基于计算机视觉的石油库施工人员未穿工服行为识别系统研究

提出一种基于计算机视觉技术的石油库施工人员未穿工服行为识别系统。该系统采用YOLOv5s和ResNet-50级联检测器,通过构建丰富的石油库施工人员数据集并进行实验验证,实现了对未穿工服行为的精准检测。实验结果表明,ResNet-50模型在测试集上展现出高准确度,为石油库安全生产管理提供了有力的技术支撑。相较于SqueezeNet,ResNet-50在识别准确率上表现更优,但后者在显存占用和推理速度上更具优势。本文研究不仅有助于提升石油库安全管理的智能化水平,降低人为因素导致的安全风险,还为类似场景下的安全监控提供了有益的参考和借鉴。随着计算机视觉技术的不断发展,该系统有望在石油库安全生产管理中发挥更加重要的作用。

被服智能管理系统中工服丢失问题分析与方案优化

目的:优化被服智能管理系统,减少系统工服丢失,提高工服管理水平。方法:对系统中工服使用数据进行统计分析,基于鱼骨图系统性分析工服丢失的原因,并提出针对性的改进方案。结果:当前系统工服丢失的主要原因有工服芯片编号与使用人员不符、系统记录数据不完整和系统工服丢失规则设置不合理;应从增加系统功能辅助工服管理、完善系统工服全生命周期管控、分组设置系统工服流转时间及加强系统规范使用培训等方面进行优化。结论:被服智能管理系统是提升医院工服管理效果的重要手段,应分析问题并人为设置规则进行优化,以更好地实现工服的全流程精细化智能化管理。

基于物联网技术在医院工服自助管理中的应用研究

为了解决医院工服管理中长期存在的遗失、差错、及时性问题,运用物联网技术设计和开发工服自助管理系统,实现对工服录入、洗涤、使用、报损等全生命周期的追溯管理。系统实现全院通用、随时更换的自助工衣换洗模式,改变传统人和衣服固定的繁琐管理模式。有效提升医院工服管理精细化水平,促进医院后勤管理发展。

中海油工服采购现状及统一集采可行性研究

在各大型石油石化企业都执行集中采购和"互联网+"新业态的发展背景下,中国海洋石油总公司发布了《中国海洋石油总公司2017年一级集中采办项目目录(高频采购部分)》,将劳保物资等17大类标准化程度高、采购频次高、单次采购价值相对较低的物资品类进行集中采办,同时授权中海油能源物流有限公司搭建的"中国海油集采超市电子商务平台"统一开展相关物资的集采上线工作。工服作为此次集采的一项重要劳保物资,具有彰显企业形象、关乎员工切身安全等特点,文章对中海油整体工服现状进行了剖析,并对统一集采可行性进行了研究,就如何将集采工作进行好提供一定的指导和参考。

Analysis and modeling of web services flow using π-calculus

In order to increase the effectiveness and the reliability of web services flow, the ~r-calculus formal method is introduced as a development language for web services flow. The π-calculus overcomes inabilities of web service flow languages in demonstrating the consistency, validating the correctness and so on. The π- calculus analysis and modeling of web services flow is presented, the dynamic actions and basic activities of WS-BPEL with π-calculus formally are described, and the mapping from π-calculus expression to WS-BPEL is built. The basic construction of web services flow with the π-calculus method after the analysis of the syntax of WS-BPEL and inter-description between WS-BPEL and π-calculus is expressed. Also discussed are the approaches to web services flow by modeling from different views, and the proposed approaches through the development and modeling of an e-commerce web service flow application are illustrated.

A survey of the Internet application in the AEC industry

The Internet is becoming increasingly more valuable in the field ofarchitectural design so that what we conventionally called CAD might soon be changed to Internetaided design (iAD). In order to have a clear vision of what IAD will be or could be, we should firstexamine what is currently available. This research focuses on an investigation of selected Webvendors, which are typical and most influential in providing Internet related services for the AECindustry. By comparing and analyzing their functionality, services provided, business models,technology and financial situation, we have seen that Internet application in the AEC industry isstill in early stage, especially in the area of on-line engineering consulting for architects.

