目的探讨静脉药物配置中心对临床护理工时量性的影响情况。方法 2017年7月我院骨髓移植病区仍采用传统静脉药物配置模式,2017年8月骨髓移植进入静脉药物配置中心配置相关药物。记录2017年7月、2017年8月骨髓移植病区护理人员日平均配液... 目的探讨静脉药物配置中心对临床护理工时量性的影响情况。方法 2017年7月我院骨髓移植病区仍采用传统静脉药物配置模式,2017年8月骨髓移植进入静脉药物配置中心配置相关药物。记录2017年7月、2017年8月骨髓移植病区护理人员日平均配液所需时间、每瓶静脉药物配置所需时间,将所得数据输入统计学软件后给予相应分析后得出结论。结果经不同静脉药物配置流程后,2017年8月我院骨髓移植病区护理人员日平均配液所需时间、每瓶静脉药物配置所需时间均较2017年7月显著减少(P<0.05);2017年8月我院入选科室患者对护理服务满意率(82.25%)显著高于2017年7月(37.67%)(P<0.05)。结论应用静脉药物配置中心可显著缩短临床护理工时,有效提高患者对护理服务满意度,对保障护理服务质量及维持良好护患关系均具有积极意义。 展开更多

Objective increment properties of the problems are analyzed. A non-dominated classification method is introduced to class population individuals into Pareto fronts to improve searching efficiency. Besides investigating the crowding distance and the elitist solution strategy, two effective bi-criteria local search procedures based on objective increments are presented to improve searching effectiveness. Based on the properties and methods, a hybrid evolutionary algorithm is proposed for the considered problems and compared with the best existing algorithms. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is effective with high efficiency. 展开更多

Objective increment based metaheuristic for total flowtime minimization in no-wait flowshops

To solve the NP-complete no-wait flowshop problems, objective increment properties are analyzed and proved for fundamental operations of heuristics. With these properties, whether a new generated schedule is better or worse than the original one is only evaluated by objective increments, instead of completely calculating objective values as the traditional algorithms do, so that the computational time can be considerably reduced. An objective increment-based hybrid genetic algorithm (IGA) is proposed by integrating the genetic algorithm (GA) with an improved various neighborhood search (VNS)as a local search. An initial solution generation heuristic(ISG) is constructed to generate one individual of the initial population. An expectation value-based selection mechanism and a crossover operator are introduced to the mating process. The IGA is compared with the traditional GA and two best-so-far algorithms for the considered problem on 110 benchmark instances. An experimental results show that the IGA outperforms the others in effectiveness although with a little more time consumption. 展开更多

[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the changes of the transcriptional levels of molecules associated with endogenous antigen processing and presenta- tion in porcine skin-derived dendritic cells infected with PCV2 in vivo. [Method] Healthy 40-day-old Landrace piglets were infected with porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) and euthanized on the 34, 7rd, 14th, 21st and 35th d post inoculation (DPI). The porcine skin-derived dendritic cells (DCs) were collected to analyze the transcrip- tional levels of molecules (LMP7, UBP, MHC-I, calreticulin) associated with endogenous antigen processing and presentation by using real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (real-time FQ-PCR). [Result] The results showed that the level of LMP7 mR- NAs was reduced significantly on the 3DPI (P〈0.05); the level of UBP mRNAs was consistently up-regulated, which increased significantly on the 21DPI and 35DPI (P〈 0.05); the level of MHC-I mRNAs was significantly down-regulated on the 7DPI (P〈 0.05); the level of calreticulin mRNAs was up-regulated slightly without significant dif- ference. [Conclusion] PCV2 can inhibit the endogenous antigen processing and presentation ability of porcine skin-derived DCs at early stages of infection. 展开更多

Micromixing efficiency of viscous media in Y-type micro-channel reactor was studied by using iodide-iodate test reaction as working system.Experiments were carried out in water-glycerin mixtures with 7 different viscosities.The experimental results showed that segregation index of the micro-channel reactor increases with the decrease of volumetric flow rate and the increase of solution viscosity.Based on the incorporation model,the micromixing time tm of the micro-channel reactor was estimated in the range of 10-4-10-3s at different viscosities,which indicated that the micro-channel reactor possesses a much better micromixing performance compared to the stirred tank(tm=0.02-0.2s). 展开更多

