为了研究DC2000型钻石切工自动分析仪的测量精度,采用该仪器测量了标准的圆形明亮琢型CZ样品的切工比例。试验结果表明,DC2000型钻石切工自动分析仪达到了国际同类产品的测量精度,符合现代钻石切工分级的严格要求:腰棱直径和全深的最大偏差不超过0.01 mm,以百分数表示的台宽比、冠高比、腰厚比、亭深比和底尖比的最大偏差不大于±0.1%,冠角和亭角的最大偏差不大于±0.1o。DC2000型钻石切工自动分析仪可以为钻石切工分级和钻石加工过程的质量检测提供精确、可靠的数据。

IEEE 802.11aj(45GHz):A New Very High Throughput Millimeter-Wave WLAN System

This paper presents an overview of a new very high throughput millimeterwave WLAN system operating at 45 GHz band. We begin by reviewing standards process of IEEE 802.11aj(45GHz). Then the frequency spectrum allocation at 45 GHz band is introduced. Next, the channel measurement and mod-eling is given. Specifically, the millimeter-wave MIMO for physical layer enhancement is given in detail.

Robust exponential stability analysis of a larger class of discrete-time recurrent neural networks

The robust exponential stability of a larger class of discrete-time recurrent neural networks (RNNs) is explored in this paper. A novel neural network model, named standard neural network model (SNNM), is introduced to provide a general framework for stability analysis of RNNs. Most of the existing RNNs can be transformed into SNNMs to be analyzed in a unified way. Applying Lyapunov stability theory method and S-Procedure technique, two useful criteria of robust exponential stability for the discrete-time SNNMs are derived. The conditions presented are formulated as linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) to be easily solved using existing efficient convex optimization techniques. An example is presented to demonstrate the transformation procedure and the effectiveness of the results.

Crucial technologies in the design of Xiluodu Super High Arch Dam

Some super high arch dams （ SHADs）, like Xiluodu Arch Dam, after their heights reaching the magnitude of 300 m, confront lots of technical challenges in design and construction. Several crucial technologies of 6 SHADs will be reviewed and discussed in this and consecutive papers, including Xiluodu, Jinping I in China, Baktiary in Iran, ete. , on the topics of the research method, criterion for evaluation and engineering application of dam safety analysis and evaluation, reasonable dam base interface, dam shape optimization, comprehensive treatments of complex foundation, anti-seismic engineering, dam construction material, concrete placement and temperature control, instrumentation and monitoring of dam operation, etc. This paper will mainly focus on the overall safety of SHADs, reasonable dam base interface analysis and evaluation and their engineering application.

Recalibration of working standard lamps

In the present work, recalibration of the National Institute for Standards （NIS, Egypt） working standard lamps from Osram Inc. and their associated expanded uncertainty budget were done. A set-up composed of an integrating sphere, a standard photometer and a group of five luminous flux standard lamps ranged from 25 to 200 W calibrated and traceable to the National Physical Laboratory （NPL, UK） is used to measure and recalibrate the total luminous flux for these five working standard lamps. After recalibration, NIS （Egypt） maintains the national scales for luminous flux in lumen.

Comparative analysis on soil engineering classifications of China and America

Based on China National Standard of Soil Engineering Classification (GB/T 50145-2007) and the Unified Soil Classification System of American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM D-2478), two kinds of soil laboratory engineering classification methods were discussed and analyzed from the aspects of the definition in particle fraction, classification of soil type and evaluation standard for soil gradation. There is a same limit of fine grains fraction in the two standards, and there are three main types of soil in GB/T 50145-2007 and two in ASTM D-2487. Different evaluation standards of gradation are put forward for gravels and sands in ASTM D-2487. Same criteria of A line, B line and controlling value of plastic index are in the plasticity chart of both standards.

Bridging the Achievement Gap for Students： A Blueprint for Success

The purpose of this research is to identify and examine the achievement gaps between students. Over the past thirty years, emphasis has been placed on achievement levels of students in this country. State test results, SAT Scores, ACT scores and other assessment instruments have been used to determine performance standards and test results for students. Data analyzed for White students compared to African American and Hispanic students have provided critical information in identifying academic progress and skill deficits for all students. This article will highlight some of the achievement gaps which exit among White, African American and Hispanic Students. Recommendations will also be emphasized to help improve student achievement levels in an effort to close the achievement gap.

The Osgood Integral or the Cauchy-Osgood Integral？

Initially, Osgood used the integral ∫dr/f（r）for an unicity crite, rion to the differential equation y＇ = f（y）, f （0） = 0. The trivial solution is unique iff this integral goes to the infinite at the origin. Then he can prove the unicity of the trivial solution of y＇ = y Ln｜Y｜, although the second member is not lipschitzian. Later, Bernfeld [1] shows that all the solutions of y＇ = f（y） do not explose iffthe same integral goes to the infinite at the infinite. Finally, we can adapt a result from the Cauchy works as follows： the trivial solution is a singular solution iffthe same integral vanishes at the origin. Using non standard analysis, we present the proofs of the different criterions and show that the Osgood integral was used by Cauchy before in the similar purpose.

Annual risk reporting of listed companies in Malaysia

This study examines risk reporting in annual reports of Malaysian listed companies. The mandatory and voluntary disclosures of risk information are analyzed and the authors examine whether a relationship exists between company size, leverage, and industry type and risk disclosure levels. 150 listed companies from five industries are selected as sample. Content analysis and risk disclosure index of dichotomous measurement are used in data collection. Overall the results indicate that level of risk information disclosed in the annual reports is still minimal. OLS （Ordinary least squares） regression analysis indicates that the level of risk information disclosure is positively associated with size and not with leverage. However, a mixed result has been found for industry type; where only property industry shows a significant relationship with level of risk disclosure, and not for the other industries. This study contributes to financial reporting literature in relation to risk reporting, particularly the practice of Malaysian companies. Findings from this study are also useful to regulators and accounting standard setting body to assess the level of compliance to regulations and standards relating to risk reporting by these companies. More studies are required to further understand the importance of risk information disclosure, such as risk disclosure within specific industry, cross-country studies and usefulness of risk information disclosure from the stakeholders＇ perspectives.

南匯县社办企业至四月中旬为止,已投入生产的共有297个,参加企业劳动的社員人数共3,170人;正在筹办的150个;規划要办的3,667个。在已办的297个企业中,有农具修配、噴霧器修配、机械修配、五金、縫紉、織袜、刺綉、扎花、絨栈加工、艾絨、弹花衣、草繩、砖瓦、飼料加工、軋米、磨粉、食品加工、海洋捕捞、內河捕捞、颗粒肥料制造等工厂。根据在南匯县二个乡的六个农业社所办的14个厂的了解,参加厂生产的社員最多72人,最少的3人,一般的均在10人左右。其生产服务对象,主要是为本农业社和社員服务,在滿足本社的需要下,也对外进行生产或加工。

为了贯彻按劳分配原则,人民公社中一般都实行了评工记分的方法。在目前记分的形式大体上有三类:一是按级评分,死分活记。做法是把一个劳动力按平时的劳动好坏、体力强弱、技术高低评出等级,按等级定出标准工分。这是劳动力在一般情况下所应达到的工分。但为了发挥他的积极性,按每日劳动情况进行评议。这样作法的好处是,使用灵活。
