【目的】研究岩田蜾蠃[虫扇](Pseudoxenos iwatai)在黄喙蜾蠃(Rhynchium quinquecinctum)腹部的寄生习性,为进一步理解捻翅目昆虫与寄主的协同进化关系奠定基础。【方法】采用巢管法收集黄喙蜾蠃,通过室内饲养获得岩田蜾蠃[虫扇]样本;... 【目的】研究岩田蜾蠃[虫扇](Pseudoxenos iwatai)在黄喙蜾蠃(Rhynchium quinquecinctum)腹部的寄生习性,为进一步理解捻翅目昆虫与寄主的协同进化关系奠定基础。【方法】采用巢管法收集黄喙蜾蠃,通过室内饲养获得岩田蜾蠃[虫扇]样本;采用目测、拍照、摄像等方法观测岩田蜾蠃[虫扇]在黄喙蜾蠃腹部的寄生率,钻出时间和位置,羽化时间等习性。【结果】岩田蜾蠃[虫扇]在黄喙蜾蠃上的寄生率为5.85%。雌雄[虫扇]性比为1∶6.24。被寄生的黄喙蜾蠃中,雌蜂占48.98%,雄蜂占51.02%;黄喙蜾蠃腹部寄生岩田蜾蠃[虫扇]的数量为1~9头,其中寄生数量以1~3头最多,占总数的91.54%。雌[虫扇]和雄[虫扇]在黄喙蜾蠃腹部的寄生钻出位置不同,其中,雌[虫扇]在寄主腹部的第3~4节间处最多,占比40.91%;雄[虫扇]在寄主腹部的第4~5节间最多,占比为65.83%。黄喙蜾蠃羽化后的第1~9天发现雄[虫扇]钻出,其中第1天的数量最多,占比66.67%;黄喙蜾蠃羽化后的第5天观测到的雌[虫扇]数量最多,占比67.44%。雌[虫扇]头胸部钻出寄主腹部后,会有明显的吸引雄[虫扇]的动作,雌[虫扇]吸引高峰期在每天5:30—6:30和13:00—14:30。雄[虫扇]在黄喙蜾蠃羽化后的第5~10天羽化,羽化高峰期在5:00—6:30、9:00—11:00和14:00—15:30。【结论】不同性别的岩田蜾蠃[虫扇]在黄喙蜾蠃腹部的钻出位置不同。雌[虫扇]从黄喙蜾蠃体内钻出吸引雄[虫扇]的时间与雄[虫扇]的羽化高峰时间重叠,这可能是岩田蜾蠃[虫扇]生殖交配的重要策略。 展开更多

捻翅目Strepsiptera是昆虫纲中非常奇特的一类昆虫,对研究昆虫的系统发育、交配机制以及对寄主的选择等方面具有重要意义。笔者利用形态学特征结合分子生物学证据,鉴定在黄喙蜾蠃Rhynchium quinquecinctum腹部寄生的捻翅目昆虫。通过对... 捻翅目Strepsiptera是昆虫纲中非常奇特的一类昆虫,对研究昆虫的系统发育、交配机制以及对寄主的选择等方面具有重要意义。笔者利用形态学特征结合分子生物学证据,鉴定在黄喙蜾蠃Rhynchium quinquecinctum腹部寄生的捻翅目昆虫。通过对河南省南太行山采集的捻翅目昆虫标本与Esaki(1931)发表的Pseudoxenos iwatai描述形态特征比对,初步确定该物种为P.iwatai;然后从采集的新鲜雄性成虫标本提取基因组DNA,获得该物种长度为680 bp的COI基因序列,与NCBI中已知P.iwatai的序列相似性高达99.08%,进一步证明采集的标本为P.iwatai。P.iwatai物种国内未见报道,为中国新纪录种,按照物种命名的词源将该物种的中文名确定为岩田蜾蠃。研究结果为进一步开展该物种的生物学和生态学研究奠定基础。 展开更多

The major element, trace element and rare earth element(REE) of the intrusion rock from the Dachang ore field in Guangxi, China, were analyzed. The results show that the phenocryst(about 15%) and matrix(about 85%) mainly consist of quartz, K-feldspar and plagioclase. The rock is composed of low content of Si and high content of Al2O3, low contents of Ca, Fe2O3, Na, TiO2, etc. The intrusion rock has the medium alkali content, attributing to K-rich type rock; and contains medium to low REE contents, of which light rare earth elements(LREEs) and heavy rare earth elements(HREEs) are highly fractionated, showing a weak negative Ce anomaly and a negative Eu anomaly. These rocks are enriched in LREE, and the large ion lithophytes elements(LILE) are rich in Rb, Sr, and U; the high-field-strength elements(Nb, Th, etc) are relatively depleted. The REE chondrite-normalized patterns are consistent with the overall, roughly indicating their similar characteristics, sources and evolution. The intrusion rock mainly formed during the collisional and within-plate periods. 展开更多

