骨架化平均扩散率峰宽与脑白质高信号的相关性研究

目的 评价新型影像学标志物骨架化平均扩散率峰宽(peak width of skeletonized mean diffusivity,PSMD)与脑白质高信号(white matter hyperintensities,WMH)严重程度的相关性。方法 选取2017年1月至2021年12月首都医科大学附属北京天坛... 目的 评价新型影像学标志物骨架化平均扩散率峰宽(peak width of skeletonized mean diffusivity,PSMD)与脑白质高信号(white matter hyperintensities,WMH)严重程度的相关性。方法 选取2017年1月至2021年12月首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院收治的117例WMH患者为研究对象,根据Fazekas视觉等级评分将研究对象分为轻度组(Fazekas视觉等级评分为1~2分,42例)、中度组(Fazekas视觉等级评分为3~4分,43例)和重度组(Fazekas视觉等级评分为5~6分,32例),另择同期在首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院进行体检的52例健康受试者为对照组。比较分析四组的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)评分和PSMD。分析PSMD与WMH严重程度的相关性以及PSMD对WMH的诊断价值。结果 轻度组、中度组和重度组患者的MoCA评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),中度组和重度组显著低于轻度组(P<0.05),且重度组显著低于中度组(P<0.05);轻度组、中度组和重度组患者的PSMD均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),中度组和重度组显著高于轻度组(P<0.05),且重度组显著高于中度组(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,PSMD与Fazekas视觉等级评分、脑室旁WMH严重程度评分和深部皮质下WMH严重程度评分均呈显著正相关(r=0.607,P<0.001;r=0.692,P<0.001;r=0.477,P<0.001)。受试者工作特征曲线分析结果显示,以2.54×10^(-4)mm^(2)/s为截断值,PSMD诊断WMH的曲线下面积为0.840(95%CI0.80~0.95),敏感度为0.861,特异度为0.667。结论 WMH患者的PSMD与WMH严重程度呈显著正相关,且PSMD对WMH患者具有较好的诊断价值,PSMD可作为一种评估WMH严重程度和研究脑白质损伤进展的影像学标志物。 展开更多

In this paper, trellis shaping is applied to reducing the Peak-to-Average Power Ratio(PAPR) of NC-OFDM signals due to the fact that the total number of active subcarriers and their locations might change continuously in a dynamic spectrum access network.A new branch metric of trellis shaping is proposed which reduces the PAPR of OFDM signals through minimizing the variance of the power by VA decoder.The overall performance considerably depends on the type of signal mapping, and therefore a new type of 64QAM mapping method is designed.Simulation results show that this scheme significantly reduces the PAPR.Finally, a significant phenomenon is demonstrated that the PAPR of NC-OFDM signals in which the deactivated carriers is distributed in the Bernoulli distribution has better performance than that of OFDM signals. 展开更多

Constant envelope orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(CE-OFDM) is a waveform that can achieve 0d B peak-to-average power ratio and avoid the signal distortion caused by the nonlinear power amplifi er. However, the carrier frequency offset(CFO) in CE-OFDM systems can cause errors at phase unwrapper module. In this paper, a CFO estimation scheme is proposed for CEOFDM in satellite communication system. As the null subcarrier is inherent in the conjugate symmetric symbol structure at the transmitter, the proposed scheme uses the null subcarrier as prior information to estimate the CFO at the receiver. The ideal estimation range of normalized CFO is obtained by mathematical analysis. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can estimate the CFO accurately under additive white Gaussian noise(AWGN) channel and multipath fading channel, especially for moderate and high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR). 展开更多

In this paper, a group of methttis in reducing Peak to Average Power Ratio (PAPR) in 3GPP-LTE uplink Single-Carrier Fre-quency Division Multiple Access (SC-FDMA) using Constant Amplitude. tude Zero Auto-Correlation Sequences(CAZAC) sequences were proposed. The authors discussed the methods of reducing PAPR using pilot sequences and detailed schemes. Then they investigated several CAZAC sequences, mainly about phase shifted sequences, such as Chu sequence, Frank sequence and Golomb sequence. They also the differences between various kinds of pilot sequence positions. Compared to simple binary sequences, CAZAC has a great improvement in peak power reduction. With respect to pilot sequence orders and pilot density, all three CAZAC sequences have similar performances, which is an advantage in designing SC-FDMA systems. 展开更多

目的探究骨架化弥散指数能否灵敏检测鼠脑年龄相关微结构变化,并进一步探讨小鼠性成熟到体成熟阶段神经可塑性。方法运用弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)扫描8周龄和12周龄小鼠,基于ANTs(advanced normalization tools)改... 目的探究骨架化弥散指数能否灵敏检测鼠脑年龄相关微结构变化,并进一步探讨小鼠性成熟到体成熟阶段神经可塑性。方法运用弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)扫描8周龄和12周龄小鼠,基于ANTs(advanced normalization tools)改良基于纤维束追踪的空间统计(tract-based spatial statistics,TBSS)分析小鼠白质骨架,并首次使用骨架化平均扩散率的峰宽(peak width of skeletonized mean diffusivity,PSMD)评估小鼠年龄相关的白质微结构特征。结果在大部分白质纤维束中,如前连合、胼胝体前部和膝部等,体成熟小鼠各向异性分数(fractional anisotropy,FA)显著高于性成熟小鼠(P<0.05)。在小鼠胼胝体体部中间区域、扣带回区域,体成熟小鼠FA明显下降(P<0.05)。体成熟小鼠PSMD稳定增加(P<0.001)。结论骨架化弥散指数能敏感地识别出性成熟到体成熟小鼠脑微结构改变,提示性成熟后白质束仍有髓鞘形成,神经纤维进一步成熟。 展开更多

