各向异性矿化特征的分析与模拟及其在储量估算中的应用 被引量:4

矿化作用往往是地质事件及局部过程共同作用的结果,导致矿体空间形态复杂多变、矿石品位呈各向异性、尺度不一的非线性空间变异模式。传统方法无论是在矿石量的计算方面还是在矿块内平均品位的确定上都存在多种误差,并且无法实现信息的... 矿化作用往往是地质事件及局部过程共同作用的结果,导致矿体空间形态复杂多变、矿石品位呈各向异性、尺度不一的非线性空间变异模式。传统方法无论是在矿石量的计算方面还是在矿块内平均品位的确定上都存在多种误差,并且无法实现信息的动态管理及直观表达。文章以安庆铜矿中心矿区为例,采用对数块kriging与三维地学模拟技术相结合的方法实现了储量的准确估算与动态管理。根据样品数据的空间构形引入虚拟钻孔,通过层位标定算法实现了矿体形态的近似模拟;以形态模型为约束,采用对数块kriging方法,在矿石品位变异特征分析结果的基础上,构建了品位三维属性模型,进而完成资源储量的准确计算。通过对不同方法估算结果的对比分析表明,对数块kriging方法相对于普通kriging方法及传统块段法而言具有明显的优势,并且随子块数量的增加精度呈增大趋势,但很快趋向稳定。文章最后利用可视化技术展示了三维地学模拟技术在矿山生产和开发过程中动态更新及决策支持的能力。 展开更多

以土体膨胀率空间变异特征的定量分析为目标,利用收集到的钻孔资料和土样数据,分析合肥市滨湖新区土体膨胀率不同尺度、各向异性的变异规律;并以泛克里金方法为映射工具,在GSIS2.0平台上完成研究区膨胀率属性三维空间变异模型的构建;分... 以土体膨胀率空间变异特征的定量分析为目标,利用收集到的钻孔资料和土样数据,分析合肥市滨湖新区土体膨胀率不同尺度、各向异性的变异规律;并以泛克里金方法为映射工具,在GSIS2.0平台上完成研究区膨胀率属性三维空间变异模型的构建;分析结果的有效性和正确性通过交叉验证的方法进行检验。在此基础上,结合滨湖新区气候变化规律和水系分布特征,对整个区域三维地下空间的膨胀土危害的强弱进行定量分析和评价,指明进行地下空间规划和开发所需采取的措施。研究结果表明,地质环境属性变异特征的三维分析与模拟是地下空间科学规划和开发的一种有效、科学、直观的方法体系,也是实现地质环境条件定量分析和评价的有效手段。 展开更多

大民屯凹陷元古界白云岩、石英岩为古潜山最佳储集岩性,因而元古界分布研究在古潜山勘探中占有重要地位。元古界为海相沉积,现今分布主要受印支运动褶曲、抬升、剥蚀作用和燕山运动压扭性左旋断裂活动的影响,是多期构造活动及后期多次... 大民屯凹陷元古界白云岩、石英岩为古潜山最佳储集岩性,因而元古界分布研究在古潜山勘探中占有重要地位。元古界为海相沉积,现今分布主要受印支运动褶曲、抬升、剥蚀作用和燕山运动压扭性左旋断裂活动的影响,是多期构造活动及后期多次改造后残留的地层,主要分布于大民屯凹陷西北部。通过自然伽马能谱测井综合对比,结合岩心资料开展大民屯元古界内幕结构研究表明,大民屯凹陷主要发育大红峪组和高于庄组的18个小层,宏观上为近东西向的紧密向斜结构。元古界岩性识别主要通过放射性测井系列交会的方法,进而通过深浅侧向电阻率和三孔隙度交会及成像测井系列判别有效储层和裂缝发育段;以储层特征重构为基础,通过地质统计、多属性变换和神经网络方法,分别开展伽马和深、浅侧向电阻率多属性测井模拟反演,能够有效地预测元古界的岩性和裂缝发育段的宏观分布。 展开更多