Nwomu： Hand-Made Embroidery Technique in Asanteland

The study sought to investigate the historical background of the traditional hand-made embroidery technique, the production process, and its changing trends amongst the Asantes of Ghana. Interview and observation were used in collecting the needed data at selected craft centres in the Kwabre East District, Ejisu-Juaben municipality, Kumasi sub-metro and metropolitan in the Ashanti region of Ghana. The study employed both descriptive and experimental research methods based on the qualitative research approach. It was revealed that Kente and Adinkra enjoy wide reputation and therefore are considered as prestigious clothes. However, Nwomu cloth does not have this fame, only indigenes understand its usage and the philosophy behind its production. In view of this, it is recommended that the elders who are endowed with this unique craft must open their doors to the youth to learn the craft.

Building GIS Web Services on JXTA Network

In recent years, Web services and Peer-to-Peer (or simply P2P) appear as two of the hottest research topics in network computing. On the one hand, by adopting a decentralized, network-based style, P2P technologies can make P2P systems enhance overall reliability and fault-tolerance, increase autonomy, and enable ad-hoc communication and collaboration. On the other hand, Web services provides a good approach to integrate various heterogeneous systems and applications into a cooperative environment. This paper presents the techniques of combining Web services and P2P technologies into GIS to construct a new generation of GIS, which is more flexible and cooperative. As a case study, an ongoing project JGWS is introduced, which is an experimental GIS Web services platform built on JXTA. This paper also explores the schemes of building GIS Web services in a P2P environment.

A Strategic Study of Establishing the Industrial Needs in Pattern Design and Technology in China's Mainland

Pattern design and technology play a very important role in the garment industry. In order to improve the level of pattern making and design of the garment industry, a survey was conducted to investigate the industrial needs in pattern design and technology in China's Mainland. The data were collected from the employers and employees from the garment industry and students in the major of fashion and clothing studies. It indicated that there was a gap between the employer and employee, especially the requirements of the industrial needs and the course contents covered by the tertiary schools. The employers expected to recruit more experienced pattern designers, at the same time, they were not reluctant to hire fresh graduates and spent more resources on the training of employees. The students knew little about their employment situation of the garment industry, spent too little time on the course study and learned too little practical skills in pattern design. They could not make use of the knowledge which prevented them from being employed by the garment industry. Efforts should be taken by both the tertiary schools and the garment industry. The students should be aspirated towards the profession of pattern cutters and the syllabuses of pattern making should be more practical and industrial orientated. The solution might benefit the garment industry a lot in a long run.

Structures of Textile-apparel Supply Chain: Concepts and Cases

In recent years, supply chain management （SCM） has been in popularity as a new management philosophy for all industries, including textile and apparel industries. The textile-apparel supply chain is relatively complex because it encompasses many participants such as yarn manufacturers, fabric manufacturers, garment manufacturers and retailers. Although many scholars are engaged in researching SCM in textile and apparel industries, a systematic classification of textile-apparel chain does not exist. The paper proposes three types of textile-apparel chain, nominated vertical integration chain, traditional sourcing chain and 3P-hub （third party as the hub） chain. Different coordinators exist in different types of chain. Three Hong Kong headquartered companies, Esquel Group, TAL Apparel Ltd., and Li ＆ Fang （Trading） Ltd. are used as cases responding to each type of the structures respectively.

The Impact of Outsourcing on Local Industry Upgrading: a Case of China from a Global Value Chain Perspective

This paper develops a conceptual model to assess effect of outsourcing by integrating the theories of industrial upgrading and global value chain (GVC) governance. Contrary to the widely accepted perception that outsourcing is expected to generate positive spillover in particular, the findings indicate that outsourcing has different effects in different GVC governance modes. Excess outsourcing could structurally inhibit technology and management spillovers to subcontractors within the emerging economy context. Based on a case study of the Chinese textile and apparel (T & A) industry, it is found that the Chinese T & A industry has been trapped in the captive governance relationship with foreign buyers, and at the same time is capped below the function upgrading level. Consequences of the situation and implication are then discussed.

Design of Multi-agent Supply Chain System to Support Quick Response in Textile-Apparel Industry

Owing to the fast growth of global market,textile and apparel industries which are a typical seasonal business are facing crucial challenges from both competitors and consumers.In order to get survived,forming supply chain and utilizing the emerged technology to establish a quick response system become an important common practice for enterprises in terms of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.This paper presents a multi-agent-based integrated framework for quick response in textile and apparel supply chain.By sharing information and collaborating among chain partner,the multi-agent system provides a promising computing paradigm for quick response business processes.A prototype based on the proposed framework is implemented using ZEUS toolkit.It presents how the proposed architecture is being designed to establish collaborative business environment by providing dynamic quick response processes.

