software to enable optimization. This paper presents a decision support extension for directing of hydraulic cylinders to assembly-testing lines using fuzzy logic in the Enterprise Resource Planning system of a small size production in a factory in Bulgaria. Different assembly-testing lines are flexibly assigned to the specific cylinder＇s parameters by the developed fuzzy system on the basis of the overlapping of parameters in the hydraulic cylinders classification. The final decision on the line assigned in case of alternatives is made through accounting for the minimal cylinder delay time. The effectiveness of the approach is assessed by simulation. It leads to an increase of the efficiency of the assembly-testing flow lines, a reduction of the time needed for hydraulic cylinders assembling and testing and balanced loading of the modules.

Research on the strategies and models of the innovation and development of the textile clothing brands

Based on the theory of the brand alliance, this paper expounds the competitive advantages and classifications of the strategy of the brand alliance, analyzes the brand development of the textile and apparel industries in Shanghai, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the enterprises to scientifically and rationally formulate the strategies of the development of the brands, and constructs the structural equation model in line with the purchase intentions of the consumers based on the case of the combination of the brands of the components and fibers and the clothing under the Shanghai Textile Group.
