Firstly, the decision-making information based on the subjective preference information in the form of the fuzzy complementary judgment matrix is uniform by using a translation function. Then an objective programming model is established. Attribute weights are obtained by solving the model, thus the fuzzy overall values of alternatives are derived by using the additive weighting method. Secondly, the ranking approach of alternatives is proposed based on the degree of similarity between the fuzzy positive ideal solution of alternatives (FPISA) and the fuzzy overall values. The method can sufficiently utilize the objective information of alternatives and meet the subjective requirements of the DM as much as possible. It is easy to be operated and implemented on a computer. Finally, the proposed method is applied to the project evaluation in the venture investment.展开更多
The CuZrAl bulk metallic glass with minor-addition of Fe was prepared by rapid quenching method. The structures were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effect of Fe on the glass-forming ability was studied by ...The CuZrAl bulk metallic glass with minor-addition of Fe was prepared by rapid quenching method. The structures were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effect of Fe on the glass-forming ability was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The minor-addition of Fe obviously extends the supercooled liquid region ΔTx. The plastic strain of the Cu44Zr48Al7Fe bulk metallic glass is about 1.5%. The microstructures were examined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It is found that when 1%-2% Fe (mole fraction) were introduced into the CuZrAl alloy matrix, nanoscale phase separation occurs in the as-prepared Cu44Zr48Al7Fe bulk metallic glass.展开更多
In order to develop the liquid phase sintering process of WC-Ni3Al-B composites,the preparation process of WC+Ni3Al prealloyed powder by reaction synthesis of carbonyl Ni,analytical purity Al and coarse WC powders wa...In order to develop the liquid phase sintering process of WC-Ni3Al-B composites,the preparation process of WC+Ni3Al prealloyed powder by reaction synthesis of carbonyl Ni,analytical purity Al and coarse WC powders was investigated.DSC and XRD were adopted to study the procedure of phase transformation for the 3Ni+Al and 70%WC+(3Ni+Al) mixed powders in temperature ranges of 550-1200 °C and 25-1400 °C,respectively.The results demonstrate that the formation mechanism of Ni3Al depends on the reaction temperature.Besides WC phase,there exist Ni2Al3,NiAl and Ni3Al intermetallics in the powder mixture after heat treatment at 200-660 °C,while only NiAl and Ni3Al exist at 660-1100 °C.Homogeneous WC+Ni3Al powder mixture can be obtained in the temperature range of 1100-1200 °C.The WC-30%(Ni3Al-B) composites prepared from the mixed powders by conventional powder metallurgy technology show nearly full density and the shape of WC is round.WC-30%(Ni3Al-B) composites exhibit higher hardness of 9.7 GPa,inferior bending strength of 1800 MPa and similar fracture toughness of 18 MPa-m1/2 compared with commercial cemented carbides YGR45(WC-30%(Co-Ni-Cr)).展开更多
Wet etching characteristics of cubic GaN (c GaN) thin films grown on GaAs(001) by metalorganic vapor phase epitaxy (MOVPE) are investigated.The samples are etched in HCl,H 3PO 4,KOH aqueous solutions,and molten KOH...Wet etching characteristics of cubic GaN (c GaN) thin films grown on GaAs(001) by metalorganic vapor phase epitaxy (MOVPE) are investigated.The samples are etched in HCl,H 3PO 4,KOH aqueous solutions,and molten KOH at temperatures in the range of 90~300℃.It is found that different solution produces different etch figure on the surfaces of a sample.KOH based solutions produce rectangular pits rather than square pits.The etch pits elongate in 1 0] direction,indicating asymmetric etching behavior in the two orthogonal <110> directions.An explanation based on relative reactivity of the various crystallographic planes is employed to interpret qualitatively the asymmetric etching behavior.In addition,it is found that KOH aqueous solution would be more suitable than molten KOH and the two acids for the evaluation of stacking faults in c GaN epilayers. direction,indicating asymmetric etching behavior in the two orthogonal <110> directions.An explanation based on relative reactivity of the various crystallographic planes is employed to interpret qualitatively the asymmetric etching behavior.In addition,it is found that KOH aqueous solution would be more suitable than molten KOH and the two acids for the evaluation of stacking faults in c GaN epilayers.展开更多
Seismic texture attributes are closely related to seismic facies and reservoir characteristics and are thus widely used in seismic data interpretation.However,information is mislaid in the stacking process when tradit...Seismic texture attributes are closely related to seismic facies and reservoir characteristics and are thus widely used in seismic data interpretation.However,information is mislaid in the stacking process when traditional texture attributes are extracted from poststack data,which is detrimental to complex reservoir description.In this study,pre-stack texture attributes are introduced,these attributes can not only capable of precisely depicting the lateral continuity of waveforms between different reflection points but also reflect amplitude versus offset,anisotropy,and heterogeneity in the medium.Due to its strong ability to represent stratigraphies,a pre-stack-data-based seismic facies analysis method is proposed using the selforganizing map algorithm.This method is tested on wide azimuth seismic data from China,and the advantages of pre-stack texture attributes in the description of stratum lateral changes are verified,in addition to the method's ability to reveal anisotropy and heterogeneity characteristics.The pre-stack texture classification results effectively distinguish different seismic reflection patterns,thereby providing reliable evidence for use in seismic facies analysis.展开更多