Trade Friction,Upgrading Path and Development of Chinese Textile and Apparel Industry

China is the largest producer and exporter in textiles in the world now, but most Chinese textile and apparel enterprises operate in the low stream of global value chain- processing and assembling. A combination of domestic supply side constrains of high wages and external pressures of appreciation of RMB and trade friction make it difficult for Chinese textile and apparel industry to maintain the low-wage manufacturing. The paper analyzes by stakeholder map for trade friction. It may be more effective that China deals with the trade issues based on the analysis of different stakeholders. The political agreement is only a temporary resolution; the more important way is try to upgrade the operations in developed regions. According to industrial organization theory and global value chain theory, it is suggested product development and marketing are upgrading paths for Chinese enterprises.

Focus Shift in Brand Promotion in China's Garment Industry

After an introduction to the history of brand promotion in China, the paper points out that China＇s garment industry is undergoing the change from branding manufacturing to innovation. The shift is going along with the transition in the industry from comparative advantage to competitive advantage. After analyzing the relationship between independent innovation and brand building with the Smiling Curve, we can get the result that the key to China＇s garment industry is two-fold： brand promotion by means of independent innovation and competitive advantage in the international garment industry chain.

Trust assessment of business service workflow based on complex trust network

For business service workflow,QoS-based services selection can't guarantee whether the composite service satisfies user' s requirement after delivery,because once any service interrupts or quality of service(QoS) maliciously reduces,the quality of workflow will be reduced.Trustworthy services can provide reliable QoS,so trustworthiness research could improve the efficiency of services selection.This paper investigates trust assessment in the perspective of workflow.Firstly,trust network of business service workflow(TN-BSW) is proposed to analyze trust attributes;then,the trust measurement system of TN-BSW is investigated to assess the trust value quantitatively;and then,a trust-aware service recommendation model(TaSRM) is proposed to enhance the efficiency of QoS-basedservices selection;finally,experiment shows the feasibility of TN-BSWand the performance of TaSRM.

Intelligence in Clothing Pattern CAD System

It analyzes three recognition methods for five elements,i.e.dot,line,loop,clothing pattern as well as characters,and also applies intelligent points and tangential curve in the CAD system to solve the problem complained by CAD users.It indicates that recognition of five elements is a foundational technique of intelligence in clothing pattern CAD system.Common functions in operation state such as move,rotation,flip,measure,should precede ones in element state as dot,line,and pattern.Moreover,it is realized that the less skill the CAD user needs,the more the CAD software is high-tech.

Applying the model driven generative domain engineering method to develop self-organizing architectural solutions for mobile robot

Model driven generative domain engineering (MDGDE) is a domain engineering method aiming to develop optimized, reusable architectures, components and aspects for application engineering. Agents are regarded in MDGDE as special objects having more autonomy, and taking more initiative. Design of the agent involves three levels of activities: logical analysis and design, physical analysis, physical design. This classification corresponds to domain analysis and design, application analysis, and application design. Agent is an important analysis and design tool for MDGDE because it facilitates development of complex distributed system—the mobile robot. According to MDGDE, we designed a distributed communication middleware and a set of event-driven agents, which enables the robot to initiate actions adaptively to the dynamical changes in the environment. This paper describes our approach as well as its motivations and our practice.

Research on Capital Operation by Apparel Enterprises in China

Based on the definition of the main body of capital operation in the apparel enterprises - modern apparel enterprise, and the view of the existing explanations of capital operation in theoretical and practical fields, the origin, definition,content and classification of capital operation with the characteristics of apparel industry were expounded; and by probing into the major methods of capital operation applied in apparel enterprises, restructuring, listing of a company,and Merge and Acquisition, the advices on the capital operation strategies to various types of apparel enterprises was obtained.

Customer participation in the service encounter

This paper considers the role of service customers in those service encounters where the customer participates in the service production and delivery process, and the customer factors, motivations and incentive mechanism to participate in service delivery are analyzed. This study explores the relationship between service quality and service customer participation in the service encounter and the effect of customer participation on service providers＇ job stress. Finally, the management implications about customer participation in the service encounter from the findings are discussed.
