关联、嵌染与调适:社交媒体在青少年社会工作中的运用

社交媒体是近年来我国青少年社会工作转型的关键性变量。通过社交媒体激活潜在联系或加强弱联系,青少年社会工作者创建了可及性的助人空间;社交媒体和相关在线平台为改善青少年社会工作服务关系中的权力失衡,切实增强青少年主体的参与... 社交媒体是近年来我国青少年社会工作转型的关键性变量。通过社交媒体激活潜在联系或加强弱联系,青少年社会工作者创建了可及性的助人空间;社交媒体和相关在线平台为改善青少年社会工作服务关系中的权力失衡,切实增强青少年主体的参与积极性和行动效能感,以及提升服务的可近性提供了契机;利用社交媒体的可供性进行脚本生产、专业倡导和社群构建,改变了青少年社会工作的社会生态系统。但与此同时,嵌染也使青少年社会工作实务在运用社交媒体时面临四种张力:一是具有情感共鸣的赋权式沟通交流与专业规范性和科学性之间的张力;二是知情同意及妥善维护案主资料的服务标准与远程服务难以确认意愿、身份和所有权之间的张力;三是可及性与数字鸿沟和技术黑箱之间的张力;四是数据信息共享与保护案主隐私及保密义务之间的张力。未来需要通过逐步建构社交媒体使用伦理指南,培育青少年社会工作者的数字职业精神,加强社交媒体的实务应用研究等调适,才能实现青少年社会工作的智能化、高效化和精准化。 展开更多

目前,学界主要从重大人生转折事件或社会制度这两个方面来探讨形塑青年生命历程形态的机制。而本文试图提出"父辈嵌染"概念,旨在论述父辈这一世代要素是推动当代中国青年生命历程进程的重要且独特的形塑力量,并从检视当代中... 目前,学界主要从重大人生转折事件或社会制度这两个方面来探讨形塑青年生命历程形态的机制。而本文试图提出"父辈嵌染"概念,旨在论述父辈这一世代要素是推动当代中国青年生命历程进程的重要且独特的形塑力量,并从检视当代中国人生命历程青年阶段的形态、考察父辈与青年生命历程形态的构成之间的关系、探讨父辈与青年两个世代生命历程间的张力这三个方面铺陈论证的过程。从父辈嵌染概念来看,在中国独特的世代文化土壤及社会急速转型的背景下,青年阶段的教育、工作、婚姻、生育等人生进程都离不开父辈的形塑。父辈对青年生命历程的形塑,既可以是一种融合性的嵌入式支援,也可以是与青年主体的意志有所捍格的介入干预。 展开更多

Monitoring the service condition of concrete structures requires the quantitative assessment of properties and corrosion rate of structural steels surrounded by concrete.A multi-cell sensor system that included a reference electrode,a chloride content sensor,a macrocell current unit and an electrical resistance measurement unit was developed.This system provided the following important electrochemical data in the cover-zone concrete on site:open circuit potential,macrocell current from anodes to cathode,chloride profile,concrete resistance and corrosion rate of built-in anodes.The experimental results show that the macrocell current increases when the chloride content in concrete is higher.Thus,monitoring the chloride content is a good method for monitoring the corrosion state.The chloride ion content and cover depth are the key factors that affect the electrical resistance of concrete.Without considering the temperature and time,a simplified model of the instantaneous corrosion rate of steel rebar in a concrete structure based on the measured chloride contents and concrete resistance was proposed.The test results further prove the reliability of this simplified predicting model. 展开更多

Subgenomic replicons of hepatitis C virus (HCV) have been widely used for studying HCV replication.Here,we report a new subgenomic replicon based on a strain isolated from a chronically infected patient.The coding sequence of HCV was recovered from a Chinese chronic hepatitis C patient displaying high serum HCV copy numbers.A consensus sequence designated as CCH strain was constructed based on the sequences of five clones and this was classified by sequence alignment as belonging to genotype 2a.The subgenomic replicon of CCH was replication-deficient in cell culture,due to dysfunctions in NS3 and NS5B.Various JFH1/CCH chimeric replicons were constructed,and specific mutations were introduced.The introduction of mutations could partially restore the replication of chimeric replicons.A replication-competent chimeric construct was finally obtained by the introduction of NS3 from JFH1 into the backbone of the CCH strain. 展开更多

Objectives: To evaluate thc efficacy of nested polymerasechain reaction (PCR) with first void urine (FVU) for thediagnosis of Mycoplasma hominis in male patients. Methods: Matched FVU specimens and urethral swabs werecollected from 194 male patients with NongonococcalUrethritis and tested by nested PCR and cell culture. Cellculture was used as a gold standard for evaluating other assaytechniques. Results: For FVU nested PCR assay and FVU cell culture,our results showed that the sensitivity was 100% and 93.3%;specificity was 97.0% and 98.2%; positive predictive value(PPV) was 85.7% and 90.3%, negative predictive value (NPV)was 100% and 98.8%, respectively. The total consistencybetween the two techniques was 97.4%. Conclusions: For the diagnosis of Mycoplasma hominis inmen, nested PCR detecting FVU is a highly sensitive andspecific method. First void urine can replace swab culture orPCR in terms of acceptability and feasibility. 展开更多

EG4 cells derived from 10.5 dayspost coitum (dpc) PGCs of l29/svJ strain mouse wereestablished and maintained in an undifferentiated state.With an attempt to study the differentiation capability ofEG4 cells with a reporter protein: green fluorescence pro-tein, and the possible application of EG4 cells in the re-search of germ cell development, we have generated severalEG4-GFP cell lines expressing enhanced green fluorescenceprotein (EGFP) and still maintaining typicaI characteris-tics of pluripotent stem cells. Then, the differentiation ofEG4-GFP cells in vitro as well as their developmental fatein chimeric embryos which were produced by aggregatingEG4-GFP cells to 8-cell stage embryos were studied.
