The optimal scheduling of multi-product batch process is studied and a new mathematics model targeting the maximum profit is proposed, which can be solved by the modified genetic algorithm (MGA) with mixed coding (sequence coding and decimal coding) developed by us. In which, the partially matched cross over (PMX) and reverse mutation are used for the sequence coding, whereas the arithmetic crossover and heteropic mutation are used for the decimal coding. In addition, the relationship between production scale and production cost is analyzed and the maximum profit is always a trade-off of the production scale and production cost. Two examples are solved to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method. 展开更多

A hybrid approach using MLD (mixed logical dynamical) framework to handle infeasibility and constraint prioritization issues in MPC (model predictive control) based on input-output model is introduced. By expressing constraint priorities as propositional logics and by transforming the propositional logics into inequalities,the infeasibility and constraint prioritization issues are solved in the MPC. Constraints with higher priorities are met first, and then these with lower priorities are satisfied as much as possible. This new approach is illustrated in the control of a heavy oil fractionator-Shell column. The overall control performance has been significantly improved through the infeasibility and control priorities handling. 展开更多

针对工业生产控制系统数据网的故障诊断溯源问题,提出了一种基于SDG简化模型的故障溯源解决方法。首先,基于工业生产控制系统数据网的结构特性,建立系统的SDG模型,通过分层和划域建模的方式缩小故障定位的搜索空间。在此基础上,根据业... 针对工业生产控制系统数据网的故障诊断溯源问题,提出了一种基于SDG简化模型的故障溯源解决方法。首先,基于工业生产控制系统数据网的结构特性,建立系统的SDG模型,通过分层和划域建模的方式缩小故障定位的搜索空间。在此基础上,根据业务告警发生时所提取的观测信号量,结合纵向数据和求生数据进行节点的生存分析;其次,结合工业生产系统数据网中故障特征分析,通过单节点故障判定方法判别各节点设备是否故障;最后,结合溯源诊断规则中故障溯因库的原因分类对网络故障进行根源性判定,实现故障溯源。通过测试验证的方法,验证所提方法在工业生产控制系统数据网中应用的可行性,能满足快速故障溯源的要求。 展开更多

A new-generation TMCP(NG-TMCP) with ultra fast cooling(UFC) as core technique was suggested instead of the conventional TMCP in which some problems are to be solved.And the ultra fast cooling technology has been successfully applied to the plate rolling production in Shouqin Metal Materials Co.Ltd.Industrial trials are reported for the production of X70 pipeline steels(about 70000 t) under UFC conditions.Pipeline steels with reasonably good properties have been produced on an industrial scale.UFC can improve the temperature uniformity,the mechanical properties and the plate profile of X70 pipeline steel.The performance features of the trial plates can meet the standard of X70 pipeline steel.Spot test results have shown that the qualification rate of shape control,the performance and charpy impact properties for the trial plates are 95%,97% and 98%,respectively.The impact values of X70 pipeline steel at UFC mode exceed the standard requirements of X80 pipeline steel.The productivity is enhanced because cutting quantity of head and tail of the plate is reduced.The enhancement of control accuracy of the red back temperatures is favorable for industrial production of X70 pipeline steel.The reduced production of the steel-making has been industrially achieved,since a new composition was designed by reducing the vanadium content to less than 0.045 wt.%. 展开更多

In this work, we demonstrate a magnetically levitated/piezoelectric/trib... The combination of new intelligent materials and structure technology is becoming an effective way in energy havesting and self-powered sensing. In this work, we demonstrate a magnetically levitated/piezoelectric/triboelectric hybrid generator, which does not use complex structure and has high steady output performance. It includes three parts: magnetically levitated generator(MLG), piezoelectric generator(PNG), triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG). The peak power of each is 135 μW, 22 mW and3.6 mW, which are obtained at 1 MΩ, 10 kΩ and 1 kΩ, respectively. The hybrid generator can completely light up light-emitting diodes(LEDs) under the vibration frequency of 20 Hz and the vibration amplitude of 10 mm. It also can charge a 470 μF capacitor.On this basis, we have integrated the hybrid generaor as a power supply into a self-powered tempreature sensing system. The combination of three generators can not only broaden the operating range, but also increase the operating length and sensitivity.This work will extend the application of self-powered sensor in automatic production line and promote the development of industrial control technology. 展开更多
