The Anthroposophy of Professor Radojcic

In this paper, we present life and scientific work of Dr. Milog Radojcic （1903-1975）, the professor of the University of Belgrade and corresponding member of the Serbian Academy of Science and Arts. In the background of all of Radojcic＇s scientific works were the doctrine of anthroposophy and geometry as its essential part. It led him to, at the time, most contemporary problems in mathematics and mathematical physics. His interest in Medieval art reveals a personality capable to unify by itself artistic and scientific worldview. His published works were digitized in 2008 at the Mathematical Institute of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts and exhibited as a part of the virtual library of the National Center for Digitization. Some of his papers, both published and unpublished ones, are extremly actual and their republishing could be very important not only for scientific but also for general public as well

Study on the Logistics Management Problems in Colleges and Universities

The development of the logistics work is one of the indispensable important components in the whole construction and development process of colleges and universities. The effective development of the logistics work can lay a solid, powerful foundation for the implementation of the main functions and the education and teaching activities, and also can provide a reliable guarantee for the teaching management work. Therefore, the important significance and value of the logistics management work in colleges and universities are seen. According to the actual situation, in this paper, the logistics work in colleges and universities is deeply considered and discussed, and the main problems in the present logistics management are studied based on fully understanding the logistics management specialties, and then the measures and methods for solving the above problems are proposed. Hopefully, a due effect is played on the quality of the logistics management in colleges and universities at the present time.

Research on work mode of university ideological and political education based on SNS network

The education of Ideological and political education in universities have a bidirectional communication, the equal interaction based on network SNS; it can timely warning and regular notification service platform, has become the new channel and new means of Ideological and political education work, strengthening the network of Ideological and political education is an important part to promote the project of ideological and political education reform of College students. The current college ideological and political education has not paid enough attention to network education based on SNS, the position of network construction is lagging behind, the network Ideological and political education lack scientific planning, lack supervision power of social networking and other issues. This paper briefly introduced the University Network Ideological and political education pattern based on SNS, in order to effectively enhance the influence, attraction and control force of network Ideological and political education.

A review of state-of-the-art processing operations in coal preparation

Coal preparation is an integral part of the coal commodity supply chain. This stage of post-mining, pre-utilization beneficiation uses low-cost separation technologies to remove unwanted mineral matter and moisture which hinder the value of the coal product. Coal preparation plants typically employ several parallel circuits of cleaning and dewatering operations, with each circuit designed to optimally treat a specific size range of coal. Recent innovations in coal preparation have increased the efficiency and capac- ity of individual unit operations while reinforcing the standard parallel cleaning approach. This article, which describes the historical influences and state-of-the-art design for the various coal preparation unit operations, is organized to distinguish between coarse/intermediate coal cleaning and fine/ultrafine coal cleaning. Size reduction, screening, classification, cleaning, dewatering, waste disposal unit operations are particularly highlighted, with a special focus on the LI.S. design philosophy. Notable differences between the U.S. and international operations are described as appropriate.

Strong self-flushing technique for heat exchanger of sewage source heat pump system

To better remove the contamination on the surface of a heat-exchanger in urban sewage source heat pump system （USSHPS）, this paper analyzes the feasibility of strong self-flushing on the basis of experiments and presents a new on-line self-flushing technique, which alternately flushes part of heat transfer tubes. In addition, operation principles and the structure of the new heat-exchanger are introduced and the feasible economi- cal and technological cleaning plans are given by design calculation and scheme comparison. The result shows that keeping each tube washed for one minute with 5 m/s, the operating cost is lower than ￥5 and when one flushing pump ahemately flushes 10-20 heat exchangers, the saved costs of flushing 10 tubes alternately are over 4 times of the increased costs.

Is ＂Happy Worker＂ More Productive

The hypothesis ＂happy productive worker＂ states that happy employees, whose needs are satisfied in their workplace, have greater performance than unhappy employees. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to examine empirically the effects that job satisfaction and well-being at work generate on the individual job performance, investigating the moderating role that the components of the organizational structure play in this relationship. To achieve the main objective, some secondary objectives were proposed： （1） test the predictive effect of well-being, satisfaction, personal, and professional variables on individual performance; and （2） test the moderating effect of the components of the organizational structure in the relationship among well-being, satisfaction, and individual job performance. This research originates of a consolidated statement for the business society, but very few empirical studies. This way, the hypothesis consisted in the components of the organizational structure will positively enhance the relationship among well-being at work, job satisfaction, and individual job performance. The final sample consisted of 134 participants, of a clinical laboratory and of federal court of justice. For the development of the questionnaire, four instruments were used; one for each construct. The proposal has four relationship variables and the statistical procedure used to test this hypothesis was multiple linear regressions. Considering the hypothetical theoretical model presented, personal and professional variables are predictors of job performance; thus, these variables were also included as independent variables. The results of the regression model showed that the variables ＂age＂, ＂well-being at work＂, ＂job satisfaction＂, and ＂components of organizational structure＂ are responsible for explaining 64% of the variance of the variable criteria and individual job performance The moderating role of the variable ＂components of organizational structure＂ was also observed, because its inclusion increased the explained variance of the dependent variable. After all the discussions developed, the two main contributions appear： （1） the predictive effect of well-being at work in relation to performance and （2） identifying the moderating effect of the components of the organizational structure.

Secret Language Use of Criminals： Their Implications to Legislative Institutions, Police, and Public Social Practices

It has always been very important throughout the centuries for legislative institutions and police organizations to watch over different media and genres as instruments of conspiracy of criminals, members of organized crime, and terroristic groups in order to recognize conspiracy contents and to evaluate them systematically （intelligence work）. With the help of special methods-design, it is possible to analyze the functions and strategies of this specific sometimes open or undercover used languages of Rotwelsch, Argot, Fenya, terrorist and Jihadi groups. A very significant example is the history of Jihadi Internet as a cyber-planning tool： single websites （until 2001）, expansion and professionalization （2001-2007） and severe surveillance, distrust and new social media （after 2008 especially because of 9/11）. Since it has become clear that the National Security Agency （NSA） conducts severe intelligence research in the field of E-mail-traffic and chats, the demand of crypto-programs has grown. It is better in this situation to return to face-to-face-communication. Legislative institutions and police have to study these functions and strategies in order to practice the best fitting counter-action against crime and terrorism.

Teacher Spiritualism： The Vocation Within

Ancient civilizations adopted an early education system that included religion as an integral part of its focus. For this reason, priests, monks, and other people of faith, were trusted with the important task of educating their community and instructing them in the values, beliefs, and norms of their society. As time passed, public education continued to evolve to keep up with the societal demands to the point that education and religion were not longer connected. Simultaneously, professionals in the education field have also changed and educators are no longer required to be people of faith. However, considering that the mission of education has remained the same, it would be unrealistic to consider teachers as unspiritual individuals regardless of their religious beliefs and affiliations. This paper explores the idea that educators are innate spiritual individuals who strive to perpetuate the norms, values and virtues of their society. In addition, this article presents the concept of teacher spiritualism as a contemporary reality of our teachers and our educational system.
