The first stage includes multiple scan chains, where each scan chain is driven by a primary input. Each scan flip-flop in the multiple scan chains drives a group of scan flip-flops. The scan flip-flop in the multiple scan chain and the scan flip-flop driven by it are assigned the same values for all test vectors. Scan flip-flops in the multiple scan chains and those in the second stage use separate clock signals, but the design for testability technqiue needs only one clock. The proposed scan architecture localizes test power consumption to the multiple scan chains during test application. Test signals assigned to scan flip-fiops in the multiple scan chains are applied to the scan flip-flops in the second stage after the test vector has been applied to the multiple scan chains. Based on the working principles of the DP-assisted mooring system and the model of the platform motion, a time domain simulation program is applied to analyze the impact, in the case of one line failure, on the platform motion, power consumption of the thrusters and the tension of the mooring lines. The results show that, under the 10-year wind dominant, a one line failure will have little impact on the tension of the mooring lines. When the failure line is windward, the power consumption will increase greatly with a weakened position of accuracy. However when the failure line is leeward, the power consumption will be reduced with a partly strengthened oosition of accuracy.展开更多

As for the embodied phase, with the data in existing statistic yearbook, the consumption items of energy production and transportation were investigated. And based on the life cycle theory, an embodied coefficient of energy carriers was proposed to quantify the embodied energy consumption. Moreover, a calculation method for the embodied coefficient of energy carriers was deduced using Leontief inverse matrix based on the existing data sources. With relevant data of 2005-2007 in China, the embodied coefficients in 2005-2007 were obtained, in which the values for natural gas and thermal power are around 1.3 and 3. l, respectively; while they are 1.03-1.08 for other selected energy carriers. In addition, it is also found that the consumption in the production and processing accounts for more than 75%.展开更多
