无限大均匀带电平面的电场匀强性的缘由

在真空或无限大均匀电介质中,无限大均匀带电平面的电场强度处处相等,和场点距离该平面的远近无关。本文从数学关系和物理机理上,探讨了该平面上“峰值圆”内外电荷的垂直分场强的不同性质,进而剖析了该电场的结构和上述匀强性的缘起。

针对大面积光栅制作过程易出现的拼接偏差问题,基于标量衍射理论推导拼接光栅远场衍射的光强分布,计算分析几种常见拼接误差对拼接光栅性能的影响,以确定光栅拼接过程的误差容限.研究表明:拼接光栅的远场衍射光场随纵向和横向平移误差... 针对大面积光栅制作过程易出现的拼接偏差问题,基于标量衍射理论推导拼接光栅远场衍射的光强分布,计算分析几种常见拼接误差对拼接光栅性能的影响,以确定光栅拼接过程的误差容限.研究表明:拼接光栅的远场衍射光场随纵向和横向平移误差的变化呈周期性,且这两种平移误差带来的影响可相互补偿;而拼接光栅的旋转误差对远场衍射光场分布的影响较严重,当旋转误差增大到9.5875×10-5度时,衍射光场的峰值光强降为0.9,且两光栅各自峰值出现的方向成9.5875×10-5度. 展开更多

The failure experiments of the P-LDMOS (lateral double diffused metal oxide semiconductor) demonstrate that the high peak electrical fields in the channel region of high-voltage P-LDMOS will reinforce the hot-carrier effect, which can greatly reduce the reliability of the P-LDMOS. The electrical field distribution and two field peaks along the channel surface are proposed by Tsuprem-4 and Medici. The reason of resulting in the two electrical field peaks is also discussed. Two ways of reducing the two field peaks, which are to increase the channel length and to reduce the channel concentration, are also presented. The experimental results show that the methods presented can effectively improve the gate breakdown voltage and greatly improve the reliability of the P-LDMOS. 展开更多

WT8.BZ]A new quasi 2-dimensional analytical approach to predicting the ring voltage,edge peak fields and optimal spacing of the planar junction with a single floating field limiting ring structure has been proposed,based on the cylindrical symmetric solution and the critical field concept.The effects of the spacing and reverse voltage on the ring junction voltage and edge peak field profiles have been analyzed.The optimal spacing and the maximum breakdown voltage of the structure have also been obtained.The analytical results are in excellent agreement with that obtained from the 2-D device simulator,MEDICI and the reported result,which proves the presented model valid. 展开更多

The basic principle of this method is introduced and a set of breakdown voltage and peak field plots are provided for the optimum design of the low voltage power devices. Illyria hotel (formerly Bozhur) was built during the sixties in the heart of the actual Kosovo's capital Prishtina, according to former old Yugoslav standards in a Modernist architectural style. It represents a massive structural system with brick walls up to 54 cm thick and "avramenko" type reinforced concrete floors. The investor's aim was to add another two floors on the top of the existing ones and to build two level underground parking floors, a health spa centre, whilst at the vicinity of the existing building (the northern side) to erect a new 17 story-high brand new hotel and administration building. The retrofitting of the structure as well as construction of the new structure has been done in full accordance with the new structural Eurocodes' recommendations. 3D FEM (finite element method) modeling was used for the analysis and design, using ETABS v 9.5 nonlinear and ARSAP 2010 (Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2010). Response spectrum design according to EC 8,3.2.2.4 has been used for seismic analysis and design with a reference peak ground acceleration on type A ground Of AgR = 0.25 g. 展开更多

In this study,the characteristics of Electromagnetic(EM) radiation caused by Electrostatic Discharges(ESDs) from metal spheres charged to voltages less than 1 kV are examined experimentally.Our experimental system consists of a pair of spherical electrodes of different diameters,a 1-18 GHz-bandwidth horn antenna and a 20-GHz-bandwidth digitizing oscilloscope.Polarization,waveform duration and peaks of antenna-received voltages from the EM field radiation are measured in order to clarify the EM radiation mechanism.The ratio of the received voltages between the antenna arrangements of the field polarization parallel and perpendicular to the spark pass is 18 to 20 dB.The polarities of the antenna-received voltages are the same as those of the charge voltages across the gap.Moreover,the waveform duration and the first peaks increase with an increase in the diameters of the spherical electrodes.Consequently,we find that the polarization,waveform duration and first peaks of the EM field radiation can be explained by a dipole antenna structure,which makes the spark part of the spherical electrodes a feeding point on the straight line passing through the centres of the two spheres. 展开更多
