基于模糊综合评价方法的工程成本管控能力研究

通过对评价目标进行文献研究,制定评价指标,采用模糊综合评价方法,对评价指标进行组合赋权,构建了评价模型,并进行了实例应用。结果表明:本方法用于EPC设计阶段工程成本管控能力评价是合理可行的,评价结果能够为管理者提供有效的决策依据和量化指标。

浅谈EPC模式下工程总承包企业的造价和成本管控

与传统工程承包模式相比,EPC模式更注重设计在整个工程建设阶段的主导作用,设计、采购、施工等环节均由总承包企业负责,由此可避免不同环节之间的相互制约与影响,进一步确保工程建设进度、质量与成本控制。EPC模式下,工程造价管控责任主体得以明确,在此过程中,总承包企业对于造价成本更为关注,工程造价与工程质量及进度之间的关系也更为清晰。在本文中,笔者将针对EPC模式下工程总承包企业的造价及成本管控进行初步分析与探讨,希望借此可对相关从业人员起到一定借鉴价值。

建筑行业整体下行环境中的工程施工成本管控研究
