针对传统堆石坝施工仓面测量工作存在的工作效率低、数据管理手段落后等弊端,研制开发了基于实时动态差分(Real-time Kinematic,RTK)技术的堆石坝施工仓面手持式一体化测量系统。该系统将传统的手工方式改成全流程数字化,实现了对堆石... 针对传统堆石坝施工仓面测量工作存在的工作效率低、数据管理手段落后等弊端,研制开发了基于实时动态差分(Real-time Kinematic,RTK)技术的堆石坝施工仓面手持式一体化测量系统。该系统将传统的手工方式改成全流程数字化,实现了对堆石坝施工仓面的开仓边界—压实高程/压实厚度—收方边界—压实方量的一体化测量,提高了施工开仓、压实高程及厚度、压实工程量等测算的效率。此外,应用此系统还可以对施工单元进行第三方校核测量,对施工压实工程量的核算起到了很好的辅助作用,有效提升了工程建设管理水平。 展开更多

This paper discusses current research and development of fringe projection-based techniques. A system based on Fourier transform profilometry (FTP) is proposed for three-dimensional (3D) shape recovery. The system improves the method of phase unwrapping to gain accurate 3D shapes of objects. The method uses a region-growing algorithm for the path prediction guided by the quality map to increase the recovering accuracy and provides a fast and simple tool for 3D shape recovery. The shape measurement and data recovery are integrated to offer a new method of 3D modelling. Examples are presented to verify the feasibility of the proposed method. 展开更多

GPS RTK technique not only improves efficiency and accelerates the rate of mapping,but also increases economic efficiency. The authors introduced a method for GPS RTK rapid positioning,which uses continuous operational reference system (CORS) as a base station to change the method of previous map drawing by obtaining real-time three-dimensional coordinates of boundary points and statistically analyzing with the three-dimensional coordinates obtained by Total Station to get the accuracy of GPS RTK real-time coordinates. The application of GPS RTK in practical measurement was discussed when the data link had been lost especially. The results show that the three-dimensional coordinates measured by total station can be replaced by real-time three-dimensional coordinates measured by Engineering Star RTK in the CORS. 展开更多

Large-capacity compressors in industrial plants and the compressors in gas turbine engines consume a considerable amount of power. The compression work is a strong fimction of the ambient air temperature. This increase in compression work presents a significant problem to utilities, generators and power producers when electric demands are high during the hot months. In many petrochemical process industries and gas turbine engines, the in- crease in compression work curtails plant output, demanding more electric power to drive the system. One way to counter this problem is to directly cool the inlet air. Inlet fogging is a popular means of cooling the inlet air to air compressors. In the present study, experiments have been performed to investigate the suitability of two-fluid nozzle for inlet fogging. Compressed air is used as the driving working gas for two-fluid nozzle and water at am- bient conditions is dragged into the high-speed air jet, thus enabling the entrained water to be atomized in a very short distance from the exit of the two-fluid nozzle. The air supply pressure is varied between 2.0 and 5.0 bar and the water flow rate entrained is measured. The flow visualization and temperature and relative humidity measurements are carried out to specify the fogging characteristics of the two-fluid nozzle. 展开更多
