超压强化TP2铜材抗拉强度的工程应用性研究 被引量:1

基于不同预处理压力软态TP2铜管在2年自然时效时间内的79个爆破压力试验数据,应用数理统计知识与概率论方法,分析了超压强化软态TP2铜材抗拉强度的工程应用性,得到如下结论。1)当铜管预处理压力从0增至4.60MPa,软态TP2铜材抗拉强度得到... 基于不同预处理压力软态TP2铜管在2年自然时效时间内的79个爆破压力试验数据,应用数理统计知识与概率论方法,分析了超压强化软态TP2铜材抗拉强度的工程应用性,得到如下结论。1)当铜管预处理压力从0增至4.60MPa,软态TP2铜材抗拉强度得到强化,均值呈上升趋势,标准差与变异系数呈下降趋势,分布参数波动范围逐步变小;当铜管预处理压力从4.60MPa增至16.50MPa时,软态TP2铜材抗拉强度抗拉强度得到显著强化,分布参数发生显著变化,均值呈显著上升,标准差与变异系数呈显著下降,且分布参数波动范围明显变小趋于稳定,表明强化效果显著并且可保持2年。2)当铜管预处理压力分别为0、4.60MPa与16.50MPa时,自然时效时间、铜光管与内螺纹管的结构对软态TP2铜材抗拉强度强化效果无显著影响。3)显著度为5%,当铜管预处理压力分别为0、4.60MPa与16.50MPa时,强化软态TP2铜材抗拉强度基本符合正态分布,分布参数与不同预处理压力有关,在双侧置信度为95%时,分别得到3种不同预处理压力强化TP2铜材抗拉强度分布参数的估计区间。 展开更多

The traditional stability analysis method of geogrid reinforced slopes does not consider the effect of lateral swelling,so it is not applicable to reinforced expansive soil slopes.This paper reports a new stability analysis method for geogrid reinforced expansive soil slopes.The additional pullout force of the free zone due to the lateral swelling and the anti-pullout safety factor of each geogrid layer were obtained by ensuring the overall stability of the reinforced slope.The optimum design was carried out to treat an expansive soil cut slope in Hubei Province,China,by changing the spacing and length of geogrid reinforcement.Calculation results show that the additional pullout force caused by lateral swelling has a great influence on the anti-pullout stability of geogrids,and the local stability of the reinforced slope will be overestimated if the swelling effect of soil in the free zone is not considered. 展开更多

This article deals with the usage of building bricks as a didactic material for the development of architectural design. The building brick game chosen for analysis was the Arckit, since it is suitable for the architectural practice. It is estimated that this game can contribute to the design, representation and presentation of projects. In order to investigate in which aspects Arckit presents possibilities of applications, as well as limitations of use, the article approaches the importance of building bricks as a didactic tool and its use in the field of the architectural design process. From a literature review and an empirical experience, this article reports a qualitative research, where the applicability of the Arckit game was checked. Through a critical reflection based on that experience, it was possible to conclude that whereas its limitations to urban form and linked to the formal vocabulary that composes the grammar of these bricks, the Arckit building bricks represent in architecture a playful and experimental way to think and design, fomenting the creativity and the spatial perception, resulting in a particular experience that can make architecture better connected with dreams and joy. 展开更多

New digital trends are transforming the media industry landscape, modifying elemental characteristics and attitudes of companies as well as of consumers. Firms often claim that their presence in social media (SM) is a key element to success. SM helps companies rethink the traditional one-way flow of their marketing messages and to incorporate a new interactive pattern into their communications. Nevertheless, these tendencies involve problems of strategic myopia for firms that do not structurally integrate these tools. One main problem is that institutions can rarely differentiate between the various types of SM and the attributes thereof, while the literature equally reveals a number of contradictions in the subject. The present conceptual paper lays the foundations of a strategic approach to SM and discusses its theoretical implications. Following an overview on the concept of SM, through a content analysis of the specialized management literature (n = 14), we present various best practices and reflect on the apparent lack of strategic thinking in using SM as a marketing application. Then, we compare these practical examples with general marketing strategy theory. By merging theory and practice, we aim to provide an insight towards a well-founded application of SM as a genuinely strategic marketing tool. 展开更多

The model experiment was done relying on the industrial test. The conclusion of numerical calculationsproved that the ANSYS program is reasonable and creditable. It was compared to otherkinds of support that are commonly used in soft rock tunnels. A tightly coupled method was developed to analyse aeroelasticity by constructing subiterative schemes for fluid and structural equations of motion,respectively.With MPI partition parallel computing,the fluid was solved by Navier-Stokes equations based on hybrid grids.A new unstructured background grid deformtion method was used for the CFD grid deformation.The transonic flutter wind tunnel model of a complete aircraft was simulated to validate the developed method.The flutter characteristics of the aircraft was analysed and compared with the test results.It indicates that the devoloped method has a relatively higher precision and can be used for aeronautical engineering application. 展开更多

If one wants to use the method for the complex engineering aeroelastic problems, he needs to investigate the relative aeroelasfic algorithms, such as the numerical computational method of unsteady aerodynamic forces, equivalent low-dimensional structural fi- nite element model and the solution method of structural dynamic equations, data transfer technique between fluid and structure, the moving grid method, etc. Besides, he also needs to improve the computational efficiency by such as massive parallel CFD algorithm, reduced-order model (ROM) of unsteady aerodynamic forces, etc. In this paper, based on the authors' recent investigations, the research progresses in computational aeroelastic methods and their applications to engineering problem are summarized. 展开更多
