校友资源在工科生全流程培养中的应用

文章提出以现有的各高校工科的本科生培养全流程为基础,全方位引入校友资源,并提出逐步把校友资源应用在工科生全流程培养中的三阶段模型。

工科类大学生实践能力培养现状及改善措施

从我国大学工科学生实践能力培养的现状出发,针对实践环节中出现的诸如实践课程的不重视、教学方式和考核方式的不灵活、师资力量薄弱、实验设备不足或陈旧、工科毕业生的工程技术水平无法满足社会需求等五个问题,提出加强大学工科学生实践能力培养的五种措施:重视实践课程,建立校外实习基地;授课方式创新化,多元化教学;加强师资队伍建设,关注当前企业需求;引进先进实验设备,提倡国内外学生联合培养;夯实理论基础,鼓励学生参加各类学术活动。

学研融合中以多维模式营造工科生创新环境的研究

新经济和新产业发展需要具有实践操作能力、思维创新能力和比赛竞争能力的高素质综合型工科生人才。随着国内教育体系的完善,本科生的培养方向也逐渐转移到学识拓展、专业精攻、文化传承、创新能力等方面。该文阐述了工科生创新培养的现状,指出科研创新对工科生创新能力培养的意义,剖析创新环境对创新型工科生培养的影响,提出了多维环境促进营造创新环境的策略:利用学研融合构建创新环境,通过“生生互促”强化创新环境,基于师生共进完善创新环境,借助校辐地射推动发展创新环境,以此在学研融合中以多维模式营造工科生创新环境,进而为提升工科生的创新培养能力奠定基础。

Fostering Creativity and Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy in Engineering Undergraduates： Curriculum Power and Context in One University of Technology

Through the Sequential Mixed Methods Approach, 24 final year power engineering students underwent 12 learnshops on creativity and entrepreneurship with an attempt to foster creativity and entrepreneurial self-efficacy among them. Pre- and post-test on creativity using Torrance＇s Test of Creativity （TTCT） and Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy questionnaires were used to determine the level of both creativity and entrepreneurial self-efficacy The findings of the study show that a significant leap in how teaching and learning takes place is necessary if we are to properly prepare students for the 21st century knowledge economy and that active participation, confidence and ideas generation taking place under teamwork and informal settings are a way forward and to harness the two constructs.