The optimal unit cell parameters and the distance of N-H are determined, which are in good agreement with the experimental data. The bulk modules and the energies of zero pressure are obtained by using Murnaghan equation of states. The results show that the α-Li2Mg(NH)2 is a ground state configuration. The overlap population analysis shows that the N-Li/Mg ionic characteristics and N-H interaction of αphase are weaker than those of βphase. The valence band is dominated by the presence of N s and p states, hybridized with the H s state.展开更多

We show that the optimal (w, γ, k)-anonymity problem is NP-hard and conduct the Top-down Local recoding (TDL) algorithm to implement the model. Noble metal materials have been studied to show high activity toward electrocatalyltic re...Electrocatalysis is a promising approach to clean energy conversion due to its high efficiency and low environmental pollution. Noble metal materials have been studied to show high activity toward electrocatalyltic reactions, although such applications remain restricted by the high cost and poor durability of the noble metals. By precisely adjusting the catalyst composition, size, and structure, electrocatalysts with excellent performance can be obtained. Atomic layer deposition(ALD) is a technique used to produce ultrathin films and ultrafine nanoparticles at the atomic level. It possesses unique advantages for the controllable design and synthesis of electrocatalysts. Furthermore, the homogenous composition and structure of the electrocatalysts prepared by ALD favor the exploration of structure-reactivity relationships and catalytic mechanisms. In this review, the mechanism, characteristics, and advantages of ALD in fabricating nanostructures are introduced first. Subsequently, the problems associated with existing electrocatalysts and a series of recently developed ALD strategies to enhance the activity and durability of electrocatalysts are presented. For example, the deposition of ultrafine Pt nanoparticles to increase the utilization and activity of Pt, fabrication of core–shell, overcoat, nanotrap, and other novel structures to protect the noble-metal nanoparticles and enhance the catalyst stability. In addition, ALD developments in synthesizing non-noble metallic electrocatalysts are summarized and discussed. Finally, based on the current studies, an outlook for the ALD application in the design and synthesis of electrocatalysts is presented.展开更多

Systematic deviations between experimental and theoretical binding energies are f...The relativistic mean-field (RMF) theory is used to calculate the properties of A =7-9 drip-line nuclei ^7Li, ^7;9Be, ^8;9B, and ^9C. Systematic deviations between experimental and theoretical binding energies are found. Possible reasons of these systematic deviations are discussed in terms of pairing energy. The root-mean-square (rms) radii of matter distributions for these nuclei agree with the experimental data quite well. The one-proton halo structure in ^8B is reproduced well, and the two-proton halo in ^9C is predicted. The calculations show that the RMF theory is valid in studying the properties of light drip-line nuclei.展开更多

Detection and evaluation are needed to determine the pa...The quality problem of the concrete body and backwall grouting of shaft lining must be taken into consideration during the engineering construction of the shaft. Detection and evaluation are needed to determine the parameters such as the location and depth of drilling. The record of elastic wave can be gained through laying the surveying lines of the ring and ver- tical direction in the shaft lining by the elastic wave method. And specifically, through analyzing the different parameters of seismic attribute such as the velocity of high frequency reflection wave, amplitude and frequency, the abnormal range on the wall or under the wall can be forecasted. The concrete quality of shallow layer in the shaft lining can be evaluated through the velocity of surfer wave. Using the evaluating technique of comprehensive frequency and the phase feature of waveform, the basic features such as inner construction, wall back filling and failure depth of shaft lining can be interpreted from qualitatively to half quantitatively, and the interpreting section can be drawn. The results show that the detection effect for the shaft quality is significant by elastic wave technique, and the delineation of abnormal areas is accurate. Its guidance function is better for pro- duction.展开更多