In order to provide a safe working environment for miners, a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) technology has been used for security monitoring. It can provide a wide range of surveillance with a relatively low cost. In this study, an Energy-Based Multipath Routing (EBMR) protocol is proposed, which considers residual energy capacity and link quality in choosing hops and routing paths. Hops and paths with a high residual energy capacity and link quality will have the best chance to be selected to transmit data packages. Since the EBMR stores several routes in the routing table, when the current path fails, another path will be chosen to fulfill the task immediately. In this way, EBMR improves reliability and decrease time latency. Compared to AOMDV and REAR, EBMR decreases time latency by 51% and 12%. 展开更多

Alternation of two different modes of action of green chemicals: spinosad and methoxyfenozide to combat Virachola livia on dates in Dakhla Oasis, New Valley, Egypt, were done in 2010 and 2011. Based on infestation levels in fruit, the three spray programs including rotations with spinosad 24 SC at 20 mL/100 L were not significantly different. Based on minimum effective rotation doses, alternation of spinosad at 20 mL/100 L followed by methoxyfenozide 24 SC at 15 mL/100 L on a three-week interval showed 0.3% and 0.6% infestation, before harvest for 2010 and 2011, respectively, compared to check treatments which showed 33% and 70% infestations. Also, successful penetration and survival of V. livia (% live larvae) into the fruit by following a spinosad and methoxyfenozide rotation program resulted in 1.8% and 1% larvae, before harvest in 2010 and 2011, respectively, compared to fhait infestation levels of 97% and 89% in the untreated in 2010 and 2011, respectively. Fruit were penetrated by first instar larvae upon hatching, in case no chemical treatment. The last data reflect the excellent performance of this rotation. During the same period, reduction of the three rotation programs was 97.8%-100% and 99%-100% for 2010 and 2011, respectively. By formulating the econometric model and analyzing time series data from 1978 to 2012, the paper makes an empirical research into the impact of labor share on economic growth in China. It has discovered that the positive effect of labor share on consumption demand growth in China outweighs its negative effect on investment and net export growth, concluding that growth in China is wage-led at present. Alkaline pretreatment is an effective technology to disintegrate sewage sludge, where alkali dosage and sludge concentration are two important factors. p H value or alkali concentration is usually adjusted in order to determine a proper dosage of alkali. Our work has found that this is not a good strategy. A new parameter, the ratio of alkali to sludge(Ra/s), is more sensitive in controlling the alkali dosage. The sludge concentration Csand retention time t are two other important factors to consider. The validity of these arguments is confirmed with modeling and experiments. The individual effect of Ra/s, Csand t was studied separately. Then the combined effect of these three factors was evaluated. The sludge disintegration degree of 44.7% was achieved with the optimized factors. Furthermore, an alkaline-microwave combined pretreatment process was carried out under these optimized conditions. A high disintegration degree of 62.3% was achieved while the energy consumption of microwave was much lower than previously reported. 展开更多

The purpose of this study is to compare the efficiency of artificial neural network and empirical methods for estimating instantaneous peak flow in Kharestan Watershed located northwest of Fars Province, Iran. For this purpose, 25 years of daily peak and instantaneous peak flow of Jamal Beig Hydrometric Station was considered. Then the estimation was done based on empirical methods including Fuller, Sangal and Fill-Steiner and artificial neural network and were compared based on RMSE and R2 . Results showed that estimation of artificial neural network is more accurate than empirical methods with RMSE = 13.710 and R2=0.942 which indicated the lower errors of artificial neural network method compared with empirical methods. 展开更多

Predation risks have been hypothesized to influence spawning behaviors of coral reef fishes that broadcast gametes pelagically. The duration of spawning ascents of 13 species were measured from video footage at a single spawning site for mul- tiple coral reef fishes to investigate ff this behavior was influenced by varying risks of predation. Fishes that spawned in pairs had as- cents of longer duration than group-spawning species. Duration of spawning ascents did not vary between fishes spawning at daytime and dusk, nor between group-spawning species with specific anti-predatory morphological adaptations. These results indicate that risk of predation may not significantly influence the duration of spawning ascents of pair spawning reef fishes at our study site, while group-spawning behaviors are influenced by predation. Avoidance of egg predation by benthic organisms and female mate choice are more likely to influence the pelagic spawning behaviors of all fishes observed [Current Zoology 58 (1): 95-102, 2012]. 展开更多