In this study,the effect of varied loading ratio(mass of the explosive/mass of flyer plate)on the nature of interface,temperature and pressure developed in aluminum-steel explosive cladding is presented.Increase in the loading ratio,R,enhances the pressure developed,kinetic energy utilization and deformation work performed.Interfacial microstructures exhibit the formation of molten layer at few spots,owing to the increase in temperature beyond the melting point of parent alloy.The increase in temperature and the quantum of pressure developed were determined by numerical simulation performed in Ansys AUTODYN by employing smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH)method.The positioning of the experimental conditions on the weldability window is presented as well. 展开更多

Materials with the same elastic modulus E and representative stress and strain (σr,εr) present similar indentation-loading curves, whatever the value of strain hardening exponent n. Based on this definition, a good approach was proposed to extract the plastic properties or constitutive equations of metals from nanoindentation test combining finite element simulation. Firstly, without consideration of strain hardening, the representative stress was determined by varying assumed representative stress over a wide range until a good agreement was reached between the computed and experimental loading curves. Similarly, the corresponding representative strain was determined with different hypothetical values of strain hardening exponent in the range of 0-0.6. Through modulating assumed strain hardening exponent values to make the computed unloading curve coincide with that of the experiment, the real strain hardening exponent was acquired. Once the strain hardening exponent was determined, the initial yield stress ay of metals could be obtained by the power law constitution. The validity of the proposed methodology was verified by three real metals: AISI 304 steel, Fe andA1 alloy. 展开更多

With the increasing use of metal foams in various engineering applications, investigation of their dynamic behaviour under varying strain rate is necessary. Closed cell aluminium fly ash foam developed through liquid metallurgy route was investigated for its stress--strain behaviour at different strain rates ranging from 700 s^-1 to 1950 s^-1. The numerical model of split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) was simulated using commercially available finite element code Abaqus/Explicit. Validation of numerical simulation was carried out using available experimental and numerical results. Full scale stress--strain curves wez'e developed for various strain rates to study the effect of strain rate on compressive strength and energy absorption. The results showed that the closed cell aluminium fly ash foam is sensitive to strain rate. 展开更多

图像分割技术的发展滞后于X射线CT扫描技术的进展与三维岩心模型的定量表征、物理属性模拟的应用.为了获取最优图像分割阈值的判定参数,需要研究图像分割灰度阈值对X射线CT图像构建三维岩心模型物理属性的影响,因此选取一块生物灰岩的X... 图像分割技术的发展滞后于X射线CT扫描技术的进展与三维岩心模型的定量表征、物理属性模拟的应用.为了获取最优图像分割阈值的判定参数,需要研究图像分割灰度阈值对X射线CT图像构建三维岩心模型物理属性的影响,因此选取一块生物灰岩的X射线CT扫描图像构建三维岩心模型,计算不同灰度阈值分割后三维岩心模型的孔隙度、孔隙导通、连通性以及电性.采用Minkowski函数,图像团簇标定法和有限元法分别计算孔隙空间连通、导通特性以及孔隙度指数.研究结果表明,孔隙度、孔隙导通、连通特性、电性属性对于灰度阈值敏感性依次降低.孔隙导通特性影响孔隙连通特性与孔隙度指数,在孔隙导通后,孔隙连通特性与孔隙度指数逐步趋于稳定,孔隙微观结构的变化造成岩石宏观电性属性的改变.电流密度分布图直观证实研究结果,同时生动显示出碳酸盐岩空间不均匀分布的孔隙造成明显的孔隙度指数各向异性.依据研究结果可以将对灰度阈值最敏感的孔隙度作为优选灰度分割阈值的检验参数. 展开更多

Fly ash is an industrial by-product from coal combustion and has been widely used as mineral admixture in normal and high strength concretes. Owing to the pozzolanic reaction between calcium hydroxide and fly ash, compared with Portland cement, the hydration of concrete containing fly ash is much more complex. In this paper, by considering the production of calcium hydroxide in cement hydration and its consumption in the pozzolanic reaction, a numerical model is proposed to simulate the hydration of concrete containing fly ash. Similar to the hydration reaction of cement, fly ash activity is divided into three processes: an initial dormant period, a phase-boundary reaction process and a diffusion process. The mutual interactions between the cement hydration and fly ash reaction are considered through the available calcium hydroxide amount and available capillary water amount in the system. The properties of hardening fly ash blended concrete, such as the reaction degree of fly ash, chemically bound water, calcium hydroxide, and compressive strength, are determined from the contributions of cement hydration and fly ash pozzolanic reaction.
