This paper analyzes the current situation and challenges of college graduates’ employment market, and studies the role of information technology in solving employment problems, including big data technology, cloud computing technology, artificial intelligence technology and mobile Internet technology. Finally, an employment strategy based on information technology was proposed, including integrating employment information resources, developing intelligent employment tools, and establishing data analysis systems. This article aims to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for employment work in local universities, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of employment work.展开更多
