目前工业实时控制器采用“ARM+DSP+FPGA”软件架构,存在数据流复杂、开发难度大以及成本高等缺点。对此,文章提出一种基于TMS320F28377D型微控制单元的控制系统平台软件方案设计。其利用TMS320F28377D的双核特性并辅以硬件协议栈芯片实... 目前工业实时控制器采用“ARM+DSP+FPGA”软件架构,存在数据流复杂、开发难度大以及成本高等缺点。对此,文章提出一种基于TMS320F28377D型微控制单元的控制系统平台软件方案设计。其利用TMS320F28377D的双核特性并辅以硬件协议栈芯片实现以太网通信,用其中一个内核完成电机算法控制,另一个内核实现逻辑程序控制、波形监视、故障记录以及对外通信等功能。该平台既满足了工业实时控制器的功能需求,又极大地简化了控制系统的数据流,降低了控制器平台软件开发难度,平台的开发人员数量由原来的3位减少到1位,使得产品成本得到极大程度的降低。基于该控制器软件架构的逻辑及控制软件已在空调螺杆机变频器产品中得到了有效的应用,验证了该控制器方案的可靠性。 展开更多

In order to meet the demand of online optimal running, a novel soft sensor modeling approach based on Gaussian processes was proposed. The approach is moderately simple to implement and use without loss of performance. It is trained by optimizing the hyperparameters using the scaled conjugate gradient algorithm with the squared exponential covariance function employed. Experimental simulations show that the soft sensor modeling approach has the advantage via a real-world example in a refinery. Meanwhile, the method opens new possibilities for application of kernel methods to potential fields. 展开更多