Based on the model of outcrop spontaneous combustion in coalfield, that when the fringe coal-rock is break up by the alternation air-temperature, the coal is oxygenated and heat is emitted. Then around coal-rock is heated and break up. The air-leakage conditions are changed and the convection of air in the coal-rock is come into being. The self-ignition process of fringe coal-crock is developed to the deeper coal seam. Spontaneous combustion liability index and intrinsic properties of coals and coal-shales varies between (above and below) coal seams. The spontaneous combustion liability index (obtained from the Wits-Ehac Index) and intrinsic properties (obtained from proximate, ultimate, and petrographic analysis) of fourteen samples representative of in situ coal (bituminous) and fourteen coal-shales obtained in Witbank coalfield, South Africa were experimentally studied. Comparative analysis of the relationships between the spontaneous combustion liability index and intrinsic properties of coals and coalshales were established to evaluate their effects on self-heating potential. The intrinsic properties show linear relationship with spontaneous combustion liability and therefore, identifies the factors affecting spontaneous combustion of these materials. The influence of coal-shales intrinsic properties towards spontaneous combustion liability shows higher correlation coefficients than the coals. Both coals and coal-shales show inertinite maceral as major constituents than the vitrinite and liptinite macerals, hence the reactivity of inertinite macerals may show greater influence on spontaneous combustion liability. A definite positive or negative trends exists between the intrinsic properties and spontaneous combustion liability index. This research is part of a larger project which is considering the influence of intrinsic properties of coals and coal-shales on spontaneous combustion liability. 展开更多

This work aims at selecting optimal operating variables to obtain the minimum specific energy(SE) in sawing of rocks.A particular granite was sampled and sawn by a fully automated circular diamond sawblades.The peripheral speed,the traverse speed,the cut depth and the flow rate of cooling fluid were selected as the operating variables.Taguchi approach was adopted as a statistical design of experimental technique for optimization studies.The results were evaluated based on the analysis of variance and signal-to-noise ratio(S/N ratio).Statistically significant operating variables and their percentage contribution to the process were also determined.Additionally,a statistical model was developed to demonstrate the relationship between SE and operating variables using regression analysis and the model was then verified.It was found that the optimal combination of operating variables for minimum SE is the peripheral speed of 25 m/s,the traverse speed of 70 cm/min,the cut depth of 2 cm and the flow rate of cooling fluid of 100 mL/s.The cut depth and traverse speed were statistically determined as the significant operating variables affecting the SE,respectively.Furthermore,the regression model results reveal that the predictive model has a high applicability for practical applications. 展开更多

In this study, we used the multi-resolution graph-based clustering (MRGC) method for determining the electrofacies (EF) and lithofacies (LF) from well log data obtained from the intraplatform bank gas fields located in the Amu Darya Basin. The MRGC could automatically determine the optimal number of clusters without prior knowledge about the structure or cluster numbers of the analyzed data set and allowed the users to control the level of detail actually needed to define the EF. Based on the LF identification and successful EF calibration using core data, an MRGC EF partition model including five clusters and a quantitative LF interpretation chart were constructed. The EF clusters 1 to 5 were interpreted as lagoon, anhydrite flat, interbank, low-energy bank, and high-energy bank, and the coincidence rate in the cored interval could reach 85%. We concluded that the MRGC could be accurately applied to predict the LF in non-cored but logged wells. Therefore, continuous EF clusters were partitioned and corresponding LF were characteristics &different LF were analyzed interpreted, and the distribution and petrophysical in the framework of sequence stratigraphy. 展开更多

Given sustaining exploration, the eastern zone of the Sulige gas field may soon become a key area of exploitation. In order to explore its genesis, types and distribution of the reservoir sandstones in the eastern zone of this gas field, we focused in our study on the provenance and detailed sedimentary facies of sandstone of the He8 (the eighth part of the Shihezi formation, Permian system) and Shanxil (the first part of the Shanxi formation, Permian system) members, based on core observations, analyses in petrography, granularity and logging. The results show that: 1) the sandstone provenance of Shanxil and He8 in the eastern zone of the Sulige gas field is from the north of the Ordos Basin, characterized by dual directions from the north and northeast. 2) The He8 and Shanxil members were deposited in a fluvial-delta sedimentary system. The He8 was mainly deposited in braided rivers, in- cluding braided channels, channel bars, levee and floodplain sub-environments, whereas the Shanxil Member was deposited in braided rivers and deltas, including braided channels, channel bars, floodplains, tributaries and inter-tributary sub-environments. 3) Sedimentary facies bands migrated in drastic fashion towards the basin from the Shanxil to the He8 Member. Base levels of sedi- mentation generally present a trend of small increases in-amplitude, large decreasing amplitudes and slow and gradual Increases. 4) The continuity of the reservoir sandbodies along the source direction is better than that perpendicular to the direction. Compared with Shanxil, both dimensions and continuity of the sandbodies in He8 are better from which we conclude that it is the most fa- vorable part of the reservoir. 展开更多

It is becoming an important controlling factor of gas exploration and exploitation in the east part of Sulige gas field in the Ordos Basin where the reservoir of main gas formations is tight sandstones. Employing experimental methods of slice identification, casting slice, scan electron microscope, and X-ray diffrac- tions, we studied the characteristics of petrology and diagenesis on reservoirs in Shanl section of Shanxi formation and He8 section of Shihezi formation of the Permian system in the East II part of Sulige gas field. The results include: (1) the main sandstones in these areas are dominated by lithic sandstone and litbic silicarenite with low grade of maturity; (2) the diagenesis of sandstone in these areas mainly include compaction, cementation, corrosion and alteration. Conclusions are as follows: (1) the diagenetic stage reached period B of the middle diagenetic stage; (2) the early diagenetic compaction is one of the main factors to decreasing porosity; (3) the secondary pores formed by corrosion in acidity medium con- ditions in period A of the middle diagenetic stage can distinctly ameliorate the poor reservoir capability of sandstone and, (4) cementation in period B of the middle diagenetic stage is the most important factor leading; to poor physical property of sandstone reservoirs. 展开更多