目的探讨弥散张量成像骨架化平均扩散率峰宽评价不同程度认知障碍患者脑白质纤维束损伤程度的应用价值。方法首先采集所有受试者人口学特征和血管危险因素,利用磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)筛选出无脑白质高信号(white m... 目的探讨弥散张量成像骨架化平均扩散率峰宽评价不同程度认知障碍患者脑白质纤维束损伤程度的应用价值。方法首先采集所有受试者人口学特征和血管危险因素,利用磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)筛选出无脑白质高信号(white matter hypertensities,WMH)且蒙特利尔认知评估(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)量表评分≥26分的50例健康志愿者(对照组)。MRI筛选有WMH者85例,均完善MoCA量表及临床痴呆评定(clinical dementia rating,CDR)量表测评后,分为认知正常组(WMH-CN组)45例、非痴呆型血管性认知障碍组(WMH-VCIND组)23例、血管性痴呆组(WMH-VaD组)17例。采用基于弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)骨架化平均扩散率峰宽(peak width of skeletonized mean diffusivity,PSMD)标记方法对WMH伴不同程度认知障碍组及对照组患者脑白质纤维束完整情况进行对比研究。结果四组间PSMD值比较差异有统计学意义(WMH-CN组:3.558±0.157,WMH-VCIND组:4.128±0.222,WMH-VaD组:5.469±0.000,对照组:2.612±0.105,F=42.479,P<0.05)。组间比较,WMH各组PSMD值均高于NC组(均P<0.05)。WMH-VCIND组较WMH-CN组间差异无统计学意义(P=0.067)。WMH-VaD组PSMD值高于WMH-CN组和WMH-VCIND组,均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论PSMD可以准确检测出WMH造成的脑白质纤维损伤。WMH合并认知下降的程度与PSMD增加的程度并不完全一致;相比WMH认知正常者,WMH合并VCIND时PSMD增加并不显著,合并VaD时PSMD才会显著增加。PSMD值作为影像标记物可以为临床诊断WMH-VaD提供客观依据。 展开更多

The high peak-to-average power ration (PAPR) values of optical orthogond frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signal limit the system nonlinear tolerance (NLT). In this paper, a novel method based on Hadamard precoding is proposed to reduce the peak-to-average power ratio in optical direct detection OFDM system. The proposed scheme is successfully applied to an experimental system of optical direct-detection OFDM signal transmission through fiber. In this experiment, the 2.5 Gbit/s binary phase shift keying (BPSK) optical OFDM signals with Hadamard precoding are generated and transmitted though a single mode fiber. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme can reduce PAPR by almost 1.5 dB. Meantime the received sensitivity is improved by 2 dB with 100 km fiber transmission compared with that of an ordinary optical direct detection OFDM system. 展开更多

Because the partial transmit sequence(PTS) peak-to-average power ratio(PAPR) reduction technology for optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(O-OFDM) systems has higher computational complexity, a novel two-stage enhanced-iterative-algorithm PTS(TS-EIA-PTS) PAPR reduction algorithm with lower computational complexity is proposed in this paper. The simulation results show that the proposed TS-EIA-PTS PAPR reduction algorithm can reduce the computational complexity by 18.47% in the condition of the original signal sequence partitioned into 4 sub-blocks at the remaining stage of n-d=5. Furthermore, it has almost the same PAPR reduction performance and the same bit error rate(BER) performance as the EIA-PTS algorithm, and with the increase of the subcarrier number, the computational complexity can be further reduced. As a result, the proposed TS-EIA-PTS PAPR reduction algorithm is more suitable for the practical O-OFDM systems. 展开更多

Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)produces a high peak-to-average power ratio(PAPR) that adversely affects high-speed OFDM data transmission. In order to reduce the high PAPR, an efficient nonlinear companding transform(NCT) function is proposed. With the proposed NCT function,the compression and expansion weights can be applied independently with suitably chosen function parameter values. As a result, the proposed function can easily maintain the average signal power approximately unchanged during the companding process.In this regard, the proposed function is superior to previously proposed schemes. Also, the simulations show the outstanding PAPR reduction performance of the proposed function. It is demonstrated that the proposed scheme performs well with nonlinear transmitter amplifiers and delivers superior error performance, compared with error function and exponential function based schemes. 展开更多

Transmitter identification(TxID) technique is used to diagnose the operation status of radio transmitters in DTV distributed transmission network.A new TxID method for digital video broadcasting-handheld (DVB-H) system is proposed.Watermark is embedded in the DVB-H signal to form the composite signal.According to watermarking theory we demonstrate the required signal level for watermarking signal to achieve given bit error probability under different circumstance.By selecting the reference pattern to generate watermarking signal,peak-to-average power ratio(PAPR) of the transmitted signal can be improved.Simulation results show that even in wireless situation the receiver can distinguish the watermarking signal with low embedding strength, and distortion to the host signal can also be ignored. 展开更多
